First, understand that this is one of those books that is being sold at a high price, but contains very little text.

That said, the message in the book is powerful: Choose one word each year and apply that word to your life.

The rest of the book is filled with examples of how that principal was applied to individuals, organizations, teams, etc...

To sum up: 5 stars for the message, subtract one star for the text to price ratio.

I know this is a short review, but it was a short book.

Bought multiple copies for my team at work. We are going through it together with a weekly book study/discussion in the office. Once we select our individual words, we are going to choose a department-wide word that will be something we can all rally around in 2016 and choose to live out the word with every customer interaction in our company. We're excited about the possibilities.

I chose this rating because immediately I received my one word and felt Peace about it. I was referred to this book by my Pastor and she was right, it is short sweet and to the point. One word has a lasting effect on your life.
