You guys!!! I’m IN LOVE with this series! Jennifer Probst weaves a beautiful and emotional tale of love and fate, where two broken hearts find one another and the journey to become whole begins with one electric kiss. An enemies-to-lovers romance that will touch your mind, body, heart, and soul. A hard-fought love story that will make you swoon and fall HARD. I LOVED every single moment!

“What?” Her voice dripped with accusation. “Do you have a problem with me making sure I get what I like?”

He leaned in and growled. “No darlin’. I’m a big advocate of you getting exactly what you like. Any time. Any place.”

Oh my! Dalton Pierce, the youngest Pierce brother has met his match in every way with Raven. The hard-headed bar owner and the sexy, carefree woodworker come together and sparks fly off of the pages! Raven HATES everything ‘PIERCE’ so her attraction to Dalton is annoying to her to say the least. Just when she thought she let her past go, it comes rearing its ugly head at the worst possible time. As feelings grow stronger, the pull of revenge gets weaker. But when the secret it out, will what they’ve built be strong enough to keep them together?

“I don’t want to think about the future, or why we’re wrong for each other. I just want to claim this moment and kiss you in the moonlight, because you’re so ****ing beautiful my heart hurts.”

Have I mentioned I freaking ADORE this man?! The Billionaire Builders Series is some of Ms. Probst’s BEST WORK and I can’t wait to see what she has in store for the last Pierce brother, Tristan. There is a BIG story there and I can’t wait to find out where it goes.

Narrated by Sebastian York and Madeleine Maby I once again chose to listen to the audio. Maby has a pleasant voice and captured our heroine Raven wonderfully, but her male voices were lacking for me. Narrators like York and Petkoff have spoiled me with their amazing ability to capture both the male and female voices.

If you listened or read book one, EVERY WHERE, EVERY WAY, then you will remember Raven is the new owner of the bar, My Place. She didn’t like the Pierce brothers from the onset but was immediately attracted to Dalton. It is something she desperately tries to deny. Dalton is a player, but Raven has gotten under his skin and so has her antique bar. We learn he has been visiting My Place daily and soon become privy to the banter between these two. Dalton tries desperately to get his hands on the bar and the girl, and when an upscale magazine shows an interesting in interviewing Raven, a mixology expert and her bar he soon may get the chance.

The tale that unfolds shares a passionate romance, between reluctant lovers who find something more. But there are secrets to be revealed, past scars to address and growth needed before they have any hopes of happily ever after. While there were are a couple of slow spots in the story, I spent a good portion of it, feeling for these characters, wanting to shake them and demanding a happy ending. This story wasn’t as heavy on the HGTV factor that I loved in the first, but Dalton got me hot talking about wood.

The Billionaire Pierce brothers sure know how to keep their lives super busy and interesting, and Jennifer Probst adds the needed spice and passion for her readers to fall in love with the Pierce brothers.

Book 2 of the series, “Any Time, Any Place” throws Raven Bella and Dalton Pierce together even as their parents’ past connects them, with severe consequences. Even as Raven tries to fight the attraction she feels for Dalton, her heart says otherwise. But with a past that connects them so closely, a fact that Dalton in unaware of, fate brings Dalton into Raven’s life as circumstances put him right in the middle of Raven’s bar and renovations.

Although I’m partial to the first book, “Everywhere And Every Way”, Dalton and Raven’s story has its own charm as they try to overcome the betrayal of their parents and the insecurities and fears of commitment and relationships. With doses of emotion and passion, with plenty of fears and insecurities of a normal person, “Any Time, Any Place” is another great love story by Jennifer Probst, with family dynamics, witty dialogues and fiery passion that would satisfy any reader.

This is the second book in the Billionaire Brothers series. This one focuses on Dalton, the baby, the looker and most sensitive of the group. If you are a fan of HGTV in any way, this is the series for you. The construction company isn't being filmed, but the premise behind their building and remodeling business is very similar to many of the shows on HGTV.

Dalton and Raven start out with a love/hate relationship. Raven has secrets and Dalton has been trying for months to get her to go out with him. Because of what she knows, Raven doesn't want to get involved. In fact, she set out to destroy the brothers when she first came back to town. But Dalton's persistence may be making the walls around her heart start to crumble. Their banter back and forth fringes on flirting and each can take as well as they give.

This book is a bit more serious than book 1. Both Dalton and Raven were terribly affected by the loss of their parents. It is not an easy ride for them. The chemistry is there but until they are both willing to open up, relive the past and forgive, no relationship will survive.

I enjoyed the brothers time together. They have healed over the past year and are back to teasing and caring for one another. I am looking forward to the last man finally owning up to the love of his life and getting their HEA. Great read!

Having read Jennifer Probst in the past I've come to expect certain things from her stories and this one did not disappoint. There was definitely much more of an emotionally heavier overtone for both Raven and Dalton. They are both still reeling from loosing the one parent who loved them unconditionally.

Watching Dalton try to break down the barriers that Raven has fortified around herself and flirting incessantly was fun to read. I was drawn into their game of cat and mouse. Although sometimes I"m not sure who was whom in that scenario. Little did Dalton know that as he got closer to getting through Raven's walls his were slowly crumbling too.

There was so much packed into this story: anguish, trust, love, hurt, betrayal and best of all hope. This story packed it in!

My only regret is the path that the author took with Dalton for a short time. He was such an excellent character and she let the emotions of his past really fly and did some really damaging things to both he and Raven in their turning point in the story. I wish it felt less harmful and kind of unforgivable. Dalton does make amends but that scene left a slight mar on an otherwise fantastic story. Just my opinion.

We get to see more of the first books couple in this one so I am hoping to see more of Raven and Dalton growing into a couple in Book 3. I look forward to reading the next book in this series!

Anticipation for the second book in the Billionaire Builder's series, had me on edge! I couldn't wait to dive in to this series, that I've come to love so much, again! Mrs. Probst does not disappoint her delivery of this story. The characters...the back story....and how she brings it all together is truly a work of art!

From page one, I was drawn in. Like a moth to a flame, I couldn't look away. I read this entire story straight through and couldn't get enough. I wanted more....so much more!

“I can't stop thinking about you. Fantasizing. You're like a fever in my damn blood.”

The chemistry between Dalton and Raven was undeniable. It was explosive and raw....so full of emotion. Emotion from the present and from the past. I rooted for them from the beginning.

“Why do I crave you like my very breath?”
What happens when the unsuspecting enemy falls for the one they don't even know is the enemy. Will hearts overcome the past? Or will the past destroy anything and everything they were meant to be....together.

“she needed him—the very devil she'd hated since the day she buried her father”

I can't wait for the next installment in this series. Mrs. Probst wow's me with her words and her ability to grab my attention so thoroughly! I loved both Caleb's and Dalton's books, and I'm sure I'll love Tristan's just the same, if not more!

Any Time, Any Place by Jennifer Probst

This is the second standalone in Probst's Billionaire Brothers series and is the story of the youngest brother, Dalton and Raven, the owner and mixologist of My Place, the most popular bar in town.

Dalton is very interested in starting something with Raven but is kept firmly at arms length. Unbeknownst to him, the two already have a history; Raven's father and Dalton's mother had attempted to run away together before they were tragically killed in a car accident on their way to the airport. Both have issues accepting this and are seeking answers from people who have no way of enlightening them. While Dalton simply wants answers, Raven is out for revenge and sees her opportunity when she reluctantly hires Dalton to restore her bar to its original and authentic beauty.

This book was an okay read for me. There was drama, a feisty and badass heroine, a swoony hero. Some of it just didn't sit well enough and I can't pinpoint why. It certainly had all the elements of a great read but the execution just wasn't there and I had difficulty connecting with the main characters. I look forward to the next book in the series and Tristan's story (I hope!).

My first novel by this author and I absolutely loved it! What a tangled web we weave, when we practice to deceive popped into my head when I was reading this.

Raven owns her own bar and it's been neglected and Dalton who loves wood and has a special knack for it wants to restore it for her. Dalton wants to get to know Raven for more than just her bar but he see's this as an in. He's hit on her just about every time he's there and she always shoots him down. She shoots all the men down and it's became a thing for the bar. Friends bring their friends in to see if she'll go out with them. The one liners that she has cracked me up, you had to laugh.

Holy crap this book will make you fall in love with the characters, laugh with them, cry with them. My heart hurt for both Raven and Dalton, both of them feeling betrayed by their parents but learning things that they never knew sheds a new light on everything. Unfortunately things don't go as planned, will they be able to get over their hurt that the other has caused? It's not just about what the parents did but what the other did. Will they be able to forgive and love each other 100% or will this always be between them.

I definitely need to read the first book in this series just because I loved the brothers and want to learn each of their stories.

Dalton Pierce was known as a playboy who never wanted to settle down. When he met Raven Hawthorne, the sexy bartender, he was determined to get to know her better. She had met his kind many times before and was determined to brush him off. He did some work in her bar and they were together daily. Their friendship soon blossomed into something else. The more they were together, the more they fell in love. Raven had something she needed to tell Dalton but was afraid that he would leave once he learned her secret. How can she tell him that her father was the man who was in the car crash with his mother? He was the man she was running away with and leaving her sons behind.

I thought this was a great love story between two people who had been hurt and embarrassed by the actions of their parents. Dalton was a ladies man who never intended to get serious about any woman until he met and fell in love with Raven. He had never been in love and did not know how to react to his feelings. She only wanted revenge on the Pierce brothers who badmouthed her father and his memory. The deeper she fell in love with Dalton, she realized she was not the only one who was hurt by their parents' actions. They had to forgive their parents in order to live in the here and now.

This is the book for all of us sexy, banter lovers. The sexual tension just sizzles off the charts as Raven and Dalton flirt and lust for each other. This second book in the Billionaire Builders series is about the youngest, Pierce Construction brother Dalton and Raven the local owner of “My Place” bar and restaurant. Together they have off the chart chemistry which Dalton wants to pursue and which Raven has all kinds of reasons to avoid not the least of which is the fact that Dalton’s mother and Raven’s father died running away together ten years prior. But it seems Dalton is unaware of their connection and Raven can’t bring herself to tell him.
This is a yummy, page turning, super sizzling read. Dalton is absolutely a wonderful hero. Raven and Dalton have so much in common that we really pull for their happily-ever-after. My only negative is that the description of Raven’s looks was more like a description of Disney’s Malevolent, hardly flattering.

## Fantastic read. I enjoyed reading this a whole lot. So many things to like: the fact that it stands alone even though it's part of a series is one. Also, I adored the heroine. She was strong, capable, playful, AND beautiful. The chemistry she shared with the hero was undeniably electric. The plot was good, the writing style superb. And best of all, after the conflict there was no instant forgiveness. We actually get the grovelling that the heroine deserves after the immense hurt the hero caused. Yay!!

Some things I didn't like: manslut hero. Bleh, that gets old, reading about how many women he's been with. And of course he doesn't "do" commitment. But what bothered me the most was when the h/h were a couple, he was checking out this other woman's body and he was attracted to her. So much that he accepted her idea of a date. Granted, they didn't get around to the date until after they broke up, but the fact that he was checking her out and willing to go with her while dating the heroine was off putting and creepy. However, these two things won't keep me from reading again. Well done Jennifer.

There's just something about artists that always makes things that much more complicated. Maybe because artists, in general, tend to have quite a few layers to their characters. Either way, Dalton, the youngest Pierce brother is just that. There's so much to him that we get to really explore in this second installment of the Billionaire Builders series. Even Raven, the local bar owner, cannot get her head wrapped around why she is so insanely attracted to this one guy that her history has dictated as an arch nemesis. Raven, herself, has a million layers to get to know, too. What is she hiding under that tough-barkeep persona? I felt that the premise of this story alone is interesting enough as it is--Dalton and Raven are so right for each other even though it all seems so wrong.

Probst's writing style prevails in this book. She does not disappoint with her emotionally charged and intense characters. Her writing has always been able to get to me on an emotional level. There are a whole lot of heart wrenching moments. The chemistry between her characters is hard to find and I have no issues relating to them and feeling right alongside them. Can't wait for the next book!

Jennifer Probst does it again! 5 stars!! I loved this book so much!! Such an awesome story!
Raven & Dalton are a great couple and they truly have so much in common as they find out as their relationship progresses. They are such deep and well developed characters that it is a pleasure to be in their presence. When it comes to their passion they sizzle together and it is so hot!
I was hoping throughout that the sins of their parents were not going to destroy what they were building together.
Raven is such a strong young woman who owns her own bar and in general is just pretty kick-butt.
Dalton is a woodworker and is very interested in getting his hands on Raven's bar so he can restore it and Raven. She wants nothing to do with him at first though for reasons he did not know.
Eventually his charm wears her down and their passion is undeniable. They fall in love and that complicates everything once Raven tells Dalton who she is and that she has known who he was all this time.
Luckily as you would hope in a romance, they finally manage to get through everything for their HEA.

The sexual tension was practically oozing off the pages! The chemistry was out of this world mixed with an incredibly sweet romance. This is the second book in the Billionaire Builder Series revolving around the youngest brother Dalton and the sassy Raven.

Raven has been self-destructive but now she’s working hard to put the pieces of her life back together. She becomes the owner of an antique bar called “My Place” that’s become wildly popular. Then one night, to her shock and dismay the Pierce brothers walk into her bar. One of whom is the sexy lovable Dalton and sparks ignite! I loved how feisty, stubborn and determined she was to move forward with her life.

Dalton is one of the owners of Pierce Construction and his passion is working with wood; particularly antiques. He first sets eyes on Raven when he visits her bar and he becomes obsessed; both with her and the bar! For months he tries to break down her wall even though she continually shoots him down. In Raven’s mind Dalton is the enemy by virtue of being the son of the women she feels took away her father and ruined his reputation.

Then Raven gets a call from a prominent magazine asking for an interview that could take her bar to the next level. Now she’s desparate to restore her bar before the interview. But to her great irritation she’s forced to approach Pierce Construction which means having to deal with Dalton in close quarters on a regular basis. Dalton is ecstatic when he finds out. He can’t wait to get his hands on her bar and hopefully her. LOVED. IT. Dalton’s gentle good humored charm was constantly bringing a smile to my face… Raven too even though she didn’t want to admit it! LOL

As the story unfolds it’s impossible not to become wholly invested in their characters. Raven and Dalton are forced to face their own demons as they get to know each other. By doing so they are helping each other push forward to a happier future simply by existing in the same space and finding love. It was gradual and believable.

One of the things I love about Jennifer Probst is how much depth she’s able to give her characters. Their relationships seamlessly flow and change to reflect each individual’s growth throughout the story. While I’ll have to admit this book was a bit slower paced, I don’t think the story could have been pulled off realistically any other way. It was a pleasure to read and I’d recommend it to anyone:

Jennifer Probst’s Any Time, Any Place by has everything we love in a well-written romance novel - slow
simmering chemistry, a feisty heroine and a sexy hero. Raven and Dalton share an unpleasant connection, because her father ran off when his mother one night and ended up passing away and causing a scandal. Dalton does not realize who Raven is and he’s insanely attracted to her. Raven realizes who Dalton is and wants nothing to do with him or his family, because she blames them for making her father look bad after they died.

When Dalton starts to pursue her, the trauma of the past come rushing back. She attracted to Dalton but tries to fight it, because giving in to feels like a betrayal to her father’s memory. She has to take a chance on Dalton - including telling him who she is - and the prospect is scary.
Romance fans will love Any Time, Any Place. It’s another great addition to the Billionaire Builders series, and I cannot wait for the next book.

Any time, any place by Jennifer Probst the 2nd book in her Billionaire Builders Series was great. Push, pull, go, stay. I loved how drawn to each other Raven and Dalton were, even though Raven felt that Dalton was not for her, she had a hard time resisting the fall. The reason for Raven's hesitation with Dalton was well written and not predictable, which I love in the novels I read. The supporting characters are likable. I enjoyed the brief introduction to Raven's trainer; he was amusing. Overall, another great book in the Billionaire Builders Series.
Four solid stars. #amreading #newrelease

Loved the book. The story was well written. The characters were well built and the story line pulled me in to keep on reading. Loved the chemistry between Dalton and Raven. I loved the letter look from the mom that was added in the book. Made it feel so much like i was reading the letter myself. And find myself looking to read more from the author.

I adored this story. The chemistry is evident from the way Dalton and Raven interact with each other. There is a lot of healing and forgiveness within the book. Obstacles may show up but finding a way to work through them is key.
Dalton's love for woodworking reminded me of Clint from Fixer Upper. Raven is a strong, beautiful, caring woman who can hold her own.

This is the second book in this Billionaire Builders trilogy with Dalton Pierce meeting his match with the feisty My Place bar owner, Raven. Their love grew under terrible circumstances with her father and their mother dying in a car crash as they were on their way to Paris together leaving them all behind. The Pierce family spoke badly about her father and none of his paintings were in any kind of demand because of them. She hated their family and wanted revenge for what they did to her by ruining her dad's good name. When they started to frequent her bar they did not know who she was. The connection between Dalton and Raven was so strong they could not deny their feelings for each other. Raven tried to ignore him but Dalton finally got her to let him refurbish her bar when they were going to interview her for Good Food and Fine Spirits magazine so he could spend more time with her. Dalton had to break down a lot of her walls and defenses to get Raven to be with him not knowing who her father was. It is an amazing love story as these two have to overcome emotional obstacles to get their happily ever after. They all had to forgive their deceased parents to move forward with a healthy relationship and it brought them closer together in the end after discovering what their dad had kept from them. This is an amazing hot love story and the Pierce brothers are finally a close family again. I cannot wait to read Tristan's story next.

Book 2 in the Billionaire Builders Series..

Dalton the younger of the Pierce Brothers
loves woodwork. He’s the master when it comes to it. He wants to get his hands on Ravens bar called My Place. When push comes to shove and she needs work down in a pinch for an article he does it. He sees it as a way for the work he does as a way to promote Pierce Brothers Construction.

He also falls for Raven. But doesn’t know why she keeps him at a distance. Once he learns her secret he runs.

Raven wanted nothing to do with Dalton. She was furious with his family, and for good reason. They destroyed hers. Why did he have to be so good at woodwork? No one could come close to his work. She caves. She wants her bar done right. He’s the only one to do just that.

See what happens when the truth comes out.

This book was such a sweet, sad and redeeming story from the fabulous Jennifer Probst! I really liked how the beginning of this book started with Raven's experience as a child, then opened up to how the brothers got to where they are today and her life. It was a summary of the first book in the series, so it would allow someone to read this book without having read the other first. But in my case, it triggered my memory as to the details of the last book since I hadn't read it recently. I was entranced by Raven and Dalton and couldn't wait to see what happened with their encounters. And I must say, I totally have a girl crush on Raven! She's one badass chick!

There’s a reason why Jennifer Probst stays at the top of my favorite author list…she never disappoints. Any Time, Any Place is such an amazing story with plenty of angsty moments that will keep your emotions running.

Dalton is the youngest of the Pierce brothers and his journey to love isn’t an easy ride, but it’s so worth it! Raven and Dalton have a connection, one beyond one night and when they are together it’s easy to spot the sexual tension in the air. The banter between the two is enjoyable and the romance that develops between them is strong. They do have emotional baggage that follows them around, which is based on a secret about her father and his mother. This secret will either break them or draw them closer.

I love a hero who works with his hands and Dalton is that man! He’s sexy, hardworking, and can be very persistent, especially when he’s in the wrong. Sexy, heartbreaking at times, and worth a second read, Any Time, Any Place is definitely a book to devour. Reviewed by Jennifer for MNP!

The second book in the Billionaire Builder series, this book held up well as a standalone, though with characters carrying over from the previous book, I expect that reading in order would add to the enjoyment of this story.

I loved both Raven and Dalton and I really liked how much these two characters had in common despite their differences: both were hurt by the death of a parent, both were artists in their own way and both had something to prove. The tension and conflict between the two due to the story set-up really kept me engaged and the pages flew by--it was one of those books I stayed up way too late to finish.

With great secondary characters, a perfect blend of humor mixed in with the angst, and great chemistry and character growth from Raven and Dalton, this was a five star read for me. I look forward to reading the first book in the series as well as the next when it comes out.
