Book based on the Alien franchise. I was expecting a children's story based on the Alien franchise but instead this is just a bunch of random one page comics. Mildly amusing. After reading the entire book once I have no intention to flip through it again. My 3-year old daughter does not seem any more interested in this book than I do.

Cute pictures but not what I thought it was. Should have read the description more carefully. There are no words. Maybe a few. I thought it would be a cute story for my son who is a fan of the Alien movies.

Despite at least one wildly negative and inaccurate review, this book is fantastic and adorable. There are several meta jokes for Alien franchise fans to enjoy and many, many pages of funny scenarios with the Xenomorph that you can make up stories for (as there are no words). I bought this for my daughter but kind of want to keep it for myself. Highly recommended.

The artwork in this book is fantastic! There are so many smart refrences to the Aliens movies. I enjoyed it and my kids, who have never seen Alien, love it and think it is funny. Totally worth buying!

A little book after my own heart, local lad, Joey Spiotto pays ode to one of the great monsters with ALIEN NEXT DOOR. Or as i would like to call it, The Domestic Life Of A Xenpmorph. It's a charming collection of colorful and whimsical visions of the classic science fiction monster in a number of funny and surprising situations. Look carefully for numerous nods, and respects to the ALIEN saga in all of its often schizophrenic glory. Everything from the evolution of Warrant Officer Ellen Ripley, to the ubiquity of the Weyland-Yutani Corporation are given a giddy wink throughout this fun little graphic ode to a favorite dark star.

Because it's often healthy to hug your demons. (even if it's a nightmarish space borne face rape monster)

*and to those who insist on avoiding the cute-ification of classic monsters..please find yourselves a more daring sense of humor.

This book is great, its interesting and stylish. Bought the book from Comikaze, from Joey Spiotto, and I told him with some good narration this would be stellar. I bought this book for the coffee table and still look at it from time to time. The colors are just superb and almost all the images connect to the reader.

I'm a huge Aliens/Xenomorph fan and everyone knows it. Naturally, I purchased one for myself and a couple more for two of my friends' small boys. I figured they should have a copy of this, it's just completely adorable!!

This little book is awesome! I enjoyed it even without text or captions. There are more illustrations than expected and I love each one. There are little details in some of the artwork that made me smile (The plates on the school bus, the player initials on the arcade game). This book would make a wonderful gift for Alien fans. I highly recommend it and would love a volume 2!

Grandson was all into Aliens vs Predators this Christmas. He got a few figures and this book. He loved it! A rare comment for him to make as he isn't much into books. He laughed out loud several times as he paged through the book. Even though there is not words and only pictures, I was very happy with this.
