This cookbook is great for any diet with calories listed and most are for 4 people making it nice for drop in guests or to make ahead leftovers. Also after each recipe is suggestions to "make it a flatbelly meal". I love the recipe for pancake mix. I have received great reviews on these recipes even from non dieters.

The Flat Belly cookbook was great. I bought it for a gift, and the person for whom I bought it for absolutely loved it. However, the delivery time was unacceptable -- I didn't receive it until three weeks after I ordered it.

After reading this book, I decided to live with my fat belly...it could be helpful for someone who is really worried about their shape but the ideas and suggested foods were not anything that interested me.

This book provides a solid approach to changing your eating life style. While many diets provide proven methods for loosing weight and or eating correctly many people fall into the doldrums of eating the same thing to a point of boredom. This book provides the variety to keep eating interesting with the confidence you're staying on track towards healthier eating habits. I have found only a few dishes that I did not personally care for, with the majority being very tasteful and satisfying.

This book was really helpful in starting the Flat Belly Diet. It explains how the diet works and has great recipes, hints for success, an exercise program and success stories. This diet is working really well for my husband and me. This "diet" has the potential for being not just a temporary fix, but a way to eat for life. I would also recommend the Flat Belly Diet Cookbook, also available at the store.

I just received this book and am looking forward to starting this program. The feature that I like most is that all the meal options are interchangeable. If you don't like one menu you can use an alternate. Since every meal and snack is around 400 calories any can be used. You can have use breakfast menu for lunch or snack menu for breakfast. The recipes sound tasty and easy to make without a lot of exotic ingredients - a plus when you don't live in a large city.

After 4 days on the anti-bloat diet that kickstarts this whole plan - I lost 7 lbs. That is not bad for someone who only had about 10 to 15 to lose. I was NEVER hungry the entire 4 days - in fact sometimes I was a little too full. Those four days are a little bland and can be a bit boring - I suggest grabbing a few salt free spice mixtures to liven up the dinners.
Its the MUFAs!!! They make you full and satisfied. On my first day with the regular plan. Just adding that simple MUFA has made all the difference. I have learned to make breakfast count - one little muffin is not enough. Also have one substantial snack instead of 5 or 6 small ones.

This is an interesting theory. I did participate in the quick 4 day diet to lose & anti-bloat. I did not lose weight but did feel less bloated and I did follow the diet correctly. I documented what I ate on the Weight watcher's log & counted the points. The points came to 22-23 points per day which is consistent with my weight with WW. I feel like the diet takes too much time preparing food for the specific recipes for me. I wasn't hungry either because I was always eating frequently on this diet which for me seemed to take too much time. I do not want my life to revolve around constantly preparing or eating food this is why this plan doesn't work for me. I will stick to Weight Watchers.

Great Book with details supporting facts. I have read alot of different studies on weightloss. This one seems to make sense. I'm still in my detox and hopefully, it will be worth the work. The work I am referring to is the grocery shopping and putting the meals together for the whole day. But you have to think and work to get results.

Absolutely love all of the recipes that I've cooked! My fiance has really enjoyed them as well. All of the recipes have so much flavor. We have tried Southbeach, Atkins, etc and this cookbook by far beats them all! I have baked the lemon cupcakes with citrus icing for three different parties and everyone raves about them!

This is not your typical diet...well, it does help you eat right and count calories, but you don't feel like you are "dieting". I am a fan of most of the recipies and this is one of the few diet type books that I read from cover to cover. It just makes a lot of sense! I also bought one of the cookbooks and everything I've made (turkey sausage, blue cheese and walnut potatoes, Citrus Chicken Salad) has been totally yummy! Plus I feel satisfied AND have the energy to work out :)
