The Strangers on Montagu Street (Tradd Street)

I loved this book. The characters are amazing an I feel like I'm right there with them. Jack an Mellie are fantastic to read about and I love their paranormal adventures, excellent read. Onto the next book .

I live near Charleston and have an interest in the architecture, old furniture, old families and history of the city. I also have an interest in the ghosts of the homes. I've read all of White's books and consider her a good author, readable and interesting. One problem -- her main character is juvenile and aggravating, especially at the end of this book. I like the new character - Jack's daughter Nola. I checked the description again and the reading age is 18 - and up. Hence the immature adult character, but I can live with it because the basic storyline is so good. Buy the books. They are worth it.

I absolutely love this series, can't wait for the new book in January. Karen White is a great author I totally enjoy her boooks.
I highly recommend this book and the entire series. Such a fun read.

The 3 books in the "Tradd Street" Series have been great, the first was fabulous! There's obviously another one coming - in my view it should be the FINAL book in the Series. Thoroughly recommend to anyone enjoying light gothic style romances.

Love this series! Love the new charecter Nola. Nola's developement in this book was great. I think she adds youth and excitement to the series. Can't wait to see which ghosts appear in the next book.

I always enjoy slipping into the world Karen White has created with her Tradd Street series: The supernatural plots are well-developed and the prose is so vivid that I always feel I'm in Charleston. My one frustration with the series has been the lack of character development in the protagonist, Melanie Middleton, and Melanie's childish behavior around her love interest, Jack Trenholm. Happily, this is remedied in The Strangers on Montagu Street; the characters take a big, mature leap forward. I cannot wait to read the next book in the series.

places and people that the author writes about ! It makes you part of the story !

Karen White just gets better and better...her books are worth the wait and Strangers on Montagu Street was no exception. Bravo for another great installment of Melanie & Jack and the great story that always follows them! Ready for more already!
