Oh my gosh! I absolutely loved this book! I found it on sale and decided I needed to buy it because I love anything with a rocker but then again who doesn't? The story was so good and I loved the relationships between all of the band members and the heroine. You should definitely buy this book it's worth the price!

What a sweet story! I love rocker love stories and this one doesn't disappoint. My only complaint is that is was too short and a lot more could have been with it. It was a great concept that could've been really amazing but fell just short. Also, the cost was too much for the length of the book. It was very short.

I was a little disappointed by how short this book was. It started out well, I felt for Em, but the it turned out to be too short! Emily's relationship with Nik was not fleshed out enough, and we have to take the author's word that they are madly in love! It was good but of too little of the good stuff...

I fell for these characters in the 1st chapter. No, the 1st few pages. To have teens care that much for a broken child was heart wrenching. And then to be blindsided? That was perfect.
A completely dysfunctional family of friends. But 1 girl bound them all together.
I wish these books were a tad bit longer but I'll take what I can get!
Thanks Terri, I look forward to more books like this.

This was a great short read. I loved the storyline. I loved how these boys/men looked out for the broken girl/woman and took it upon themselves to take care of her. It was a heartwrentching/heartwarming story. If you love steamy bad boy/rock star loving good girl, this is the book for you!!

This book gives loads of detail and background information into the reason behind why the characters are as close as they are. It felt too short. I would have loved to see as much detail in the conclusion of the book as there was in the beginning. That is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. It definitely held my attention and kept me wanting to read more. I would recommend this book to anyone that enjoyed reading romance novels.

My heart broke when I read about Emmie' s childhood. I really enjoyed this book. I wish it was longer, and more in depth. Purely for the reason that I fell in love with the characters. Prepare to have your heart swell.

With the exception of some bad grammar and misspelled words, I LOVED THIS BOOK. I wish they had the whole Ember song and Sleeping angel song written out so we could know them. I will read this one at least a dozen more times.

The prologue is pretty much everything you need to set this sweet little romance up. A bunch of teenagers in a high school rock band living in a trailer park....who on the side take care of the little neighbor girl who is regularly abused by her mom who is a drunk.
Fast forward and you find out the teenagers made the big times and they took their little girl with them. And she takes care of them now....and they are loyal to her and love her as their family. And she loves them back, but a lot moreso with one of them. Not hard to figure out which one if you pay attention to the prologue.
I saw some reviews that complained about the lack of character development or the romance development. The way this book was written, it wasn't needed - it was an in the moment accounting of the happenings, not about what the characters were feeling in those moments. I really think the prologue pretty much set the whole thing up. If you didn't get that their feelings for each other (all of them) ran deep as kids, you didn't get the book.
This was a short, sweet romance. Something you could read over a lunch or something. As I did....:-)

I'm in agreement with mist the other reviewers, the story was too short!!!! I wish the author had spent more time telling us what happened between the last chapter and the epilogue!! On to Jesse's story now!!!!!

This book is a nice rocker fiction read. The main character, Ember really pulled my heartstrings. The story was a nice flow with sorrow, love, and happiness. I recommend if you are looking for a nice range of emotions in a book! Wish there was a book 2!

LOVED READING THE ROCK STAR BOOKS. I just started a few months ago on reading this kind of story line and I love it. Going to start the next story of the rocker series. I fell in love with the rocker.

An easy read that I really enjoyed. The story was a little predictable but I still enjoyed it and will read the next story this author writes. Hopefully the other band members will get their own story especially Jesse.

To say that I loved this book is the understatement of my life. It was the best story. Everything about this book was superb! The characters in it were ones that you instantly fell in love with. The compassion that you feel from the men is what you hope to find from all human beings. The best part of the story was that their love for each other, all of them, platonic and otherwise allowed them the chance to heal and create a family of the nontraditional type. You will genuinely invest yourself in the main characters. You will find yourself quietly rooting for each of them. Sometimes not so quietly as well. I laughed and cried and was moved by each and every emotion that reading this book allowed.

Pretty well written, not sure how believable the story is, I guess it could happen. It is not the best written book I have read but not the worst either. Worth a shot if you like hot guys and rock and roll!
