The Battle for the Hearts and Minds of Men

I purchased Sovereignty after following Order of Man during the last year. I cannot recommend this book enough and what it has to offer to men who are searching for answers of how to live life better in this world today that seems so confused. It offers practical guidance along with how to set a vision for your life or "battle plan" that is simple and effective. I purchased the physical copy of the book, which is currently out of stock but was able to start reading the Kindle version until it arrives. If you are looking for a community and answers on how you can be a better man in today's climate you would be doing yourself a favor to pick up a copy.

Ryan Michler is nothing more than a man that seeks to help those make the best of themselves. The information in the book has opened my eyes to the faults I have in my own life while providing a new viewpoint and applicable information to move forward in a positive manner. It is not just theory but provides ways to use this information in your daily life. There is a wonderful sense of ownership that comes from these principles established inside. I respect and applaud the effort Ryan puts into all that he does in his mission to make men become what they were intended to be.

Having listened to Ryan's podcast for some time now, I was familiar with his stance on manhood and the need for manliness in today's society. With that said, Sovereignty was an awesome read. It is so refreshing to hear someone encouraging men to be men and not apologizing for it. We need more men taking on the role they were meant to take and helping other men to do the same. Ryan is leading the way in this effort.

I have been following Ryan's podcast for two years, been a member of Order of Man on Facebook for a year, and a member of the Iron Council since last June. The wisdom in this book is life changing and it is presented in a way that is approachable to all who are open to it. Ryan has learned the lessons he teaches through the school of life and from interviewing some of the most accomplished men alive today.

My grandfather passed away last year. Being a quiet man, I had to learn how to be a man by watching him and never by direct stories and wisdom. Listening to this book, it honestly feels like my Grandfather wrote it. Ryan, please understand, that is the single greatest compliment I can give a man. This is now going to be a mandatory read for any man who wants to be in my tribe. Thank you.

Sovereignty I liked what, Ryan Michler, shares about what it means to protect, provide and preside in his book, Sovereignty. The valuable life lessons shared are so applicable and relevant to me and the day and age we live in. It's good to know that I'm not alone in my journey to become a better man, that we all face challenges and that we can work through those challenges to achieve a favorable outcome as I do the work. If becoming a better man is at the top of your priority list, Sovereignty is a must-read that should be there as well.

I have only gotten through the first part of the book but it is an excellent read. I must put the disclaimer here that it will step on toes in a good way if you are willing to take the steps to improve your life and to become the best man you can become. I will add to this review when i have finished the whole book

This book clearly delivers the Why and the How to help every man take their life to the next level. No fluff, no hype, just real.

Thanks Ryan Michler for pouring your heart and soul in an honest book to make men better. This was such a good read I couldn’t put it down. This gives you the insight to being a better man now all you have to do is get going and use the tools Ryan talks about and provides.

I was introduced to Sovereignty through Ryan’s podcast Order of Man and bought it simply as my way of showing support. But as I dug into the material, I found it to be the playbook/action guide/introduction to a set of routines, core values, daily practices and mindset shifts that I have applied to better myself, family and business.

With the take action format of Jocko Wilink and the insight of Stephen Mansfield and John Eldridge this book written by Ryan Michler is a must read for men who want to regain control of their lives. Thanks to Ryan for putting down on paper what so many men are thinking and needing.

Sovereignty is exactlyen need to move forward in life. It lays everything out in detail. It doesn’t do the work for you, and Ryan is very open about that. But if the information in this book were to be applied, the possibilities are endless. Phenomenal book.

Ryan spells out,so clearly, the battle facing men in this modern world. He gives clear and concise thoughts on what we need to do to take back our sovereignty and become the men we should be. Protect, Provide and Preside. A must read for any guy.

Fantastic read! Relevant and honest delivery of what’s missing and what’s needed from and for men today. I highly recommend this book to any man looking for his compass. I’m going to be reading this one again!

The right perspective on the uniquely male issue of sovereignty. Men are lost and Ryan has effectively outlined the position in which we find ourselves, and provided the means to carve your path to a fufilling masculine vitality.

Every man in America should read this book. Our society has obviously lost its understanding of what it means to be a real man, and this book will help get that understanding back. It is a great read full of valuable information and insight.

Excellent book with actionable steps to improve your life day to day. Well written and easy to follow with in depth knowledge and action items. Would recommend this book to any male looking to improve in any aspect of life.

This book helped me get my priorities straight after an extremely trying time in my life. The message is simple, work hard at bettering yourself and what happens to the rest of your life will surprise you.
