A sweet story of a period of life most people find themselves in but unprepared as life throws you curveballs.
well written, sweet, sad and happy..a short story that packed a punch by feeling attached to Angela and thoughtful of what life can unexpectedly bring both sad and happy.
Narrator did an excellent job painting a picture with perfect emotion and pacing.

Christmas at the Inn

This is a very short sweet Christmas novella! The main characters are both widowed and just beginning to look at life after the death of their spouses. A bad winter storm brings them together unexpectedly. The setting of a Victorian Bed and Breakfast on a snowy Christmas Eve, made e wish I was there. I look forward to more stories from the inn.

The narration was well done. The characters were well portrayed. Lisa Leslie brought this lovely tale to life.

Every year, I want to read happy and cozy, hopeful stories about Christmas. I am often disappointed. But 2015 is a great year! Trombly writes with great affection and vividness about a widow stuck in a blizzard on Christmas Eve. No more description to avoid spoilers! Light a fire, brew some cocoa, and enjoy this lovely book.

Only 75 percent would download. Sample of another book followed so it is not a problem on my end. No way to do a real review. Pleasant story. Would be better if characters were more developed but maybe that happened in the 25% I didn't receive.
