This series of books started a little slowly but improved quickly. The writing and the character development from books 3 to 6 was significantly better and I found them hard to put down. Quite a number of spelling mistakes.

I am thankful that the author created this Omnibus. I enjoyed reading both of the trilogies. I consider the Horrors of Bond Trilogy a bit better than the Kabalos Trilogy but both were fun to read. There are a few grammatical errors but not enough for me to down check it.

The storyline focuses on Kron Darkbow and we see him develop from a hard bitten, violent man to one who learns compassion and much about himself. We are introduced to a fine set of characters, not all of who survive the story. All in all, a very fun read.

Thank you.

The first trilogy of the two is exceptional with plenty of action, as Darkbow hunts down the killer of his parents. The second trilogy has a separate story in each book about Darkbow. The evil former priest in the last book of this set is reborn, and this main character originally can be found in The Walking Gods trilogy. Hopefully more stories will be written about this fascinating hero called Darkbow!
