Thankful for good resources such as this one. I like the author. I trust his expertise. Before I got married I purchased the devotional he had written. My husband and I used that devotional as a conversation starter.

My husband is a pastor uses these in conjunction with premarital counseling and even bought them for our daughters when they got engaged. Great for initiating conversations on topics some couples had not yet considered.

Although it's preparation for joining your life with another, I'm using it for PERSONAL inventory. I have never thought about some of this stuff.I have to get my own house in order before I add someone else's stuff to the mix. GREAT INSIGHTS!

Second marriage for Us both ..and although we have known each other for a while off and on..some things had still not been discussed. ..I found this book very helpful..My Pastor had recommended it as part of Our Councelling Sessions. .
