Torn (Trylle Trilogy Book 2)

I was just looking for something to occupy my time when I came across this trilogy. Based on the super low price I assumed it probably wasnt any good, but Ive made my way through plenty of horrible stories before.

Boy was I wrong. The story was well written and a great addition to the YA fantasy genre. I thought it was very different from other stories Ive read. Great mythology, well thought out story line, nicely developed characters, several plot twists and a happy ending.

All in all it's definitely worth the 6 bucks to buy the whole trilogy!

This series keeps getting better and better. After I finished the first book I couldn't wait to read this book. Amanda Hocking certainly didn't disappoint, the second book was awesome. Now off to read the last book. I can't wait to see how this is going to end.

I love light reading before bed. I ended up sucked in and reading well into the early morning hours. It's well written and creative. I love how she creates her characters and relationships. Yet another Amanda Hocking series I wish never ended!

This addition to the first book, switched was astonishingly adventurous to the point of finishing the book within one sitting. I loved the newly developed love triangle and enjoy the course of the next book. It's a fantastic book and I recommend it to anyone, and everyone.

I absolutely should not have been reading this book as I have a deadline looming from my publisher for the first round of edits in a book I have coming out this spring, but I could not stop. I read Switched (Trylle Trilogy # 1) on New Years Eve and purchased Torn the next day with plans on waiting until after I did my work, but I really couldn't. Amanda Hocking has created a truly gripping story with characters who are imperfect and loveable. I can't wait to read her other books!

I enjoyed the story (and the price was right), but the many typos in this book surprised me. I found it a little distracting. I have yet to decide if I will purchase any more kindle books by this author.

I really enjoyed this trilogy (Switched, Torn, Ascend). I thought the books were very well written and had a good storyline. The main character, Wendy, is easy to like and to identify with. Great books.

Just like Switched, I read this book in one weekend. I loved every bit of it. Amanda Hocking has improved her writing skills in every book I've read of hers. There were a few grammatical errors, but other than that it was a smooth easy read! I'm half way through Ascend...and loving it too!
