After reading the preceding books in the series I became bored with the vivid discriptions of the violent battles. It was becomeing tiresome in books 3 & 4 and by book five I have had it. I don't think I will read any more of Mr. Leadbeater's books. He has a great imagination but not enough body in the book to justify all the shootouts.

This book is an easy read. It has its predictable share geeking the reader, however it doesn't distract from the storyline. The dropping of characters seems predictable by the way the individual character is set up in the writing to leave, either by being killed off or taking off for parts unknown. Overall, it is a book you can put down when you want and not lose track of the storyline.

Really enjoying these books. Action flows easily through all books. Author Leadbeater has unleashed a group of heroes where Drake is not necessarily the number one all the time. I really enjoy the interplay among team members where each one is a leader in different ways. They are human, with emotions and shortcomings, who outwit their adversaries with cunning as well as combat skills.

This fast paced action book makes Rambo seem like a kindergartener. This team of special agents from Sweden, England,Japan, and the United States gets the job done. They also make enemies. Can't wait to read book 6.

the first four books were readable at times even interesting. however does the lead character ever stop whining. every few pages we are subjected to his repeated anquish over things that happened years ago. give it a rest

This was a fast paced, action packed book. A total page turner. The writing style and story telling are very fluid. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because to understand the story you have to read all the books leading up to it. If you started with this book you may not understand all the characters and their relationships
