This was a great conclusion. Really enjoyed the gathering of information, the suspense, and the way the full circle happened. It made sense, it was sexy, and most of all, totally enjoyable. The whole series , it just kept moving. The life and death struggle. I felt bad for Annalise, going through the heartache again. But all turned out well. Lives were better, families evolved. My only thought, was that, even though he was the oldest, it would have been nice to see how the conclusion of Micheal and Annalise had more in their lives, such as marriage and their own little family. Maybe a novella will come later with that. As usual, a wonderful intriguing series. Thank you

Lauren, you saved the best for last but hopeful another Sloan book is in your future and or a spin off story featuring Mindy. Michael wouldn't and couldn't get out of his mind the killing of his father. He was he'll bent on doing whatever it took to find out who murdered his father....was it really his mother or her lover or someone else completely? Insert Michael's first love Annelise. He dated others but Annelise was the one, one he held out hope for and kept his love tucked away for her. I loved this book bringing all the Sloan's together and referring to a previous Miss Blakely character in a chapter. Loved reading about each Sloan sibling but wishing for another!

I fell in love with the characters of this book. They definitely prove that true love sticks. Once it's there, it never really goes away no matter how hard you try to forget it. But not only was there romance, but lots of drama as well. Lots of questions get answered. Highly recommend.

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. I was a little upset to see this series end, because I love the Sloan men (especially Ryan!), but in the hot second chance story of Michael, the oldest, and Annalise, we solve the mysteries of their father's murder, along with catching those involved with other crimes related to the Royal Sinners gang.

Michael and Annalise met in high school when she was a foreign exchange student from Paris. They fell in love at a young age and made plans to continue long distance, transoceanic if you will. Unfortunately life happens and they lost touch. Eighteen years ( and a deceased husband later), Annalise reconnects with Michael the only way she knows how, with a letter in the written word mailed halfway across the world. When she visits Las Vegas for work, Michael doesn't expect so many old feelings to come rushing back as if they'd never left. This time around though, Annalise is guarding her heart, feeling guilty about showing any kind of love or emotion for this man who'd stolen her heart nearly 20 years ago. In between times, she'd given her heart to someone else. Someone else who had succumb to illness and left Annalise broken hearted.

So many twists and turns are revealed in the final book of the Sinful Nights series!!

It's been interesting following the Sloan's in the series but alas all good things must come to an end. I've enjoyed reading each book with the build up to solving a mystery that has been been largely unsolved for close to 20 years.

Micheal and Annalise rekindled a relationship after many years of living separate lives but never really forgetting that one first love. Their reunion is not without bumps in the road but love means having to make some sacrifices. They make a great couple and the sex is off the charts.

The details behind the death of the Sloan's father is finally revealed with some surprises mixed in. Not all of the culprits go down easily though. The story was a nail biter for a bit.

Good series and nice ending and epilogue for the Sloan family.

Just finished the fourth and last book in the series. The romances were all great, like some more than others. Best part of this book is all the loose ends are finally tied up and you find out who and why. Recommend reading all the books in order.

Sinful Love By Lauren Blakely was a wonderful book it gave me everything I expected from this book and even more !.

In this book we mainly follow Micheal and Annalise .I loved these two omg they were such good characters . I loved seeing them rekindle there romance ,Lauren Blakely did a beautiful job writing the romantic relationship between these two. The were some very sweet and very very steamy moments between these two that really did make this book spectacular. I wish I could tell you all about them but you will have to wait till the book is out lol . I feel like Micheal and Annalise got and ending that was just perfect for them .

I Enjoyed the whole investigation into the murder I felt that the flash back scenes really did add to this book. It gave us more incite about the murder that happen in Micheal 's family . ( it so sad what happened the flash really made you feel for Micheal and his family ) It also gave us a look at what Micheal and Annalise where like together before they broke up . I feel like the flash backs scene were very effective tool in telling the story .

Sinful love was a fantastic book. The setting , characters , romance and drama all come together to make one wonderful conclusion to the sinful nights series . By the end of this book I felt very satisfied with how everything concluded and that all the characters we come to love are in wonderful places . Sinful love is romantic , sexy , emotional and just a pleasure to read . If you love all these things in your books I suggest you pick up a copy of this book.

4.5 Stars!

The final installment in the Sinful Series and Lauren Blakely gives us another Sloan Brother to fall in love with and a conclusion to the Paige-Prince heartbreak. This installment focuses on Michael Sloan and the one that got away due to life's twists and turns and the many miles in between. I loved the chemistry between Michael and Annalise. There was no false bravado once seeing each other after over a decade. They were determined to make the most of the present and the time that they could spend together.

Of course we keep up with the ongoing investigation of Thomas Paige-Prince's murder investigation that has had some recent developments as the series progressed. The twists and turns and symbolism used by Lauren Blakely were not expected. Things are not always as they appear. The web of deceit and corruption reaching further than one would have anticipated. The appearance of Annalise in Michael's life again being key to unlocking some long lingering questions.

First loves are not often forgot but getting a second chance at all of the dreams that you shared at 18 is definitely a blessing in disguise. Annalise and Michael are so close to having it all again but will outside forces keep them apart? Grab your copy of Sinful Love and experience the journey of Michael & Annalise first hand.

This book… THIS BOOK! You guys… I can’t get over how emotional this book was! The sweetness, the angst, the heartbreak… mixed with so much hope over the future. Michael and Annalise’s story is one of second chances, new beginnings, and the past coming back to shock you.

If you’ve read the Sinful Nights series, then you know these books are not just about love stories… no, there’s mystery and suspense and a who-done-it theme that ties them all together. Throughout each book we get bits and pieces of how this group of siblings lives were forever changed. But let me tell you… I’ve followed this series since the very beginning, read each book as they came out.. And I was SHOCKED as this book revealed its secrets.

I’d like to think I’m pretty smart and can see the twists coming but Lauren really outdid herself with this shocking web of deceit. We’re talking stunned silence on my end when it’s all finally revealed! I’m sure Lauren is dancing with glee over this, and she deserves her moment of glory, because this entire series was so well executed it boggles my mind! Every detail starting from book one was perfectly planned out with subtle clues left sprinkled throughout. I still can’t get over the who and the why and the how.

Mystery and suspense aside… The love story between Michael and Annalise was just everything I had hoped it would be… I think Michael is my favorite Sloane brother! I, like everyone else, had been dying to find out just what Michael’s story was… he seemed so dark and edgy and you just didn’t know a whole lot about him. Well, once we get to know Michael, we find out his heart is amazing. He feels EVERYTHING. His loyalty is unprecedented. He’s just an amazing man who has been put through the ringer in so many different ways. His young adult breakup with Annalise, and an almost reunion years later, has really done a number on him.

Enter Annalise, and an invitation to meet and catch up with each other… Well let’s just say that when Michael sees her, it’s all over. So why did these two stay apart for so many years? Well, things happen. Annalise lives in Paris, Michael lives in Las Vegas. Annalise marries a man that she very much loves and was devoted to, and Michael served in the military and built his business up. So how do they end up together now? I won’t tell you, because spoiler – but I will say there is NO cheating. There is nothing to tarnish this epically beautiful chance at being with your first love again. Lauren did an amazing job of making both Michael and Annalise respectful of previous relationships.

I especially loved Annalise’s journey throughout this book. She has so many things to work through when she and Michael see each other and start to form a new, more adult bond. She has guilt, and happiness warring within her. New feelings of affection mixed with doubt. Her emotions were perfectly paced with the growing affection she felt for Michael.

I found myself tearing up so many times throughout Sinful Love… tears of sadness for how much Michael ached to be with Annalise… tears of happiness as they both found their way back to each other… tears of sadness and fright as things come to light and all the secrets are revealed.

Sinful Love is a roller coaster of emotion and was the perfect ending to the Sinful Nights series. I couldn’t have asked for a better couple to leave off with. And that epilogue … just perfect. It brought together every question I had about the future and how they would make things work. In short, this book – this series, is sexy, mysterious, fascinating, and each Sloane man will get you all revved up in his own way. If you haven’t started this series yet, I highly recommend it! 5 stars!!

I've been anxiously awaiting Michael's story, knowing that the mystery of his father's death would finally be revealed, and Michael's "what if" girl would hopefully ease his tormented heart and give him a chance at a love like the ones he's witnessed his siblings find.

Each of the stories in Lauren Blakely's Sinful Nights series has had a dual purpose: one that focuses on the hero and heroine's relationship and one that slowly unravels clues and provides insights into a murder that irrevocably altered a significant number of lives all those years ago when the Sloan's siblings' father was murdered and their mother was arrested for her part in the crime. As readers continued through the series, each book unearthed secrets and gathered significant information, leading the murder investigation down the path of resolution.

Michael has been steadfast in his need for justice for his father, pushing the investigation by seeking out those responsible and discovering details that would lead the detectives in the right direction. But not only has he been stuck in the past due to his father's death, but he's also never fully let go of his first love - the girl who's owned his heart since they were both 16 years old, and now, 10 years after their last heartbreaking encounter, the woman he never stopped loving comes back into his life, resurrecting more than just the memories of what happened to his father and providing him with hope that the outcome, this time around, will keep them together instead of being torn apart yet again by time and distance.

Annalise Delacroix has only loved two men her entire life - one she lost due to circumstance and one she grieved for due to a life cut short. For two years, she has been closed off, not quite understanding how to move on or heal, but with one letter, Annalise reconnects with the boy who owned her heart all those years ago and realizes that the man he turned into still holds her heart and ignites her body.

There's a lot to work through when it comes to Michael and Annalise's second chance and it's so much more than just the fact that they live an ocean apart. The way that Lauren Blakely traverses through the complications of their relationship and their individual issues allows readers to understand Annalise's hesitancy and guilt while also acknowledging Michael's frustrations with the decade Annalise spent with someone other than him.

In Sinful Love, readers receive a collection of varying perspectives - both from the past and present - providing a full range view of the events that led to Michael losing his father and all that's occurred from that life altering day to the present day discoveries. Readers are on the inside experiencing everything that is happening between Michael and Annalise as well as the evidence finally leading the investigation to a number of arrests and convictions, and even though how Michael and Annalise work through their situation is unconventional, finding a way to be together and finally put the past to rest is all that matters for a love that has been years in the making.

After the jaw-dropping revelation at the end of Sinful Longing, I was more than eager to get started on the conclusion to Lauren Blakely's Sinful Nights series, Sinful Love. Equally as enticing as unveiling the series-long mystery was getting the opportunity to delve inside the mind of the eldest Sloan brother, Michael and I have to say…it was a spectacular place to be. Apologies to Davis Milo (Playing with Her Heart) but I may have just found a new favorite Blakely boy. A dirty-talker and a romantic? I'm more than a little bit in love with Michael Sloan. With a swoon-worthy romance, pulse-pounding suspense, and a narrative that will keep you guessing, Sinful Love is a heartbreakingly beautiful, perpetually hopeful story about missed connections, second chances, and true love.

I love second chance romances and Sinful Love is a perfect example of why I can’t get enough of this trope. The reunion between former childhood sweethearts, Michael Sloan and Annalise Delacroix was heart-meltingly sweet and so unbelievably romantic that I was basically in a prolonged state of swoon for the first half of the book (if not longer). There's so much history between this couple, so many unresolved feelings that crave resolution that it wasn’t as simple for them as picking up where they left off. Michael and Annalise's longing for each other was like a tangible force, demanding its presence be felt. And boy, did I feel it. Together, Michael and Annalise are quite simply overwhelming. Their love story is nostalgic; it's optimistic; it's passionate; it's tragic. Their thoughts and words...their turbulent emotions...their lust-filled, intoxicating desire for each other is all-consuming and I helplessly (yet willingly) went along for the ride.

Sinful Love is first and foremost a love story, yet what I most appreciated was how the history between Michael and Annalise was interwoven with the mystery surrounding the murder of Michael’s father. Not only are more clues uncovered by digging into the past, but we get to dive even further into the backstories of these characters and learn just how each has changed throughout the years. As the ending of the Sinful Nights series, Sinful Love was everything I could have asked for. The twists and turns were riveting and intense, the romance was spellbinding, and every lingering question was answered satisfactorily. Overall, Sinful Love is undoubtedly one of my top favorite reads of 2016.

Michael Sloan is the oldest Sloan brother and has always watched over his younger siblings in the absence of their father. He is haunted by the loss of their father, particularly because he was so close to the man and looked to him for guidance and knowledge.

Annalise Delacroix was Michael’s first love. When she returned to her home in France, they were determined to make it work despite the distance between them. But they were young, and circumstance found them slipping apart. But he never forgot her. The women he dated claimed he was stuck in the past and could never love them. He couldn’t figure out what they meant until Annalise came back into his life.

When these two cross paths again, so much has changed for each of them. I loved watching as they navigated the present while remembering the past. Those years they were together, and the ones they were apart.

Michael is such a protector that his personality has changed drastically since he was in high school. After his father's death, he felt the need to step in and take his dad's place in his siblings lives. Doing so gave his siblings the stability they needed, but left him closed off and more serious than he had ever been before. I loved both his dedication to his siblings and the way he began to loosen up when Annalise returned to his life.

These two are a natural fit and their chemistry picked up right where it left off all those years before, only projected as adults rather than the teenagers they had been. Though they had known each other as teenagers and felt like they already knew each other, there was a lot to learn about each other as adults. The change in their status is clear when they pick up their relationship once again. Things they remembered did not always translate to their present situation and feelings. I loved watching them navigate their pasts, the what if moments, and the possibilities in the present.

This final Sloan family story is the perfect cap for the series. Not only does Michael have his story, but the final pieces of the puzzle this family has been grieving for 18 years are finally put together. The picture that is left when all the pieces fit is a twisted, amazingly crafted drama that I knew would be waiting at the end of the series. The full epilogue at the end gives readers a good feeling about the direction this family will head in the future beyond the series.

“Sinful Love” is the fourth (and final) installment in the Lauren Blakely’s Sinful Nights series. I can’t believe it’s over, but I think Lauren saved the best for last. It isn’t the first “long lost love” theme of the series, but it was the sweetest.

Michael Sloan is the oldest of the Paige-Prince children, and I would definitely make the case that he’s the sweetest. And the most pragmatic. At least, he seems to be the one with the fewest “hang-ups.” The author connects Michael to her readers by taking us back to his teenage years, and giving us a glimpse of the easy-going, happy-go-lucky, completely smitten adolescent that he was. That is, before the tragic event that devastated and destroyed his family. In the years following that tragedy, however, Michael manages to find his bearing, confidently filling his father’s empty shoes, and providing stability to his broken family. Everything about Michael is “level-headed.” Except, of course, where Annalise Delecroix is concerned. That’s the one area where Michael has never quite managed to stabilize.

Teenage love is such a powerful thing, and Michael and Annalise are a testament to that. Time, long distances, and the changes that young adulthood and life put in their path are no match for the connection these two characters have. It’s palpable, and Lauren Blakely is a master of not only telling readers what the characters are feeling, but showing them in such a way, that there were times when I was feeling it right along with them.

Of course, the series could not end without solving the mystery of Thomas’s death. I read each book in this series trying to anticipate where the author was leading her readers with clues. Each installment threw me enough of a curve to both keep the story unpredictable and keep me craving the next book. And I’m happy to say, that the author was able to keep me guessing pretty much until the very end.

Admittedly, I’m kind of sad to see the series end, but as they say, “all good things…” And if it had to end, then “Sinful Love” definitely ended it on a high.

Five sweet, sinful, love-ly stars!

This is the perfect conclusion to Ms. Blakely's exhilarating and sexy Sinful Nights series! I loved every romantic, sensuous, and heart-pounding moment. This second chance romance reunites Michael Sloan with his "What If?" girl, Annalise Delacroix. They met and fell in love while Annalise was a foreign exchange student in Las Vegas. When she had to return home to France they vowed to stay close and make their relationship work. When they are torn apart by time and distance, they are forced to go their separate ways with broken hearts. Now 10 years later Michael receives a letter from Annalise that she will be in LV for work and would like to get together. Their reunion ignites the long dormant feelings they both harbor and their desire to explore the "What If's". They remember their wonderful connection as young adults but now as bolder, dirtier, and more passionate adults they fit even better than before. But is that enough for two people who don't want to risk another broken heart and who still live on different continents? This is a very romantic and sensuous love story. I was drawn in to the nostalgic and personal feel of the written word, deep terms of endearment and the speaking of french in the throws of passion. Michael had me in tears about half way through as I felt the rebirth of their love and the struggle to protect themselves. He is so devoted, thoughtful, protective, romantic yet dominant. Annalise is a strong, loyal, caring heroine that really tugged at my heart as well. Their banter was fun, their chemistry was off the charts and I loved them together.
Ms Blakely also expertly weaved a suspenseful mystery arc throughout this series. I was so enthralled in the flashbacks that revealed the events leading up to Michael's father's murder. The twists and turns in the story had me engaged as it picked up speed to it's thrilling conclusion. I cannot express how much I loved this whole series. The character's were all so intriguing, genuine and honest that I hate to let them go. Maybe we could get something about John & Mindy? :)
This is definitely an exceptional series that shouldn't be missed!

I've been waiting for this series conclusion with bated breath since the very first book.

I love how, with each new book, a new puzzle piece was revealed leaving me longing (see what I did there) for the complete picture. Usually the love story is the main attraction for me when reading books but with this series the romance almost took second place to the mystery side of it. I couldn't wait to see how everything came together and to find out once and for all who was responsible for the murder of Thomas Paige-Prince.

While Colin remains my favorite Sloan brother, Michael gave him run for his money with the whole yearning for one woman his whole life and what with all that sexy French he learned. Of course it wouldn't be a Lauren Blakely book without a strong heroine and that's exactly what we get with Annalise. I especially appreciate that Lauren made Annalise faithful to her heart and that she didn't disregard the life she had while she was apart from Micael once he was back in the picture. While it was hard to swallow at times, it felt more authentic for who Annalise really was.
This was the perfect conclusion to this series, full of twists and turns that had me even shedding a few tears. The epilogue was exactly what I needed to walk away from the series completely satisfied and ready for whatever Lauren has in store for us next.

Sinful Love, the final book. What a great ending to another great series by Lauren Blakely. In the conclusion of the Sinful Series everything we wanted to know about the Sloane family's past is unfolded.

I fell in love with these characters and all that they had been through.. Rekindling with his one and only true love Annalise as she returns to Las Vegas on a job assignment was amazing and heartwarming and heartbreaking. You could feel their love and pain through the pages
Their romance doesn't exactly pick up where they left off so many years ago as Michael is extremely guarded and Annalise is dealing with moving on from the death of her late husband. However, their love was always special and cannot be denied or resisted.
With the case involving the death of his father coming closer to being solved. Michael is more determined than ever to close this chapter of his life by doing everything he can to aid the officers working on the case. So much in this twist is revealed but the Sloane family finally gets the peace of mind and justice they seek.
I absolutely enjoyed this story and series. Another great book once again Lauren. 5 well deserved stars.

This storyline that has weaved its way through the other books has kept me intrigued and hooked and in this one, I don't know if it is because it is the end, or because there are more details coming through but oh my goodness, the details are coming through from all angles and characters, I am in detail and storyline heaven.
I was sat in the bath like a prune reading and I wasn't getting out, to hell with the cold water, I was finding out essential facts here!!!! Were my thoughts right? Did that person do it? Who is this new person? Oh did i say I love a bit of story with my sex scenes? Cause call me old fashioned, but Lauren delivers. Like her girl just delivered. A happy freaking smile to Michael's face!

I am loving the dialogue between Michael & Annalise, their easy conversation, the flow they settled into.. They were old friends. And this came across, so easy to connect to, so easy to read, to feel the emotion, to shed a tear for.

Everything I wanted from the series end I got in this and more. I got Michael. I got his first love I got the mystery wrapped up and I got so many feels in all the right places at all the right times I couldn't have been happier.

AS their love re ignites the mystery of Michael's dads murder starts to unravel .This is a fast paced romantic tale of love and murder . This is the last story in this saga and it was a wonderful read . Start at the beginning if you have not read the others YOU need to for it to make the most sense. I don't know how to put into words all that there is in this story but its is worth the read

The Sloans have dealt with tragedy, secrets and betrayal. Having been exposed to a darkness that destroyed family and cost them more than they can ever replace. Each has tried to move on. Received an ARC of Sinful Love in exchange for an honest review. In Sinful Love, Lauren Blakely finally gives us the answers to an event that destroyed a family and the story behind the enigma that is Michael Sloan. Michael has been a mystery from the start of the Sinful Nights Series. Dark, brooding and lost. Was painful to see how he closed himself off to any happiness just to dwell in the heartbreak of the past. Lauren Blakely writes characters that are complex but haunting. Sad to see her Sinful Nights series come to an end but glad to have had the chance to take in this sexy, complicated and memorable ride.

LOVED LOVED LOVED this book!

This Sinful series is one of my favorites from Lauren Blakely! This last book, though, is not only exciting and thrilling with all the discoveries about Thomas' murder, but it is moving and passionate beyond measure.

A love that has lasted eighteen years, a man who will never forget that love, finally gets the second chance this character deserves. The anticipation is palpable as the story unfolds. I could not put it down. Every time I would end a chapter, I needed to keep on reading because I had to know what happened next.

This book restores the belief that if you find the right partner, love is truly forever. We humans have an immense ability to love ... even twice in a lifetime.

Lauren Blakely has done it again----no surprise there though. Sinful Love is the last in this series (can definitely be read as a stand-alone though) and it is an amazing addition. Michael and Annalise's story is full of passion, love and suspense as they embark on a second-chance romance. As with all of Blakely's books, this one is scorching hot and might just melt your Kindle. But this isn't just a story about love and sex. It is mixed with secrets, danger and suspense as Michael works to find the men that killed his father 18 years ago. As the story comes to a head, it will leave you on the edge of your seat wondering what is going to happen. Sinful Love is a must-read for fans of Blakely's work.

Sinful Love by Lauren Blakely is the fourth book in the Sinful Nights series and revolves around two people who get the chance to start again. Michael and Annalise share a history together. They were together until distance drove them apart and now, they have the chance to begin again. They are both different people now but the love they shared is still there, growing stronger by the minute. The romance in the story is beautifully written. You could feel the emotion pouring from the pages with Michael and Annalise. As with any relationship, there are complications but Sinful Love really drives home the fact that true love, never dies. It may calm, but never fully dies.

Besides romance, the story is filled with action and suspense that will leave you reeling, when the pieces all come together. The author wraps up the story nicely while giving the characters the closure they need. Sinful Love is well-written, the characters are fully-developed and I would definitely re-read this book over and over again. Highly recommended! Reviewed by Jennifer for MNP.

A stunning, fast paced conclusion to this awesome series! Finally, we get the answers to the mystery that started from the first book, with plenty of twists and turns along the way. Lauren Blakely is pure brilliance as she immerses the reader in a world of greed, second chance love and justice. I am sad that this series has come to an end but can't wait for what Ms. Blakely's has in store for us next!

Lauren Blakely has created a series that is rich and multi-layered in Sinful Nights and Sinful Love was its perfect conclusion. In each book clues are cleverly hidden and an exceptional plot was slowly unveiled offering up different pieces of this puzzle and it all culminated in this jaw-dropping finale. If you’re looking for a series that holds everything from humour to mystery and suspense to impossibly swoon-worthy men and epic romance; then look no further.

Blakely certainly has a knack for creating men that you’ll lose your heart over but Michael is definitely head and shoulders above the rest. All the protectiveness, quiet seriousness and mystery that surrounded Michael throughout this series translated into one highly intense man. He doesn’t let that many people in and when it comes to women even less so, but if you are lucky enough to get a piece of his heart then you are guaranteed a romance for the ages (and some delicious sexy times courtesy of his dirty mouth).

This is a second chance romance. Michael has always loved Annalise but circumstance and distance tore them apart. Now, as adults, will the love that still burns inside them and their added maturity be enough to hold them together? Bittersweet memories, mystery, tension and angst are all interlaced to create yet another epic romance for one of the Sloane brothers.

Absolutely recommended.
