Dewey Andreas is a fun action hero. He takes beatings and wounds yet keeps on going against over-whelming foes. At time those enemies seem too great but somehow he prevails. His actions strethc credibility at times but I'm willing to go with it.

Dewey Andreas fans will not be disappointed by this book. It's full of action and well written. I gave it 4 stars just because I thought the resolution of the book was a little far fetched, sort of like how James Bonds movies have become.

One of the most twisting turning novels I have read in the recent past - and one of the best Dewey Andreas novels to date!! I can't imagine what Ben (Coes) will do next with Dewey, but it will be hard to top Eye for an Eye!
The Crow Girl :: Agent in Place (Gray Man Book 7) :: Easy Go (Hard Case Crime) :: Break free from the past and future and learn to let God take control. :: The Scarred Woman (A Department Q Novel)

Dewey Andreas, right up there with other fictional American heroes! Hats off to Ben Coes for another great page-turner. I couldn't put it down.....Now what am I going to read? I hear another Dewey Andreas novel is in the works...hurry up Ben!

Coes' Deway Andreas series is the dog's bollocks of geopoliitical thrillers. Read all of them in one go on the beach this holiday season and had a literary tour of central America, Asia, Iran and good ole London. The plots are just anchored in reality of today's shifting international alliances enough for me to suspend belief (OK, with the help of the odd vacation cocktail!). After the death of the great thriller writer Vince Flynn and his Mitch Rapp character, Coes and Deway Andreas are a nice find. Keep up the good work Ben...!

I devoured this book - held my attention with every chapter...every page. This is my first Ben Coes book - time to download the rest of Ben and Dewey Andreas books to my Kindle!

Next book - hopefully Daisy and Dewey? And hopefully with Dewey working with Katie and Tacoma?

Bravo, Ben Coes, and all of our American heroes!

I understood this was the author's first book. If so, he did a pretty good job. He got four stars because he didn't put enough into the man-woman relationship. After all, he was after revenge for his fiancee, but she was pretty standard cardboard. Not enough said about her for her to even be in the story. However, the action was well-written, and there were some pretty ingenious twists to the story when the hero was trying to overcome the villain. The highway chase in Portugal I couldn't imagine would happen, but what do I know about traffic rules and crowded (very, very crowded) highways? Recommended for those who like lots of action with some unusual twists to the story . . . also lots of guns and bullets.

A fantastic story with many side lights or facets. Never ending action or acts demanding almost super powers. Dewey was no doubt a super hero. The involvements always meant deadly encounters. The last scenario was great and powerful but pushed the limits of possibility a little too far. Non stop reading, however, as were his other stories.

Ben Coes has done it again! Another intriguing, exciting adventure starring my newest hero, Dewey Andreas. Get used to a few late nights until you finish this book. Coes has an exceptional gift for character building while weaving a suspensful tale of international conspiracy. First rate all the way!
