Sheep in a Jeep (board book)

Beautifully illustrated book. My 3year old likes it. For that age pictures are the key for making a child attracted to reading books. Since there are not that many words, my son likes to create his own story or comment on pictures.

My son loves Little Blue Truck and Flashing Fire Engines, so I purchased this based on an the store recommendation. It's an ok book- it's a very simple story. It's not as engaging as other books and it's somewhat silly but doesn't have much of a theme beyond that. I'm not inclined to purchase more from this series.

I bought this for my one year old granddaughter. She loves the story and the pictures and wanted to hear it read to her five times in a row. Since she is so young I bought the hard cardboard version. I read it to my kids when they were in elementary school and they loved it too. It's a fun book for all ages.

Great book. Very simple words, BIG pages which both my 2-year-old and 1-year-old love to turn. Cute little story, great illustrations. I am a jeep lover and would recommend this for any jeep lover. My daughter asks, "What happened, mommy?" in a very concerned voice at the end. :)

I bought this to help with a guided reading lesson on long /e/ sounds with an older student. While it helped clarify the concept, he did not respond to the book at all. I read this later with my toddler son and he thought it was cute.

I found these books very entertaining and they are really great for short attention spans, they read very easy and help the child to put together words in sentences. Illustrations are wonderful - overall very good attention keeping children book.

This book is adorable. It's definitely designed for 3 years and younger- a fun rhyming book with no real plot. My husband has a jeep so it's fun for the family. I think it will be one of those books we treasure for years to come.
