Rebel (Dead Man's Ink Book 1)

I wanted more, but I understand that this was just laying the foundation to the story to come. It was written well, and I liked the story build up. The author showed venerability in both characters as well as their strong attitudes. I am very excited for the strory to continue since Rebel seems to be a mass of misconceptions. Can't wait for more.

I love Rebel!!! This gave me an entirely different outlook on him than I originally had reading Blood and Roses. I loved finally getting inside of his head and knowing the real story behind who he is, and what really happened with "Sophie" If you have read the Blood and Roses series by Callie Hart, you absolutely need to read this next!

So glad we finally get the background on Rebel! I was in a love/hate relationship with him in the Blood and Roses series and now I am firmly on the love side! Rebel is one sexy bad boy!! You start to understand Rebel and Sophia's/Alexis relationship and what drives them both. Ends on a cliffhanger and leaves me waiting, not so patiently, for the next book!

I'm liking Rebel More & More... as the story evolved Yip he got better & better & I could see how Alexis(Sophie) fell for him in the end... but that's it it just ended with a WTF.... & I'm hoping that the next book is around the corner as I want it like yesterday... So Get One Clicking People It's a Great Read, I Thoroughly loved It. :-)

An amazing spin off of the Blood & Roses series. Zeth will always hold a special place in my heart but Rebel was wormed his way in to find himself a place. "Sophia" is kidnapped and drugged & she still has enough gumption to keep Rebel on his toes. Action, adventure, and some serious sexual chemistry makes this book a must read.

If you already read Callie Hart's Blood and Roses series, you're familiar with Rebel already. In Book 1 of his own series, however, you're able to find what some of what makes him tick and what a fascinating man he is. I love Callie Hart's writing and highly recommend this one. If you're a Zeth Mayfair fan, you're going to love Rebel, too.

I really was enjoying this book. It drives me insane when a book ends in a cliffhanger and it's not written in the description when buying it. This book would have been an easy 4 to 4 1/2 star book for me if it finished or I knew to expect the cliffhanger.

After reading the Blood and Roses series, I wanted Zeth and Sloane to continue. However, by sampling Rebel and Alexis(Sophia) story in the B&R series it intrigued me into wanting to know their story better. Well done but that cliffhanger got me all in my feelings..... Can't wait until DMI part II!!!!! ??

I hated Rebel during the Blood and Roses series, but this book. He changed my perception of him. What a great book! Seriously am left wanting more tho and need it now! I recommend reading the Blood and Roses series first, then this book. It will make more sense. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved Zeth! But now he has competition - by the name of Rebel. I don't know if he is "tougher or hotter" than Zeth, but he can suck a girl in just as quickly. There is just something sexy about a bad boy! If you haven't read this series, what are you waitin for

I wasn't expecting Rebel to be competition for Zeth (aka my number 1 BBF) and Sophia is just as hilarious and spirited as Sloane. Absolutely loved this installment.
Callie seems to have a gift for writing characters who are complex and relatable. Rebel did not disappoint.

Really enjoyed this series (Blood and Roses) / Zee and Sloane's story and now this story! Can't wait to see what's next. I hope the writer wraps up one couple's story before taking on another (I.e. Michael's) - I'm waiting with baited breath for the rest of this one!!!

I really enjoy this author and her writing style. Loved the Blood and Roses series so couldn't wait to continue with a new series. I have to say though that I get frustrated in general that I read a good book, only to have to wait so long for the next installment.

Omg to be young again. I know from reading these books that I must have led a sheltered life. I love the excitement, sex and romance in this book. I have read the series of Callie Hart. She has some good romance stories. Please check them out

I absolutely loved, loved, loved this book! I had previously read the Blood and Roses series and loved them all. That was my introduction to this author and I cannot wait for the next installment. Rebel and Sophie are just heartbreaking....

I LOVE REBEL FOR ACTING WITH KINDNESS TRYING TO RECUE SOME OF THE VICTIMS THAT WERE KIDNAPPED! NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT HER ACTIONS ON REBEL'S STORY ONLY CONFIRM WHAT I ALREADY KNEW, THAT SHE HAD A CHOICE, THAT SHE AT LEAST COULD HAVE CONTACTED HER FAMILY, LET THEM KNOW THAT SHE WAS ALIVE OR WARN THEM OF THE DANGER SHE PUT THEM ON WITHING DAYS OF HER ABDUCTION, BUT SHE DID NONE OF THOSE THINGS!

Rebel and sophie are the sweetest thing. Loved this story too. Callie hart u're playing with my heart. I'm in love with everything u write.

I am loving how everything is falling into place, how Rebel and Soph came together. There is so much to Rebel than I ever would of thought from the previous books in the series and I am loving what I am reading! Well done Callie and I am looking forward to seeing where Rebels story goes!

Rebel, the alpha male hero and Alexis, the strong and brave. Exactly what I wanted Rebel and Alexis to be when I first read about them in Blood and Roses. Callie did not disappoint. Except maybe to leave me hanging. Be warned, this is a cliffhanger.

You are taken in by Rebel. It has mystery, action, passion and so much angst. You should read the Blood and Roses series in where you meet Rebel and Sophia aka Alexis. I can't wait for the next installment.

Great action, suspense and romance. Alexis/Sophia deals with an difficult situation that causes her to have to trust Rebel. Callie creates believable characters that draw you into their circumstances.

What a way to start Rebel and Sophia story. Seeing the two sides of not only Rebel but Sophia also it keeps you guessing how things are going to end up. I really can't wait for the next part of their story.

As usual from Callie, Rebel is an excellent read. Couldn't get enough. The only negative is, that we have to wait for the next one. Very well written, I love the Blood and Roses series and this is right up there with it.
