This book pulls no punches. It's depiction of evil isn't sugar coated. Like Peretti and Randy Alcorn he brings home the reality of spiritual warfare and the necessity of prayer. If this doesn't cause you to pray more, you should probably repent and recommit to God.

This book is amazing. Its captivating to the point you get drawn in to it. It scary as hell if you rake what your reading to be something that happens. Could even make you pick up your bible or go and get one to try and get closer to God. Truly grate read look forward to the others

Excellent balanced and scriptural portrayal of the war that we are in. Our prayers are powerful even in times when we are at our weakest. Finished the book in 2 days even with a busy schedule. Couldn't wait to read more!

I think I was sortof passive aggressive when it came to spiritual warfare, but this book has opened my eyes to how active demonic influences are in our everday life. Although "fictional", after reading this, if your heart is not more in-tune with the the battle against good an evil, the importance of prayer, and working out your own salvation with fear and trembling, which includes not ingnoring open doors in your life where there may demonic influence and being delivered........!!!! So important. Thank you brother Eric for this very raw book.

I just devoured this awesome book. This novel is based on the truths of the bible, and serves as a warning to all of us to take our prayer life a lot more seriously. The style evidenced here reminds one of Frank Perettis' great classic; This Present Darkness. If you liked that book, you will love this one!

This is an incredible book concerning the spiritual battle we face daily that many are unaware of or even deny the existence of. It is full of action and has a great story line. I am looking forward to reading more of his work.

Initially I started off reading and thinking that this book was ok, good enough to get me through my down time while on my cruise. One chapter in and I found myself slipping away every chance I got to read more while considering my own walk with Christ. Excellent work and highly recommended.

Reading this book has truly convicted me about my own prayer life. I'm moved to pray more about everything. I related to the characters in this book on so many levels. I laughed, cried and kept reading. This book opened my eyes to the invisible war that is taking place in the lives of us all today. This book is soooooooooo on point!!! It matters not that it is a work of fiction . . . it is chock full of scripture references which allow the reader to study along with the story. Great work from Eric M. Hill. This is my first experience with this author and I'm very, very pleased. You can be sure that I'll be purchasing the next book!!! Hallelu!!

I really enjoyed reading this book .It ranks close up there with This Present Darkness but Frank gives more detailed description of his demons and Angels .But all in all it was a good read, so was Spirit of Fear.
