Thank goodness for Zero-belly. Lost 12 lbs in two weeks. And inches, inches, inches. However, the true benefit is how much better I feel. Inflammation is decreasing, no headaches, sleeping better. I don't need Alka Seltzer anymore. (Was taking almost nightly). Not taking Advil for aches and pains, headaches, etc. (2-4 sometime more daily) Absolutely amazing. THANK GOODNESS FOR ZEROBELLY!

This is the best and only food regime anyone needs. Every receipt is not only appealing but keeps the ingredients simple so you don’t have to spend your whole paycheck to eat healthy, why would you want to do something different that is unproven, expensive, and hard to stick to. The recipes in this cookbook are delicious. I have not had one that I do not like.The only downside that I see is that they are time-consuming to make. On the positive side, I did lose weight in the first week.

This book Includes something for everyone. In my house we don't eat beef, pork or chicken, but there are many other recipes that we can enjoy. Wei have wanted to reduce gluten and dairy in my diet and this book offers a variety of ways to do that but still maintaining taste.

I just do't understand it. The claims include fast weight loss while vanquishing hunger. Unless I am missing something, one-half an.English Muffinn with a poached egg and 1/4 cup spinach is neither revolutionary nor hunger vanquishing. Or 3 eggs (albeit add a few TBS egg whites), 1 cup of beans, 1/2 cup salsa --- as breakfast for four people?? Dinners do have 4 to 5 oz of fish or chicken which seems standard. The sugar content of meals seems only included in the carbs so I found that hard to track. I also found splitting these recipes to cook for one difficult to impossible. Caution - I may not have given it a close enough look but I am getting tired of searching for a truly healthy Low-sugar, low-salt, most-or-no-processed foods diet.

I downloaded the cookbook to my kindle. I'll never purchase another cookbook in digital format. It is difficult to maneuver.
