In Australia what Aussies call barbecuing Americans call grilling. This book really is a Grilling and Barbecue Bible that covers everything from fast grilling to low and slow barbecue. The meticulous step by step instructions accompanied by high quality photographs show you how to do real grilling and barbecue using almost any kind of cooking device. Highly recommended.

Love the recipes and pictures in the book. I bought it to replace a prior copy of the book that has not weathered well. The binding is not sturdy enough for the use in the kitchen. It would be better with a spiral binding so that it wouldn't be damaged from opening it and closing it.

Once again, the recipes and illustrations are great!!

This book gets straight to the point of grilling....not a bunch of chapters about the science and why this happens...it gets straight to the point with nice pictures and step by step instructions....i grilled for the first time and had success with both of my dishes....very good book for quick reference....does not really go in depth about seasoning the meats....but still a great book like i said he doesnt try to bog you down with details...its right to the point...

Awesome cookbook, great recipes and techniques. Bought a second copy in Ebook format because the binding on the paper book is crappy (pages come loose). My advice is to buy cookbooks in ebook format from now on, unless you don't use 'em to cook.

I have used this so much in my grilling exploration that I had to upgrade to a hard copy. This is the best grilling out I have seen out there (and trust me I have a lot). The illustrations are extremely helpful and the recopies are easy and dependable while being very flavorful (I still use the rosemary lemon chicken recipe 2x or more a year).

Some good recipes and ideas how to improve your favorites.

However a lot of the recipes have the whole process of lighting the grill, and prepping the grill. I think this could be covered in one section of the book and not every recipe.

Bought this book from my hubby. His loves to grill now that he knows how to better. Yummy he is becoming an awesome cook.Great for me because he likes to cook more now . This means less cooking for me. Yeah.

This book is awesome, the instructions and the recipes look and taste so delicious! I learned many things about grilling thanks to this book! this is definitely the book to own for anybody that wants to learn how to grill.

I love this grilling guide, I bought my first one (which disappeared & I had to replace) when I bought my weber grill & it really helped me learn to cook & use that grill to it's fullest potential. It's my go to guide for anything grill related

Great book! Has so many suggestions/directions/recipes that it will be great for my new-to-grilling son. My husband looked at it and decided he could learn some things from the book. I recommend it!

I recently bought a propane grill after years of charcoal grilling. The techniques are slightly different; and I bought this book to help me get started. I have also watched Steve's Primal Grill show on PBS and got inspired. This book covers everything about grilling and smoking and has easy to follow recipes with detailed photos on the steps. I have tried many of the recipes, including grilling pizza, with great success. Highly recommended, especially for the novice grill cook.

Purchased this book after buying a new WEBER gas grill from Home Depot and I must say I am enjoying it. It is stocked full of info and recipes. (But be sure to follow manufacturers instructions for your specific grill operation & usage) Great addition to my recipe book collection.

Though 10 years old Raichlen still has a masterpiece in "How To Grill".
Loaded with photos and tips it would be of value to any back yard grill user be they novice or experienced.And I paid .99 for it!

I started to watch the show "Primal Grill" and that was the inspiration for watching to get some of Steven books. A friend sugguested I get this book first as it teaches you technique with great explanations and lots of pictures how how to prep and cook the foods!

I bought the paperback version first. Thought this book was probably the best resource out there for bbq cooking out there. I had to purchase the kindle version as well. I definitely would recommend this book to anyone interested in outdoor cooking!
