Very disappointed with this book, loved "into the deep" however I think the characters were totally different than they were in the first book. Loved Charley in the first book, didn't like Charley at all in the second book, she was much more mature in the first book than the second.

I enjoyed reading the conclusion to Charley and Jake's story. At times it got confusing jumping back and forth between past and present but I felt it kept the reader interested. I do wish Beck and Claudia could have had their own story. I love Samantha Young 's books and cannot wait to read the next one.

Great ending to the two part book series. All the storylines were wrapped up as well as leaving just enough open ends for the secondary characters to where she can spin off another book based on the best friends. I enjoyed this story.

I loved the conclusion to Jake and Charley's love story. I felt like i knew them and it made the read ten times better. I loved that i could relate to their heart ache and heart break. This is a must buy and must read, you won't regret it :)

I really enjoyed this book. I loved the fact that it wasn't just a quick happily ever after. They had real problems to work through. This was quick and easy to read, great conclusion to Charley and Jake's story.

Definitely LOVED the Into the Deep series! It's been awhile since I've read any books that just grabbed me like these did...I couldn't put down so I didn't!! Thank you Samantha Young for helping me get lost for a little while!!!

After reading the first book of this series I was really excited to see where the second instalment would lead the characters...I felt a little robbed. Just when the ending to the first was getting good, this one had you back at square one. It was an okay read, but I found myself getting bored with the storyline. Upside was, I felt I needed to finish the story rather than abandon it.

I did not doubt Samantha Young for one moment that this book would be nothing but another great write for her and her readers. Congrats Samantha! I really enjoyed reading Out of the Shallows. When a writer can make a reader literally envision the scenes and go through the emotions along with characters your good in my book :). I would love to read a continuation of Claudia and Beck relationship.

This book made me laugh, cry and grow frustrated at times. Charlie and Jake's story had many obstacles and life changing events standing in the way of their happiness. All of these things only made them grow and mature into wonderful adults that knew what tragedy can do to you. This was a well written story about facing things in life and fighting for the one happiness that makes you, you.

Big enjoyment. Sensitive story, exciting, allows the reader to feel all the emotions that the characters experience, yet dosen't reveal the full details and hence let's the readers imagination run wild.... I loved it, like I love all Samantha Young "Dublin" series.
Looking forward for more....

I enjoyed the book, but the circumstances that surrounded these two seemed to be just too mucky, and with a simple conversation, things could be so different. I guess that is the lesson learned from this story though.

I was looking forward to this book for months. when skipping back and forth between present and post was too much. the end could have been so much more. I was a little disappointed, but still liked the book. always the first one is best.

I agree with a lot of readers. Characters are great. Samantha is a great writer. But wanted more romance between Charley Jake. Found it annoying that Charleykeptjake out of her life for so long! Would have loved a few more chapters about their future together.

Story line bounced all around between characters that digressed from the previous book. This book is not worth finishing and I couldn't bring myself to care one whit what happened. Total waste of time.

I love Sanantha Young, I enjoy her writers flow.
This book is different from what I expected. I assumed it would go back into the past, detailing Charley's relationship with Alex and more personal background on Claudia, so I was surprized it took a different direction.
I really enjoyed the characters and thought the storyline was well thought out.
I enjoyable read to follow up Into the Deep.
