For the quantum physics and or spiritually minded fun loving reader, these books (3-in-one) are for you. I had read "A Wrinkle in Time" as a kid, and loved it. I think I enjoyed it even more now. What a delight. Humorous and thought provoking.

Like many others, I read the "Wrinkle" series as a kid. Enjoying them again in my 30s, I feel these stories may be wasted on the young! Or maybe insufficiently marketed to adults.
The plot centers almost entirely on a now-teenage Charles and his unicorn. Also the world is about to be destroyed by a South American dictator and his a-bomb. Skinny nerd and unicorn to the rescue!
Despite how absurd it sounds, the plot continues L'Engle's exploration of time, morality, and spirituality as deftly as could be. This is as relevant a commentary on the human condition as the stuff without unicorns, but if you can get a heavy dose of western philosophy with a side of flying horse, why not?

L'Engle was brilliant beyond her time - which is pretty self prophesying considering the Time Quintet is a combination of life science, quantum physics, and a powerful fantasy world. Good for children and amazing for adults!

9 year old granddaughter's maternal grandmother fondly remembers A Wrinkle In Time and wanted to get it as a birthday gift. The bonus was finding the Trilogy! Granddaughter loves the book and her mom has been reading a chapter a night since it arrived.

The book arrived quickly and in great shape. The only issue I had was I was under the impression that it would be a hard back book, but it was a paper back. It was a gift for a person who prefers hard back books, so that was a little disappointing. Otherwise I was happy with they purchase.

My daughter always loved this book but it has taken me a lifetime to pick it up. I don't like science fiction. But I found it entertaining and well written. I wonder, however, what group of yoing adults would see themselves in it.

My book came in beautiful condition. I read the series back when I was in elementary school, and I wanted to add it to my library. It's an amazing series, touching on religious and political subjects through symbolism. As I child I enjoyed the adventure and sci-fi/fantasy story line, as an adult I appreciate the underlying morals. It's a must read.
