An excellent read! As usual this author delivers again a book with her gift of hot romance and lovable characters. I've read a lot of suspense and this one has many twists and turns which I loved. I highly recommend another of Rosalind's book as a must read!

Welcome to Sinful! Pleasantly surprised by a book that could have been full of cliches, but in Rosalind James' skillful hands, ended up being a fun, carefree, entertaining read! While Guilty as Sin can certainly be read as a stand-alone book, I'm already looking forward to the next book in the series!

The identical twins, with very different life styles, added a lot to the story. It didn't hurt that they were young and beautiful. The story also included something of a who-done-it element. Overall, a very good, 5 star read.

I can not say this enough, Author Rosalind James has the incredible ability to bring a rock and stick into a awesome story! I’m addicted to her writing skills, she has that “IT” that other Authors don’t have!

This story has twins, a farm, a retired seal special forces, mystery and a lot of hot romance! I read this in 24 hours!!!
It had that one more page, okay one more minute!!!!!
You have Paige and Lily and Jace, Jace is an Aussie(or said sounds like it, which I take ?), He can’t be bothered and working on writing a book, but a stalker seems to keep getting in the way so one of the twins come to work together and attempt to solve the issue! the twins Paige and Lily, they have this wonderful twin thing going on! A lot seemed to be happening Lily is being strong armed to sell her land to a large corporation, Paige has no intention to let this happen, even if not a farmer type, after all she the tough police officer who has a feminine side when needed and when she see Jace it kicks in!!!! She has nothing but time on her hands after being injured on the job!
So which twin falls in love with Jace and how does Jace feel when he finds they switched, is the land maintained since you have someone who does not do goats and such lol there mystery of the stalker.
This book was soooooo good it has enough of everything, Rosalind James worked her magic and I am so grateful that I had a time I could just step out of my life and I call Paige lol! It was a good feel good all the way around, Love seems, On?? Fire, she does it with class and a naughty!!!!
I loved the book and and I would highly suggest it!!! Thank you again Rosalind James for yet another wonderful book!!!!!
READ IT,YOU WILL BE HOOKED!!!

Loved it! This story was read in two days. Couldn't put it down if I wanted to. The twin sister's closeness was fantastic, but the love between man and woman was exhilarating. Keep it up Rosalind James. I was never into one author as I am with your books. You keep writing and I'll keep reading.

Once again Rosalind James knocks my socks off with her words. I loved the suspense story line and truly had to read to the end before knowing who the villains were. The love story aspect was sweet, hot, and fierce like all her books but uniquely interesting and awesome, loved the characters, loved it all.

This was my first read by Rosalind James. I found it to be smart, funny, and engaging. The characters are well developed and feel like someone you want to get to know. The storyline kept me turning the page until the wee hours of the night with an ending I didn't predict. I look forward to the next in this series and more from the author.

Wow, Jace and Paige story it's awesome. Their chemistry and banter is off the charts. Jace is sexy, hot, caring and funny. Paige is loyal, stubborn and smart. Together they are dynamite. Can't wait for Rafe and Lily's story.

I really enjoyed this story. I liked that not only were our heroes dealing with stuggles outside. (Stalkers, threats and who wants to hurt us.) But also their own inner struggles. Entertaining and fun and of course romantic.

What do I love about Rosalind James’ books? Other than the real and wonderful characters she brings to life, she makes you feel like you are in the story. The way she describes the scenes and especially the backdrop of a place. I have added numerous locations to my bucket list because of the detail that she gives us in location and cuisine. Guilty as Sin is set in Montana and I am ready to book a trip next year.

Next, look at that cover! Yeah, Guilty as Sin is a sexy look that will have you one click just for the cover. Yum!

Now on to these individuals that you will want to know in real life. Paige has switched identities with her twin sister, Lily and at first I thought “How old are these girls? Eight?” But this completely worked for me because in true Rosalind James fashion there’s a reason for everything – even identity swapping.

Next we come across Jace who happens to be loner and a writer who finds solace in Sinful, Montana. He just wants to get away from someone who has gotten a little too involved in his life.

Guilty As Sin has a bit of mystery and suspense. It is well rounded in covering all areas in a book. I can’t wait for more from this series and I know it will be just as thrilling as Guilty as Sin.

Such a good book! Twins and romance and suspense on my! Lily and Paige are twins. Paige is the oldest by 10 minutes and very protective of Lily so when she switches places to help Lily against peer pressure from the town to sell her land she doesn't think twice. However she wasn't counting on chasing and milking goats! Then she meets the neighbor. Jace may have a stalker. His neighbor has one too? Are they the same stalker or is there more than one? This was a great story! Can't wait to read the next book!!

Loved reading the amazing and engaging romance story. When Paige is recovering from a bullet wound and Lily is being threatened, Paige and her twin, Lily, trade places. Lily's next door neighbor, Jace, is helpful to Paige. Read the highly recommended and wonderfully written love story.

Four and a half stars.

Paige and Lily are identical twins. Lily runs a lingerie shop in Sinful, Montana while Paige is a cop in San Francisco. They are celebrating their birthdays at a spa retreat. Lily is the softer, gentler twin who has a hard time saying no, while Paige is the more direct, forceful twin. Lily is feeling pressured to sell her 20 acres of land to make way for a new ski resort and finds it difficult to say no to the developer. Paige is on sick leave after being shot in a domestic violence disturbance in which her partner, the victim, and the abuser all died. Paige suggests the two of them swap places, Lily can shop and relax in San Francisco while Paige can resist the developer in Sinful.

Jace is an Australian ex-special forces commando turned thriller writer living as a recluse in Sinful after his wife dumped him. He appears to have a disturbed stalker who sends him Misery-style stories, nude pictures and underwear, which wouldn't be so disturbing if it didn't seem to have been hand-delivered. Jace has seen his neighbour Lily a number of times and dismissed her as a sweet, blonde, soft type - not the sort of woman he's interested in - until one morning he and his dog walk past her homestead and hear her swearing like a trooper at her goats.

As Paige struggles to be the feminine Lily, run a lingerie shop and deal with hostility from the townsfolk who want the new resort she also battles with her attraction to Lily's neighbour. But as Paige too is subject to random violent acts and anonymous letters she and Jace have to decide whether there is one stalker or two.

Rosalind James manages to inject both humour and suspense into this wonderful novel where no-one is who they seem and I was kept guessing the end as to the identity of the stalker(s). I loved this book and can't wait for Lily's book!

This was a great story. Although the story line about twins who switch is not new. This one was done with class and sass. Ms James mad a new fan in yours truly. The character development was off the chart, and I loved the wee bit of drama and intrigue. She took her time and told a story that had me sighing deeply when it was over. I was thrilled to find the sequel. I'm kind of mad that I didn't find her earlier. I spent my summer reading mediocre literature. I look forward to escaping to New Zealand.
