Loved the meet-cute of this friends to lovers story and the sarcastic, biting wit of Bee's internal commentary. Every insecure girl needs a BFF like Flora as their make-over-artist-cheerleader, and Cal can give me his brand of PT anytime.

One thing I like about sports related books is that the action is always sizzling and both Bee and Cal did not disappoint in this college sport romantic read. The book takes through all the upheavals and the issues that one has to deal with at college and an added surprise of a bunny boiler in the mix who just can’t accept that things are over between her and Cal so she kidnaps Bee and leaves her in a cooler on the day that Cal is returning back to play after being off with an injury. But Cal places Bee first before the game and goes to save her and stays with her in hospital until she regains conscious instead of going off to playing. All this makes Bee realise that Cal is different from her Dad and she should not label all footballer’s with the same brush as her Dad.

Recommend it highly as its brilliant writing from Christine Bell and can’t wait to read her other books.

This isn't the first book I have read by this author but this wasn't on par with her other books. This one was good, it just wasn't great. It couldn't seem to keep my attention. The storyline was good don't get me wrong, just didn't have the character development I was looking for and some things were just glossed over and never had closure.

Cal Is a star wide receiver. Bee is the "cubby" introvert. Definitely a storyline I have heard before.

They are thrust together when Bee becomes Cal's PT. there are sparks there but Bee thinks she isn't good enough for Cal.

Throw in a psycho ex girlfriend and a walk in freezer and craziness ensues.

Like I said, good not great. I'm happy it was a free book.

Really great, hot sports romance. Bee hates football players. As an undergrad PT student she gets stuck with a football player (Cal) as her practical experience. He is of course hot and cocky. Underneath the swagger is an honest, stand up guy. The two start a pretend relationship that quickly becomes more.

Cal is the perfect mix of cocky and sweet. Bee is sassy and vulnerable.
