There are times where I have read books and thought to myself that the point could have been made in several hundred pages less. This is not one of those books. Every single page, sentence and word accurately and articulately describes why our world is the way that it is. This book describes reality to the believer and unbeliever alike and will add clarity to your understanding. This will be one of the few books that I read over and over and recommend to my friends.

Clearly written without the theological jargon that gets especially laborious to a lay reader. The point is well made, Christianity is not a substitute for The Night Before Christmas. It is either true or false and the author makes a compelling case for the truthfulness of it.

I could hardly put it down. An excellent treatment of the big picture of the Christian worldview in clear, concise, thorough, yet simple terms. I recommend this highly for every Christ follower, no matter how long you have been a Christian. Read it and give it away. Also an excellent book for non-Christians to better understand the Christian worldview. I am giving a copy to everyone in my family. A must have for every Christ follower's library.

The Story of Reality might just be this generations Mere Christianity. It's simple, yet I don't feel it's dumbed down so that the average person can read it. I highly recomend this book to the skeptic, the young christian, the young apologist. Really anyone who want to open a new door. This book has given me a passion to continue to search the Christian worldview. So that I may teach it, as this book has taught me.

Koukl does a great job of describing the Christian worldview as a story that is compelling and easy to follow. He doesn’t duck hard questions but he also doesn’t bog the reader down in too much detail. I chose this book for a high school class I am teaching on Christian worldview. All of the students high recommend this book.

I would recommend this to believers so they better understand their faith and to non-believers so they can discern the true from the false worldviews they encounter daily in their lives. I especially liked the way it was presented by presenting and answering questions that might be raised by the reader. It is an enjoyable and an easy read.

For clarity and simplicity regarding the topics of God, the creation of the world, the muck-up of mankind, the love and obedience of Jesus and our hope for the future, READ THIS BOOK! I'm just finishing my first run-through and will read it over again. It's direct and respectful, just like Greg Koukl. I highly recommend it.

I would expect this title to intrigue just about everyone; and the content is true to the title. Author Greg Koukl of Stand to Reason ministries took ten years to write and finalize this magnificent, yet easy-to-read explanation of our broken world, how it got that way, and God's plan to fix it all. It's perfect for Christians and non-believers alike. I have thoroughly enjoyed it twice!

This book is a very clear presentation of the Christian world view. I have been an active follower of Christ for over 40 years. I teach and study the Bible regularly and disciple others. I found the book to be very powerful for me. It would be great for believer of any depth and experience as well as anyone who is honestly searching for the truth.

Logical flow explains what we all have noticed and wondered about. It graciously anticipates and responds to challenges but in a kind and thoughtful way. Great analogies and illustrations clarify his points. And he sums it all up reminding us of what he has said so we can see how all the pieces form a unified whole. I loved it!

Very good read. His language is very clear, concise and understandable. He gives the everyday kind of person a good view of the story of "reality" from the Christian perspective and why it is believable.

An invaluable tool for sharing the Gospel to an ever increasing needy, yet distracted world. Can’t say it included anything I didn’t already know, but it’s organization presents a powerful compelling argument for modern Christianity.

Greg Koukl manages to distill the most important aspects of God, Life, Original Sin and Reality (and many more in-between) into an easy-to-read, yet much-to-think-about story. It's the sort of book you want to give to your non-believing friends.

Engages willing listeners in a way that pulls the thread of origin, meaning and purpose through all the root belief systems of the world to the one 'Story of Reality' that becomes fully compelling as the one that makes the best case for the Truth. Highly recommend.

I love the way Greg simplifies the most important questions of existence so that all can understand the Christian worldview and how it answers our biggest questions and deepest longings. I ordered 10 copies to give to those that I know that haven't yet acknowledged the true story of reality.
