Jumps right into the story so grabs your attention. One chapter about one character then next chapter about another character but easy to follow. Keeps you interested throughout so I read the next book too.

Even though - after reading just one of Melinda's books, the outcome is fairly predictable - the twists and turns along the way keep the reader interested and waiting for more. I like her writing style.

Excellent book! Melinda Leigh is a great author! She blends characters and plots expertly . This is the third book of hers that I have read, and every one as great. If you like thrillers, I highly recommend this author. You will enjoy her work!

Very suspenseful. Love her work. She has great stories, good characters and the books just flow well. I really like this series. If you like Karen Robards, Jayne ann Krentz..ect you should like this series.

Predictable plot. Damsel in distress, strong and vulnerable and beautiful meets gorgeous hero with his own baggage. Way too much time and description and time on sexual activity.
Could benefit from better editing of grammar and writing. Who is Jack? I think you used wrong name more than once when referring to Luke.
An okay read to fill time, but I skipped over the "love" scenes. Predictable ending.

I really enjoyed this book because there was alot of action. I kept trying to figure out who the killer was and I never was successful! I was very interested all the way to the end. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants a good mystery with a little romance as a nice extra.

This is the first book written by Melinda Leigh that I have read and it certainly won't be the last. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. She gets straight into the storyline and keeps you interested the whole way.

So predictable, so boring. Basically the same plot as other "She Can" books. Get a new story line AND have someone proof read before publishing. I found numerous errors (ex "she was drinking a cup of coffee but then put the water glass in the sink). Also many instances where a word was either duplicated or assumed to be in a sentence. Seems like an author just going through the motions.
