I really enjoyed this book and the premise behind it. It started fairly slow but once it got going it was very happy d to put down. The end was the best for me with the realization that each of us are created by a loving and good God, that family should come before career, and that caring for others helps us see good. The characters in this book are believable and I'm looking forward to reading the next book.

This is an excellent read. The action moves quickly which keeps interest high. In addition, the issue of abortion is handled from a Christian viewpoint without being preachy. This is an excellent YA book.

As a pro life person and someone whose pregnancy was unplanned, this book really hit home for me. It is Christian, but incredibly honest about doubts and not "preachy". This is a heart wrenching story chock full of adrenaline, and I was hooked from the start.

This book is an incredible book from Ms. Terry. She can write from another point of view as a Christian to show that there are serious reasons for a pro-choice person to think hard about being stringent on their p.o.v. when their are serious situations that might cause someone to HAVE to abort - and as someone who has always been pro-choice that was very hard for me to say. She is an incredible author - her storyline brings you right in immediately. You cannot put this book down - you need to find out what happens to Kennedy - I was so tempted to peak at the end of the book - and that only happens when the book is so very good and you just have to know what happens - Kennedy is a well thought out character - a strong woman - and a smart woman who cares and a good detective for just being a college student. This is a thrill ride a minute with tolerance and GOD's immeasurable love. The author has communicated to us about abortion, and she did it in such a way that you did not feel like you were being preached to, but being pro-life I appreciated how tactful she was so as not to turn away those who were pro-choice. GOD is very prevalent in this novel and well HE should be.

An excellent and well written mystery novel, it brought attention to the complexities of child abuse and abortion. I highly recommend it but a few questions raised regarding life were unanswered leaving conclusions to the imagination of the reader.

As a reader of Christian fiction, I'm always excited to find another author with passion to discuss tough topics that any and all religions and cultures must face. The reality of being a busy, college age girl attending one of the top schools in the country was appealing since the character comes from a missionary family. What every reader expects, is not the basis or outcome of this thriller!

Liked the basic theme of the story-modern day problems are not often associated with a faith filled solution.
Drew my attention even though I would have not read anything on this topic otherwise. Thanks and keep writing.
