Love Only Once: A Malory Novel

I almost always enjoy Lindsey's books. Her Malory characters are likeable and funny. It was a very good book. My only problem is my memory. I read it when it first came out, but did not recognize it by the description. That's ok, though. I enjoyed it again!

I have always enjoyed the Malory series. They are just fun and romantic. I have read this before and decided I wanted to read the whole series again. I loaned this book out and didn't get it back so I wanted to make sure I had them all. Worth buy and reading again.

Regina is strong and determined to get her man. Nicholas is determined to never marry. This book is laugh out loud funny and heart breaking as you pull for the happily ever after. The Mallory family is fantastic and you can't wait to read them all.

All the Malory family novels are terrific. Once you are introduced to the Malorys you will want to keep reading each story. Start with the first book first if possible. If not, go back and read them in order for the best effect. You will love them all.

Johanna Lindsay has always brought in my favourite characters. Tony and James, they both make me laugh. Johanna with the Mallory Novels has the greatest sense of humour. All the charactersthere is in the Mallory novels,my hat goes off to you Johanna for you have brought a lot of laughs to your fans. Thankyou Johanna for James and Tony. I give twenty stars and more where that came from.

This is a story about associated members of the Malory family which is why I only gave it a four star rating. From Captive of My Desires, its the story of Richard Allen and the causes of his pirate occupation. The heroine is a member of the ton known to the Malory family but not closely connected. As a Lindsey novel it is a good story- childhood betrothals, parental infidelity, parent-child hate issues and adult circumstances that force the past to merge with today and the future. However, it lacks the very essence of familial bonding, bantering, power & influence that make the Malory family so entertaining to read which is why only four stars.
