Family romance without erotics. Reading for all generations. Amazing, touching and inspirational, considering how short the book actually is. Simple language makes it a good reading for foreign readers.

I was disappointed at the length of this selection. I preordered because the first three of the series were excellent but I found this one lacking in story depth. A poor selection for the value! The story content was good, just not enough of it.

Susan Mallery is a master storyteller and Only Us: A Fools Gold Holiday was just the Christmas read I needed to make me feel "warm and fuzzy". It is a real life story about trust, yes trust, and love. Mallery's Fools Gold series is about a small town community, one that takes care of each other, people who care for each other and when veterinarian Cameron McKenzie and his young daughter Kaitlyn came to town, they were embraced by the town of Fools Gold.

Honestly, with tears still streaming down my face, I adored this addition to Susan Mallery's Fools Gold series. Rina had a space in Cameron's practice, she was a groomer. She also took care of Kaitlyn and on top of that, she loved Cameron and his daughter. The story unfolds that after his baby daughter was two months old his wife left him. Now they are residents in Fools Gold and Rina due to her grooming business, sees Cameron every day plus she carse for his daughter. She loves them both and that becomes a problem, because after a year of loving Cameron, one night she confessed her love for him only to be rejected.

Would this couple find happiness? Would the love of a good woman help to heal Cameron because there was one thing for sure, his daughter adored Rina and she loved both of them so much, it hurt! It's a holiday miracle, trust me and even though it's a short read, it's perfect to put your feel up, relax after a day of shopping, baking or decorating and read this lovely story by the very talented New York Times Best-selling author, Susan Mallery.

Rina worked as a groomer for Cameron (Veterinarian) Cameron's wife had left him and Kaitlin his daughter because she didn't want the responsibility of taking care of her daughter. Cameron paid Rina to take care of Kaitlin, take her to school, watch her after school and cook dinners for them.

Sometime during all this Rina falls in love with Cameron and then decides to tell him one night. His response isn't what you would expect it to be ....

So you ask, is their a happy ending, well you just have to read it and find out for yourself. Another great Fool's Gold book written by Susan Mallery

This is short romantic story - that is perfect quick read. Fool Gold is a community that has more men than women and this is storyof Carina and Cameron. Cameron is a new Vet in town and Carina is a pet groomer who works out of his office. Over the past year they have become friends and Carina has fallin' in love with his daughter and him. She decides to confess her feeling for Cameron and ... the story unfolds from that point. Cute - G-rate - story - perfect for our busy lifes.

A sweet short peek into the development of a family in the addictive town fools gold. Warning it is a short quick read that will leave you with yearning for more as well as curious to the future of the family. In spite of this being a series each book can stand alone but I personally am enjoying my voyage through this quaint community from book 1 and onward!

It was very predictable. I wish we had leArned more ab rinna. There were no surprises as there had been in the previous books. I wanted to care about Cameron . The little girl and rinna were sweet though. I thought Jesse had a lot of class. How blind can one man be. I was glad they brought in cece and Simon. The best books so far have been ab Simon and Montana and Liz and Ethan.
