Not great either. Would be better if the author stuck to 3rd person limited point of view instead of omniscient point of view. Also would rather see more internal dialogue than info-dump. Story concept is interesting.

I really enjoyed this book, great read and had some funny spots included. Only reason didn't get five stars, some chapter were a little long, could have been broken up better, but over all great story.

I like to be entertained when reading and this book fulfilled my wishes. It had my attention from beginning to end. I will certainly be reading more books byLinda Rae Sande. Lots of romance and lots of humor for the main characters!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, so much so that I just purchased "The Grace of a Duke" . While many before me have protested the use of "her mouth formed a perfect "O" ", I saw it as more of a "signature" line in the story, not so very distracting in my opinion, just seemed to be something noted that George seemed to find entrancing about Elizabeth. Of course it's pretty far-fetched to believe a well-bred, sheltered "lady" of that era would go to such passionate lengths with George, I can't judge a good book by those parameters., however. I read romance novels to be carried away from real-life. I love a decent plot, a flawed, but passionate hero, good dialog and hot chemistry. This book has all of that!

The most ridiculous piece of trash it has ever been my misfortune to cast my eyes on. The mistress and the soon to be wife become the best friends. Mistress is the chaperone for a midnight asignation between the soon to be husband and wife. I still believe that the writers of lurid sex scenes either have really bad lovers or no lover at all. Deliver me from the "I wish I could have such amazing fictional sex" crowd.
