Thirty-Three Going on Girlfriend (Spinster Series Book 2)

Becky Monson is an amazing writer! She really gets you to connect with the characters, and experience what they're experiencing. I love the way she writes, and this story does not disappoint. This book will especially appeal to chick-lit lovers, which I am.

Wonderful fast paced read. I really enjoyed the everyday life of the bakery and all the different personalities.

I bought this book for my trip to London, thinking I had approximately 16 hours on a plane to fill...but once I had this on my kindle, I couldn't NOT read the story. I loved Thirty-Two Going on Spinster and I had to know what happened next. This was a wonderful follow-up to Thirty-Two Going on Spinster. I loved how the story picked right up and you didn't feel as if you'd missed out on much of the story.

Becky Monson's writing style is fast-paced and fun, with many silly and funny moments sprinkled through-out. I still wish we "heard" from Jared, I want to be in his head and know what he's feeling and thinking. Perhaps Ms. Monson will write a short story from his PoV. (hint, hint!)

I can't wait for the next book in the series...after all, Ms. Monson can't leave us hanging, can she?!?! I imagine it will be amazeballs!

I really enjoyed this book. It kept me wanting to keep turning the pages. If your looking for a funny light read that is very well written this is the book. It's just as good as the first book in this series.

I typically do not like sequels or trilogies but I loved this book even more than the first one. Julia becomes even more charming in my eyes and I went from being entertained to being enchanted. Looking forward to #3!! Julia is going to freak out planning her wedding....

Loved the story line and the witty and comical writing! It's great to hear a character's thoughts reflect what a woman would actually think and not a bunch of romantic dribble that you get from a romance novel. Very entertaining.

An easy and cute read for the summer. The writing has gotten a little better since the first book, but though I liked the story, there is much to improve in the style. I have gotten to like the main character and enjoyed the book anyways.
