From the glowing reviews I read, I expected much more from this book. The writing style and a lot of the content is somewhat amusing but the advice is either nothing too new or oddly complicated. Almost all of the "tips" are given in words rather than pictures and following the words is usually hard to visualize. Also, a lot of the comments he makes are "gay men like this" or "gay men don't like this" so it's hard to know if a straight man would have the same preferences! Don't waste your money on this one if you are really looking for some great tips.

I bought this book after reading a few paragraphs aloud in a bookstore. The authors point out many things that are common etiquette for gay men, that don't usually occur to straight couples. Every chapter is loaded with hilarious anecdotes as well as practical advice. I have loaned this book to a number of friends, some of whom bought it because they liked it so much. It's also fun for a girls' night in, to get discussion rolling on everybody's favourite topic.

This book provides many helpful and expert tips for all levels of experience. The author points out many things that are common etiquette for gay men, that don't usually occur to straight couples. He makes it an unembarrassing and fun read, while helping you understand the things you never really want to ask men about sex. I definitely recommend this book to anyone or everyone.

I expected something really funny, refreshing, and informative, but there was only one thing in the book that I found new, and the rest were things that most people know already, and it just wasn't very funny. If you're curious, get it from the library, unless you're too embarrassed...in that case, go to one of your gay friends directly.
