Very inspirational. Sometimes a bit wordy, but I also have read similar types of material so I am not as patient as I would be otherwise. As with any self help, take what resonates and leave the rest. But there are a lot of gems here.

Wow! never felt as connected to the author before. He writes in a way that I relate to and easy to understand. He covers many topics with great detail. He backs up his claims with scientific research. I recommend this book to anyone that is in pursuit of a better life. He talks about the mind and how thinking in better ways can change your life. He talks about the soul and the body as well, giving us some tips on how to be healthier and fit.

This was an eye opening book on self reflection and changing your perception of your surroundings. I definitely recommend this book to anyone in searching for fulfillment and happiness. Thank you Mr. Chidiac!

The first 60 pages were pretty good - but it went downhill after that. He just tries to cover too much.
My other problem is how he moves his tone over the book. He starts out as a man who is on a journey to creating a better life - and want to share what he has learned with us. But as the book moves on, he turns into the wise. You can almost feel his youthful look turning old as he writes and the wisdom begins to flow. But that left me doubting him all the more. Just started to feel sleazy - as if he was now trying to convince me that he was the expert in all things.

I was really looking forward to a good read having seen pretty good reviews on IG. However, I was utterly disappointed with the condition of book upon opening the package. The 'New' book was smashed at every corners which goes to show that no effort was taken to wrap the book before delivrey. I think it is disrepectful to the author and the customer who deserves a 'new' book like it should and not one who had been 'battered'. #Justsaying#notagreatfeeling.
