Having read the others in this series of Jack West Jr, I knew what to expect, and this book didn't disappoint. Fast paced, with historical/mythical theme. If you like Indiana Jones, then this series is for you. I will be reading this again.

All the typical action of a Matthew Reilly book (his books are really more plumped out movie scripts than traditional novels) but even less personal interaction (if that's possible) which was a bit disappointing. I miss the camaraderie of some of his previous books between various team members.
99% of the book takes place in the one "arena"
It is a complete book in itself but does lead into another story.
Lol this book was a bit like having Thor guest star in an Iron Man movie - very tricky working out which hero should do what. Perhaps Matthew is killing two birds with one stone - two fan requests for sequels with one book?
