This book is a multi-generational communication tool that all of us baby boomers need.
By using the workbook in the back our parents can make clear their own desires and we can provide to our
grown children the roadmap we want to take. By the way, this is more than healthcare planning, it is
financial planning.

I thought I had made appropriate choices for my final journey in life. Hattie's beautifully written book made me reconsider my choices for that eventual event. Hattie's book reminds me that I may not be able to stop death from knocking on my door but I can have my say once the door is opened. Thanks, Hattie.

As a researcher who studies frailty trajectories of older adults, the book is a timely and much needed resource. Hattie Bryant relays the importance of preparedness for the aging process and the circumstances that are likely to occur as individuals enter the final phase of life.

Hattie writes about a subject too many people avoid, myself included -- until I read her book. I recommend this book to anyone who wants peace of mind for themselves and their loved ones regarding end of life decisions. Rex Houze

This is an amazingly helpful book. I am very impressed with the guidelines and helpful information presented. As I read this material I knew I would share this book with many people. This is my work to help patients and families to set their goals for living and dying. I have shared this book with co-workers and have requested that they "pass it forward" to help others. Thank you Hattie Bryant!

Reading this book has spurred me into action in taking control of dealing with my own end of life decisions. Hattie has taken my blinders off and has encouraged me to stop procrastinating in taking care of this extremely important issue for me and my loved ones. Hattie Bryant has done all the ground work for you, all the research, and poured her heart into getting this point across to the public. I'm a true believer in her movement to take action and make these decisions now. The workbook in the back was incredibly helpful, and I used it to have the most important discussions with my family in my life. The time is now! Shelley G.
