Again Jamie you don't disappoint. I love going back to Treepoint. It is like going home and seeing the family and friends you miss. Then when the book is over it is like driving away and seeing the goodbye sign till the next time you come to town.

Winter's Touch made me laugh, cry, angry, and believe that true love can make anything possible. Jamie you rock girl. I love each and every one of your books. You are one talented lady. I feel like I am there with the characters in each book your have written. Viper and Winter are both very strong willed characters with a compassion for others and a strong bond with each of the members of The Last Riders. I cried when Winter thought Viper was cheating on her. I cried when there precious little baby girl was born and both her and Winter almost lost their lives. I laughed at the the Biker Bitches and Winter's interaction with The Last Riders. I wanted to punch Viper in the nose for making Winter believe he was cheating on her with Sasha. I was so proud of Winter for telling Train he needs to come clean with his feelings for Killyama. This book is an AWESOME!!! read. If you love The Last Riders, enjoy being on an emotional roller coaster ride, and love finding out what true love and commitment between two people is really like. This is the book for you. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this book and I think you as a reader will too.

Jamie Begley has done it again! She has brought the world of The Last Riders to life. Every experience feels as if you are right there. Every tear, ever yheart squeezing moment, every gasp of pleasure is felt by the reader.
This installment revolves around Winter and Viper, and it brings forth the very real fears women have over thier man straying. Who wouldn't have some kind of fear of this while living in house such as the clubhouse? I mean it is full of hot sexy people. It also shows a woman's strength when she wants something and the lengths they are willing to go to achieve it. I love this new installment and hope to see many more in the future revolving around the new generation, since Begley has added them into many epilogue.

I also want to say I love the map. It shows insight on how Begley's brain has laid out this world, but it was brought to my attention from another fan that Diamond and Knox's house is not included in the illustration.

Loved, loved, LOVED this book! It felt so amazing to get back to a full-on Last Riders book!! Winter’s Touch was a perfect combination of angst, laughter, tears, eyerolls, swoon & a**-kicking. It had a couple of new characters (gotta have a new one to love-to-hate, right?) & our most favorite ones from the past books! Totally unputdownable!!

Viper was a complete a** in the beginning. It was to be expected, going by his first book, Viper’s Run, but it still gutted me when it happened. If he would’ve went about it in a slightly different way, it wouldn’t have been so bad but of course, it couldn’t happen that way when a new club girl was thrown into the mix. *shoots daggers (literally) at Sasha*

Other than that though, Viper was a dream come true. He constantly communicated his love to Winter through his actions & words. The way he bared himself to her in the cemetery was heartbreakingly beautiful. And the scene where he wrote “Mine” in the bubble bath… Totally a *le sigh* moment.

As for Winter, even knowing in my heart of hearts that Viper would NEVER cheat on her, I can’t blame her for feeling the way she did in the beginning. The constant lingering looks & suggestive gestures coming from the club girls would get to me over time & the not wanting/getting a baby when everyone else is having them would hurt me too. (Even though Viper has a VERY good argument in not wanting her to get pregnant.)

OMG, what they went through together… I couldn’t help but cry for them & then cheer for them in my next breath. Their happily ever after was much deserved & well worth the rollercoaster of emotions I experienced while reading all about it!

The rest of the rundown:

*Raci- She’s the reason I brought down the rating a half star. Her “punishments” were absolutely ridiculous. Bottom line: She should’ve been kicked out of the club for what she did in the last book. Period.
*Train & Killyama- Can’t get their book in my hands soon enough. There is A LOT for these two to work through & I’m dying to see how JB is going to pull it off! Killyama, that scene with Winter in the kitchen… YOU'RE MY HERO!
*More on Sasha- Nope, nope & nope on where things stood in the end with you BUT… you did provide me with some of the best eyerolls & kindle throwing moments. Thanks for the angst!
*Rider- Lots of little tidbits were revealed about him, making me even more curious for his book!
*Dr. Price- Hope to see more from you in the future! You have a fantastic sense of humor!!
*Greer- You may have the biggest a****** reputation in Treepoint but I’m in love with you! You & those magic hands… Here’s to hoping that you & Holly are next in line for your book!! (After Train’s Clash, of course.) #TeamGrolly

Super stoked to get the next installment in Jamie Begley’s ever-growing Last Riders saga! Train’s Clash is going to be the ultimate barn-burner. I can feel the flames from the angry sex through the kindle screen already!!

Even though Shade is my favorite, it was Viper who sold me on the series to begin with and I have a major soft spot for his character. This book was a beautifully written extension to the story of the couple who made me fall in love with The Last Riders.

I have to say that I was terribly worried in the beginning but I should have never doubted the depth of love that Viper feels for Winter because this book does nothing but show how deeply and faithfully committed Viper is. And the epilogue? It was fantastic because we got to see the future this couple and also what the future holds for the next generation of Last Riders. (And I'm totally thrilled with the hints being given!)

Let's not forget the set up for the next couple (my most anticipated book for this year!). Also, can't wait to see what is in the future for the most grumpy Porter of them all, especially after he endeared himself to me with the crucial role he played in this book.

Keep up the good work Jamie!

Jamie Begley is one of my favorite authors! The Last Riders Series is one of my absolute favorites. I loved Viper and Winter's story the first time around and it was amazing to see the next chapter in their life. This story is worth the money I spent.

Viper and Winter aren't my favorite Last Rider couple but they are pretty darn cute.

This book was STEAMY like so much steam it was coming out of my ears. I read so quickly because I couldn't get enough ...

Winter poor girl she wants a baby so darn bad and Viper is too afraid to give her one in the chance that he could lose her forever. When she becomes pregnant by accident and I legit mean accident she was on birth control they used a condom and everything. It was just meant to be.

Viper flips and things get a little messy...than there is Shasha the new hanger on UGH Nope I hated the girl and don't want her around however I know she will be because well Jamie tends to keep the crazy girls around for a bit LOL...

In the end tho Viper and Winter get a HEA and we get to see some of the crew and where they are and BTW the EPILOGUE is the best Jamie has ever written just buy the book too read that because that alone is a 5 star!

Escape into my Reads Book Blog

I was so excited to get my hands on another Winter and Viper story. They have to be one of my favorite Last Rider couples and I had been dying for them to get a hea. Winter’s Touch felt very much like an original Last Rider book, so it was easy to soak up the pages and finish before I even realised my Kindle hit the end. Viper is usually such a dominant alpha male, so I could not get enough of seeing his vulnerable side, feel his emotions and bask on just how much he truly loved Winter.

Whilst this quenched my angst thirst with Viper being a complete ass towards Winter, he also seriously melted my heart because no matter their arguments he was still there for his pretty girl. When it comes to Winter and Viper you know to expect some sexy scenes, and boy did they deliver scorching, heart racing and teasing scenes leading up to the pool and whilst in it, hot hot, hot!

Ton was hilarious with his courtship comments, and I just loved how his banter with Viper made me feel like they were rebuilding their father-son relationship.

Dr. Price where have you been? Omg I love him, he was so sweet, caring and funny. I hope he’s actually lying about a certain something but I can’t wait to see if JB has him sticking around.

I thought I couldn’t love the BB’s more than I already did, but they prove me wrong every time they step in and show the true definition of friendship.

Oh the angst, the pent up sexual tension, the jealousy and denial of you belong to me, left me wanting Train and Killyama's book in my hands like yesterday.

Now the reason I only rated this four stars: Viper and his stupidity that lead to Winter’s insecurities and fears to resurface. Sasha why would you think that was the only way to achieve the end goal? Winter and her dumb forgiveness rearing its ugly head with the club girls, seriously fed up of this in the storyline seeing as they get away with murder and the wife’s get punished!

Yep it’s those inconsistencies showing up again with the character descriptions i.e. hair colours, and does Ginny have a twin called Genny? Also the timelines left me confused with the events of Train and Killyama’s prologue. The name Aisha (even though it’s a nice name) I seriously hated it because it’s ethnicity did not fit in with the Last Rider characters. I paid £3.49 for this book and it just ends at 79% making me feel very robbed of a full story. No I did not want to read a sample of another author's work. Fair enough if it was from JB but it wasn't so I did not appreciate it one bit.

Overall I really enjoyed Winter’s Touch, it was long overdue but a much appreciated surprise that JB wrote it. I do wish some scenes had been included as I felt they were important to the reader, instead of being glossed over and reading about it 8 months later. I am counting down till September for Train and Killyama's story. I adore this couple and well Killyama is just the ultimate JB heroine for me

I have been completely addicted to The Last Riders series from the moment I picked up the first book, this one was no different.

It took me a while to warm up to Viper in Vipers Run so I wasn't sure what he was going to be like in this one. In the beginning of this novella I wanted to do some damage to his reproductive organs but the more I got into it and found out the reasons behind things I ended up loving him a lot more!!

Winter had already been through so much in her story, she’s struggling with the fact6 that Viper won’t have a child with her and her insecurities are steadily mounting especially when there is a new girl in the club who has her sights set on Viper.

This was another great story from Jamie Begley, her work is always something I jump straight into and love instantly.

*My review contains minor spoilers*

If you've read Hostage then you know Winter and Viper are having problems. Winter is desperate for a baby but Viper is scared for Winter's health. (Her attack in Viper's Run caused weakness in her spine and she's at high risk of not being able to carry a child to term).

The first half was great. I love it when psycho girls are in the picture causing misunderstandings. I liked Winter's jealous side. She's scrappy. But after they worked it out we entered Cheesy Town, USA. Ohmigosh I was almost embarrassed to be reading this ridiculousness. The whole fight scene at Shay's house was crazy hard to follow. The description was atricious. It was nonsense.

Then there were three epilogues. They weren't half bad but I get the feeling Begley might venture into giving the LR kids their own books too. As if her series' aren't one massive beast as it is. So many characters to keep up with. But please stop revisiting couples that have their HEA, there's plenty of material. Also, this book ends at 78%. Kind of annoying for the $4.99 price tag.

The first half saved it, very entertaining. But, as a whole, I was underwhelmed and I thought it was unnecessary as there was no forward progression to the storyline.
