This book was sweet. I understood how Caymen felt about Xander being rich and her being poor she didn't feel like she fit in, and I could relate to her not wanting to disappoint her mom. Really nice book, I'd recommend it for teens that like romance.

Sometimes you need that quick, warm, sweet easy read with the sbsolute dreamy live interest. This was it! Totally adorable and funny. Xander was a dream and Cayman hmm I'm still on the fence, but she and her personality fit this story perfectly.

This book was really a disappointment. It reminded me of a Korean drama gone bad. The plot was uninteresting, the characters were unlikable, and the writing style was just okay. The majority of the book was really boring to me because it was very predictable. The ending plot twist made no sense to me and was definitely unnecessary. The book felt like it was trying too hard for a very simple plot. I heard a lot of people really love this book, unfortunately it was below average for me. I didn't hate it a lot but I didn't like it definitely. This is my first time reading a Kasie West book and it was definitely disappointing. This whole book was just too cliche and kind of a mess (by trying to entangle too many different themes). I felt like it is not up to par, in comparison with other YA contemporary romances. I ended up giving it a 2.5/5 stars because of the lack of engagement I felt for this book. Nevertheless, I did finish the reading the whole thing.

Definitely not for the thrill seeking angsty insta-infatuation type. This is a nice read, the main characters are as advertised no crazy misunderstanding but some what more realistic drama that lets you feel a reality in the characters and plot, kind of cheesy but sometimes that is just what you need. Love the sarcastic wit of the main character.

Great storyline, very good writing & excellent characters! There were some things left unexplained/untold, but that's life isn't it? We all don't get the answers we seek but it doesn't make life less interesting or enjoyable!

I just recently reread this book... I just had too! It's a fun engaging read. I especially loved the dry humor and wit of Caymen and how Xander works his way into her life and ultimately, her heart. I also really liked the other characters, Skye, Henry (Toad), and Mason (Tic) and would love to see more of them.

I totally agree with a previous review.... this book so reminds me of Gilmore Girls which I love that series... I really enjoyed this book. Kasie is a very good writer I love her sense of humor. Xander was a wonderful character..so lovable... he didn't treat Caymen below him but as equal.. I so will recommend this book to other people.

I adored this book. I loved how the romance slowly grew, even through all of Caymen's doubts. Their relationship was so real and tangible to me. I loved that they were both honest with each other and apologized when they had done something wrong. The end was a bit sudden but I still loved it.

Loved The Distance Between Us!! I couldn't put it down! It was a quick ride with the typical "guy and girl from two different worlds" theme. I fell in love with the characters, Caymen's sarcasm, and the fact that there was a love triangle. I definitely recommend it to anyone who's in the mood for an addictive, quick, and really fun read!

Kasie West has a knack for making reading effortless! I love the way she can take the life of an average girl and make her a shine. I still have to say Pivot Point is my favorite but if you're in the mood for a light and dry romantic comedy, look no further.

I rated the book like this because it was fantastic, the detail was great and it had those sad and funny moments that every book needs. It can bring you down to your knees crying or make you fall to the ground laughing! I would recommend this book to people who like love story's or comedy. Unless love this book, I think I might just reread this book and fall in love with it allover again!!!
