Great material written by someone who has been there and knows the journey. We seem to look to others for guidance, especially on the trail we have no full knowledge of what to do and or how to do it.

Carson lays out the foundation for living a principle centered life. So many in his position would be rude Haughty and pretentious at best
It was a pleasant surprise to hear his take on faith
His risk assessment formula is simple yet powerful
This is a great book to use as a basis for living life and teaching your children

Iconsider Dr. Carson to be one of the brightest stars on the horizon.I know he is retired but I hope he doesn't enter the political arena. Too many people have succumbed to the dastardly manipulations of the people on the Hill including Potus. Carson has such a humble personality and upbringing that magically draws you him. I like that trait and try to model myself after him. So you politicans , leave him alone !!!!!

There were many nuggets of information that I am already applying to my life, such as: step out of your comfort zone and be friendly to people, no matter how they react, take yourself out of situations that may make you angry, and it helps you realize that many times you are not the problem, it's the other person, and the best/worst analysis is very helpful. I plan on teaching that skill to my children.

Amazing man! I am definitely a fan after reading two of his books now. This one gives a very interesting means of evaluating risk in everyday life. It truly changed some of my previously held positions on what risks are worth taking. Above all he walks the walk!

Dr, Carson has a very engaging writing style. Hard to put the book down. Great advice. Wish I'd read this when I was young, but of course it didn't exist. I recommend this to all, but especially young people.

For once someone writes a book that is understandable when it comes to decision making...To bad he is not in Washington....The Government needs someone like him. Love all his books...You can't go wrong choosing any one of his writings. I am a fan...

Very inspirational. It made me want to be a better man as well as a better Christian. I love his logical approach to things that matter and agree with him not to waste time with insignificant debates.
