The Rivers of Zadaa proves to be a continuation of the upward trend in this series. Each book through the series has become more suspensful, with more twists and turns than the last book. This book is excellent for anyone of 10+ years old. If I could, I would give this book 6 stars!

This book is simply awesome. This book has more twists than Kingdom Hearts. The tons of action kept me reading until I finished(3hrs. 27mins.) The book is better than some of the Harry Potter books( no, really.) It's so good I can't put it down.

I absolutely love this series. One of my favorites. This book especially gets into Bobby's feelings for Loor, while still having him battle Saint Dane to save the territories. An overall great book, I enjoyed it very much.

I love this book, and the entire series, so much!! It is amazing and creative and suspenseful and sooo exciting that I finished it in one day. D.J. Machale better get the seventh one out soon or I'll die, because he ended it in a cliffhanger like all the rest of the books. Please buy the whole series!

The story starts of with Gunny and Spader trapped on Eelong, and Kasha died on the way to Zadaa. She was hit on the head by a falling rock. Bobby then cremates her and puts her remains in a vase and silently promises to take her back to Eelong. Then Bobby and Loor go to work on Zadaa. The find Saint Dane, who took the form of a Ghee warrior, and Bobby got the stuffing pummeled out of him by Saint Dane. Later on, when Bobby regains his health, he finds that Loor Brought Alder to Zadaa and Bobby asks them to train him to be a warrior. After 2 or so weeks of training Tigen warriors, a type of fighter from a rival tribe, attack the 3 of them. Alder is wounded and Loor's friend Boken died trying to help them. After Alder gets his health back the three of them try to help the tribes become friends before a all out war happens.

They end up saving the territory of Zadaa, but at a cost. Saint Dane kills Loor when the two of them try to follow him. Bobby then kills saint Dane because of Loor's training. Saint Dane isn't dead though, and goes to the territory of Quillian. Bobby them goes to Loor to find she isn't dead. In fact she never got a wound.

Well that's the review of the Rivers of Zadaa. I hope you all enjoy the book!!

I don't really understand the review from the School Library Review. I am an elementary school teacher and began reading this series because it was so popular with some of my students. I really liked, "The Lost City of Faar," and "The Never War." I was, however, disppointed with the next two installments including, "The Reality Bug" and "Black Water." Because of that I wasn't sure exactly what to expect in the next few books in the series. Well, after school was out this summer, I began reading "The Rivers of Zadaa," and was immediately transfixed. This is easily the best book in the series, at least through the first six. The action never lets up and the story moves along a a very rapid pace. Contrary to other installments, there also isn't as much movement back and forth between Pendragon and Mark on Second Earth. Those transitions were sometimes very distracting in the earlier novels and made me sometimes lose my place in the story. In this novel, the transitions occur less frequently are fit better into the story. I also took extrmeme exception to the School Library Review which said the plot was as shallow as a cookie sheet. I thought the plot of the story was very original and at the same time very realistic. I'm glad I bought this book in hardcover because it will have a permanent place in my personal and classroom library.

The Rivers of Zadaa is the sixth installment to the Pendragon series. I loved this book it had adventure and it has mystery in it. This book was the best of the Pendragon it gave me everything that I wanted in a book. This book starts with a tragic death then ends very surprisingly. Saint Dane has gone to the territory of Zadda were he is influencing two warring tribes now Bobby must stop him with the help of the traveler Loor.
I would recommend this book to anyone who likes an adventure book that is also a fantasy. This book now had to be the best because you had no idea what was going to happen next. I absolutely loved this book I just never wanted to put it down. I definitely would put this book in my top 5 of favorite books.
