This has everything a story should....witty, emotional and even had me laugh out loud from the beginning by the way Sally reacted when she woke up the next morning in Gage Ryer's bed after a night of drunken sex in Vagus. She was horrified, yet she was looking at his morning wood after she had jerked the sheet off of him to cover herself. They had been sent there to overseeing opening a new youth center. After her husband had died, Gage had been there for her and her son Rusty. She didn't even remember having sex with him and was so embarrassed. Hurrying to get dressed to get out of his room, she saw a marriage certificate stating they had been married by an Elvis impersonator. They were going back home and Gage couldn't understand why she was upset because he loved her. She told him they needed an annulment , then the annulment went out the window when he made love to her so sweet. I loved the humor between them. The narrator in the audiobook brought it to life in my mind! Grab your copy quick! You won't be disappointed!

Gage Ryder and Sally Tuft are minor characters in the first of the Love in Bloom series but this book is all about their “friends to lovers” journey.

Sally is a single mom who is raising her son Rusty after her husband was killed in a skiing accident. She has focused her entire being and life on making sure Rusty is cared for and knows he is loved. She has no time in her life for a relationship.

Gage has been Sally’s life-line since her husband’s death. He is the most important role model in Rusty’s life and for that Sally is extremely grateful.

Imagine their surprise when they wake up in bed together in a hotel in Las Vegas and realize that they are married! Now the fun begins… Sally is worried that their marriage will destroy their friendship as well as Rusty’s relationship with Gage and she wants the marriage annulled… Gage convinces her to wait it out and see where it goes. He is a very patient loving man who has waited for just the right time to sweep her off her feet and to let her know how much he loves her. Here is his chance. He woos her and charms her and works at breaking down her emotional barriers.

Melissa has woven a wonderfully romantic story of friendship which grows into love. Sally and Gage are meant to be together and watching them realize how much they belong together was a delightful experience. This book will stand on its own but is even better when you read it as part of the Love in Bloom series as references are made to characters and to situations in the other books. I enjoyed this book and do not hesitate to recommend it.

Gage and Sally are the couple all Melissa Foster Love in Bloom readers have been waiting for. They have circled each other, flirted shamelessly, and been in love for so long that theirs was a story that had to be told. Let me tell you right away this is the perfect, beautiful, wonderful, sexy, and loving story for them.

The saying What Happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas is the perfect start for them. In this case what happen in Vegas leads to heart ache, soul searching, opening of hearts, and learning to trust. Leaving their business trip and heading home brings to their lives many tough decisions and opens their eyes to all that they mean to each other.

I love Gage’s dirty mouth, sweet demeanor, and total thoughtfulness of Randy (Sally’s son). The way he makes Sally blush and come out of her shell while not pushing her too far out of her comfort zone is perfect. Sally is also willing to come out of her comfort zone to experience the full force of Gage. The relationship between these two is hot, steamy, sweet, loving, and wonderful. Everything these two deserve after their long….very long courtship.

My favorite is catching up with past couples in the Love in Bloom series. I love hearing about their relationships, their weddings, and their babies. This is a series that I hope never ends. I recommend picking up your own copy ASAP.

Once again Melissa Foster swept me into a love story so sweet and adorable that it just melted my heart.

Gage Ryder has been in love with Sally Tuft for years. He has been watching and waiting for her to get over her husband’s death. Ready to make his move as soon as she is ready. He is like a second father to her son and a very close friend to Sally, but he wants more.
Sally is struggling with her desire for Gage, but she is not prepared to jeopardize their relationship just to have a night of passion.
But after a drunken night in Vegas Sally and Gage wakes up in the same bed and everything has changed.

This is an exquisite, heavenly well-written love story about a second chance at love. Sally has been married but lost her husband in a tragic accident, and she has a very hard time moving on from that. But Gage knows what he wants and is relentless in his pursuit although he does it so gently Sally hardly realizes what happens before she is under his spell.

Melissa Foster knows how to pull at my heartstrings, and she does it just the way I like it. She makes me laugh and almost cry, and she leaves me with a warm and fuzzy feeling.
Her writing is flawless and immaculate, and she knows how to bring forward all the big emotions without them being too overwhelming.
Her characters are light and adorable, and both Sally and Gage makes my heart tremble and throb. I’m utterly in love with both of them.

Thanks to Melissa Foster and Beck Valley Books

Swept Into Love is the fifth Ryders book by Melissa Foster, with these also being set in her Love in Bloom world. Each book is a standalone story though, so don't worry if you haven't read the previous books. I love these books so much, and it is so much fun to get to know each of the characters through the interconnected books and I recommend reading them in order though it isn't necessary. Each book is such a great read though and Melissa Foster never disappoints.

Sally lost her husband years ago, leaving her to raise her son alone. Her rock has been her best friend Gage, and while there has been something simmering between them, they have never gone there. But with her son headed to college and Sally and Gage off to open a new youth center together, they find themselves unable to fight what has been growing between them. But could one night together be the start of their future together, or could it ruin their friendship altogether.

I love Melissa's heroes, and Gage is one of my favorites yet! He definitely made me swoon with his sweetness and how sexy he was. He was kind and caring and really patient, there wasn't a single thing I didn't like about him. Sally had been through a lot and was afraid to have something with Gage because of her guilt of moving on. I understood that and I was glad that she had Gage. He was exactly what she needed, and these two were so great together. There was chemistry between them and you could feel the attraction. But their connection was what made them special, and you could see that it was such a foundation for a future because they had grown so close over a period of time. This wasn't something instant, and it had developed naturally making it seem that much more real and believable.

Overall, another great read from Melissa Foster. She just seems to get better with each book she writes! I love these books so much and if you are a contemporary romance fan you need to be reading Melissa Foster's books. She is definitely the queen of contemporary and I can't recommend her books enough. If it has her name on it, it automatically gets added to my TBR list. Swept Into Love was fantastic and is definitely at the top of my list of favorites from her to date.

The Ryders are back! And, in truly extraordinary Foster fashion, the men are sexy, the women sweet, the families loyal, the love undeniable, and the sex scintillating!

What happens when what happens in Vegas breaks free of it’s Sin City chains and ventures off the beaten path to Allure, Colorado?
You get hours of blissful book-boyfriend material Gage Ryder and the love-of-his-life Sally Tuft whose 5 years of unofficial courtship will touch your heart and make you wish you could go on a double-date with them. Gage’s dedication and relentless pursuit of Sally is a love every woman dreams of. Understanding the background between the two – not only from the book but from previous works – makes what readers find out in chapter one (I won’t spoil it for those of you who have not yet had the pleasure) so natural and acceptable. I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. The relationship flows as smooth as Gage’s charm. There’s some drama later in the story, but nothing that’s outlandish or long-running – signature Foster writing style. As with others books, I got completely involved and wanted to absorb every word. The characters are so believable I wanted to befriend them on Facebook and follow them on Twitter. I smiled, oohed and ahhed, and just didn’t want it to end.

I can’t tell which Ryder man I love the most, so just give me all of them. Don’t be still my heart – I want to live through every delicious moment. Yum!

Swept Into Love literally had me swept away! There is something special about a love that develops with a foundation of friendship. In today's world, we see people easily get swept up in the idea of love, the surface of someone, and quick flings but a friendship first gives true love a good, firm foundation. Sally and Gage are incredible. They wake up in Las Vegas with the ol' cliche of finding themselves married and while Sally wants the marriage annulled, Gage convinces her to give it a go.

He has already proven himself as a prominent part of her life and her son's, too; however, Sally has lost her husband in an accident and she's having to raise a teenage boy on her own. It's a lot to take on and is scary taking that big of a leap of faith again. The possibility of losing the love and respect that currently exists is a risk she's not sure should be taken. I love that Gage never had a second though about being such a permanent fixture in their lives. It makes him beyond incredibly lovable!

The title for this book couldn't be more perfect. I love that Melissa chose to bring these two together in such a beautiful - yet super HOT - storyline. My only disappointment with this one - it ends!

I have been not so patiently waiting for this story. I knew that when it was finally out that Melissa would put me in an emotional tailspin and she did not disappoint. Gage has been in love with Sally, but was waiting for a sign that she was ready. Sally has been in love with Gage, but didn't want to ruin the relationship between her son and Gage, who had become a huge support. They both failed to see the signs, the support and the love all around them. Vegas was just the beginning for them. Gage was determined to make it so, but Sally was still dragging her feet. However, after an emotional epiphany, she realizes that they have already been together for years, just without the benefits. This book is full of love, lust, anguish and humor, talk about taking you through the gamut.

Swept into Love is a romantic passion filled story full of love. The beginning of the book was quite comical and not expected. I thought this brought a good spin that started the book off just right. The ending was the magical romance that you come to expect in romances. Melissa Foster has written a book with a plethora of romance and passion. The chemistry between Gage and Sally is steamy and explosive. You can’t help but fall in love with the characters in the book.

This author really knows how to build up the romance and passion while keeping your attention to the very end. The characters were well developed and engaging which makes it easy to connect to and likable. Melissa does a good job of intertwining the different characters from previous books. This was another book from Melissa Foster that I had a hard time putting down.

Melissa is a very talented author that tells fabulous stories that captivate you and keep your attention from the first page to the last page. Definitely, an author that you will want to keep on your go-to list. I know when I pick up one of her books, that I won’t be disappointed. If you enjoy reading a steamy book filled with passion and romance, then you will enjoy this book.

Ugh. I had stopped reading books by Melissa Foster months ago, because as time went on, her books contained way too much sex and vulgar language, and less and less story. When I read a book, I want a STORY.

Because I needed a couple more books in order to get my usual free shipping a few months ago, I added two Melissa Foster books, taking the chance that she might have stopped with the constant sex scenes and actually written more STORY. Unfortunately, that isn't the case with this book and I'm dreading trying to get through the second novel as well. I can barely get through this one.

How on earth this got such a high rating I can't even imagine. What happened to wanting a good storyline and pages that give you that, rather than "Oh great, MORE vulgar sex scenes"? Hey, people, the word "bottom" or "butt" will do just fine...using a** instead and constantly isn't necessary. Among other blatant words she always uses.

Page after page of steamy sex, pages at a time, until I end up putting the book down again in disgust. I wish I'd waited a bit longer for more of my usual novelists to write another book that actually contained something to read rather than sex, sex, and more sex. I have one more of her blech "novels" to read?

I hate this book but because I paid for the trade paperback I'll force myself to eventually finish it.

How long should friends just stay friends before exploring a natural attraction to each other?  In Swept Into Love, Melissa Foster tells the story of Sally and Gage, two friends who tried to ignore the attraction and fate threw them into a marriage they both wanted but didn't know they did.

Out of all Melissa Foster's amazing stories, I love this one so much!   I'm a sucker for an arranged marriage or a marriage by accident story and this one is truly amazing.  Gage and Sally have been flitting around each other for several of Foster's books. I am so glad their story was finally told.

Sally Tuft woke up with the mother of all hangovers in Vegas and a marriage to her best friend.  What happens in Vega will follow them like a bad haircut.  They knew there was an attraction, but when they discovered they were married, all rules are out. Gage and Sally finally discover that the heat they felt wasn't just in their heads.

Finding out if their marriage would work once they were back home was the test of their lifetimes.  With Gage never being married, Sally having a grown son, they each have their own set of problems to deal with, but they find out that their friendship is even stronger than they ever imagined it was.

Read Melissa Foster's Swept Into Love to find out how Sally and Gage's story continues.

Absolutely amazing page turner! Gage and Sally have chemistry like no other. Their whirlwind marriage was destiny in the making. Both of them are strong characters who you will instantly love. You will be feeling all of Sally's emotions as she overcomes her guilt in thinking she is moving on too quickly after her husbands death and worrying over rocking her sons world. But 5 years was a long wait for Gage to stand by and wait. Their hot chemistry in the book is awesome and a great storyline taking them from their drunken night in Vegas to a beautiful ending. I truly love Melissa Foster's writing. Her ability to make you feel like the people in the book are friends of yours is always present. As a divorced, single mom, I can definitely relate to Sally. It was at least high school for my youngest before I seriously started dating. He was 2 when my marriage ended. I understand that maternal instinct that tells you to always put the best interests of the kid(s) first.

I had to laugh at the interesting happenings at the beginning of the book. While I have never been to a conference in Las Vegas, I could see some shenanigans going on. I was just slightly shocked at what these shenanigans were but it made me laugh pretty hard to start the book.

Still worrying about her adult son made me just fall a bit more in love with Sally. The fact that Gage would acquiesce to her worries and let her take her time in explaining the change in their relationship means he's a keeper.

Definitely pick up Swept Into Love and any other book by Melissa Foster for a great read, wonderful settings and extremely believable characters.

Sally Tuft and Gage Ryder became best friends after the death of Sally's husband and a positive male figure for her son. For 5 years, they have hidden their love for each other until one night in Vegas when they woke up married.

Sally and Gage set off on a romantic journey sealing their love for one another. Gage wants to shout it to the world that he and Sally are married, but she wants to keep it a secret until she can tell her son in person. Once they return to Allure, Sally is unsure about telling Rusty as well as where to call home; the house she shared with her deceased husband or at Gage's house. Once she gets Rusty's blessing, Sally and Gage's life really begins.

The love between Gage and Sally is off the charts. It's been a long time coming! Loved their story!!

Sally is single mother, widowed from her high school sweetheart, who cares so much about her son and his welfare. Sally evaluates every move she makes and how it would impact her son and is grateful for her friendship with Gage, even if she does want more. Gage can think about nothing but becoming something more with his best friend, Sally.

After 5 years of friendship, not only do you wake up in the bed with the guy you've loved for years, but you find out you're married to him to. What a dream come true, or is it?
There's nothing I love better than curling up with a great romance novel and this is a great tale told by Melissa Foster.

I have been waiting what seems like an eternity for this story! Like many of Gage and Sally's family and friends, I the reader kind of already thought of them as a couple. I think everyone at some point has a friend of the opposite sex that they wondered "what if" but either the timing wasn't right or one or the other was afraid to take the leap. I loved finally hearing their story--which wasn't a sure thing as we find right away and we watch as they work though it like true friends.

Finally Gage and Sally the two responsible adults (almost). Swept into Love was a wonderful, emotional and sweet love story of friends to lovers. Gage is so sweet, patient and romantic you can't help fall in love with his character. Sally is responsible loving mother of a 20 year old son who is torn between what she truly wants and what she thinks is right. Loved the surprise ending to such a great story.

First, and foremost, Gage says and does the most romantic things. I love all the Ryders, but Gage is a very special man. He has loved Sally and her son for several years, but has been patiently waiting for her and giving her time after the death of her husband five years earlier. Well, Vegas is a special place too. In this case, luckily what happened in Vegas did not stay in Vegas. This is one of the most wonderful books that I have read. Warning: Once you start reading it, you will not want to put it down. This is a must read.

Finally Gage and Sally are here! This story is quite different from many other of Melissa’s stories – simply for the fact that Gage and Sally have known each other and been so close for so long! Gage is sweet yet seductive at the same time! I love how Melissa makes each of her characters relatable to real life! She does so in every book she writes and this one hit home for me as I was a single mom for a while. There are real struggles and that is what is so refreshing about her writing and this book specifically. I hate to give away teasers so I won’t! Just don’t wait to read this book!

Great book. I really love the fact that the main characters are "older" - the heroine has a college-age son. As a person on the far side of 50, it's nice to have more "experienced" characters, especially two who have know each other for several years. I've already read it twice and I am sure I will read it again.

I really loved this story! An engaging love story full of warmth, sex, humor, and really nice people. It is nice to see that not just the twenty-year-olds get to find romantic, over the top love a second time around.

Gage and Sally are adorable in love trying to do the right thing for their family, friends and themselves. My only complaint was it took forever for them to finally get it on. I enjoyed their life complications. It added interest to the story. Melissa Foster has yet again given a very enjoyable read.

Devout and dedicated mother. Bold and independant. Sally was widowed with a child. Gage is a very  positive influence as a friend and co-worker. Both of them have felt the attraction, but Sally chose to keep it on the back burner in order to raise  her son. Well her son is off to college and let me tell you... Gage is determined to fan the embers.

Being an avid fan of the Author, brings me to expect more with each new book. Melissa never disapoints. The title is really  on point since I was swept away with Swept into Love.

Sally and Gages story was amazing from the very first word to the very last word! Man you could just feel the heat coming from the pages between them and what they felt for each other. Pent up sexual tension for at least 5 years if not more, you could tell. They might be one of my favorite couples out of Melissa Fosters books so far! I do wish I could have read more and found out more about their future, but I have a feeling this won't be the last I hear about them. I do have to say that this is one of Melissa's books where the main couple doesn't split up at one point or another, which was a nice change. Definitely check out this book. This has risen to my #3 favorite Melissa Foster book. You'll read about my 2nd favorite in the review in SEPTEMBER, but my all time favorite is still Tru Blue!

I have been waiting and waiting for Gage and Sally’s story… And Melissa did not disappoint! From the first chapter this book was fun and flirty. Gage and Sally finally give into their desires and then must deal with the aftermath and how the change in their relationship not only affects them, but their families as well. Gage’s patience and love for Sally is beyond measure and while she tries to deny her own happiness for the sake of her son, she ultimately can’t deny that Gage owns her heart. I can see myself reading this one over and over!

Although I am totally new to Melissa Foster's interconnected books (see the super long list below- this book is #41!), I really enjoyed this sweet friends to lovers story. I think I might have enjoyed it more if I was more familiar with the side characters, but I still found it a satisfying read. I felt for Sally and what she had been through and appreciated her need to be be cautious about a new relationship. But Gage was quite the guy- and they had quite the chemistry. Foster writes with lots of humor and certainly a lot of heat. I am looking forward to checking out more of her work.

I thought this was a fun beach read, but it didn’t WOW me. I was hoping to see a little more drama. This is truly a sweet love story between two friends who were destined to be together.

We have been waiting patiently for this story to happen. Melissa Foster you did not disappoint with bringing this heart wrenching happy ever after.

When we first met Sally and Gage in Sisters in Love, Sally had just tragically lost her first love Dave in a skiing accident. Left to raise their son, Rusty, who was entering his teen years. Sally poured her heart and soul into raising Rusty, while putting her needs on hold.

Fast forward six years, we meet Gage and Sally again. Both are still apart of the rec center No Limitz and the center is flourishing so well that a second location is set to open. After a conference in Vegas, as the saying goes what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas sets Gage and Sally's mosaic in motion.

Their love has lasted and passed the test of time, this is one story you don't want to miss. Gage and Sally find their mosaic pieces, find out how they all fit together!

Gage and Sally have been best friends for years, spending most of their available time together. When a business trip changes their relationship overnight they're thrust into an uncomfortable situation that can change the future for them forever!

As Gage and Sally explore their relationship further they struggle with how Sally's son will react to their situation, but their love keeps pushing them together.

I've been waiting for Gage and Sally's story for a long time, and I'm so happy to finally read their story! And boy is it HOT! It's romantic, funny, friendly and sexy, and everything you could ever want in a book!

I have been waiting patiently for Gage and Sally's story to be told and I loved it from start to finish. I was glad that Gage and Sally finally ended up together after 'dancing around' their feelings for one another for years and I liked how they ended up together as I really did not see that coming. I enjoyed Gage and Sally as characters as they were relatable. As a reader, one could connect with either of the pair's issues or concerns making them real. I also liked how both characters were older and not the typical 20 something character that is commonly found. Both characters had real life experiences between them also making them relatable as characters. The plot of their story flowed well and had me hooked from the first page. I can not say enough about this book and about Ms. Foster as an author. Mr. Harrison continues to narrate Ms. Foster's stories with much enthusiasm giving the story life and keeping me interested in the story. I have enjoyed her work for quite some time and would recommend this book as well as her other books to others.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC copy of this book.

This is not your typical boys meets girl love story. Sally and Gage were best friends for many years. Every thing changed by one night in Vegas. There might have been some alcohol involved. That one night was the best thing to happen to Sally and Gage. I have been waiting sio long for for this story. It was so worth the wait. I found myself laughing and shed a few tears. Gage is so romantic. This is definitely a must read. Melissa never disappoints.

Swept Into Love is another enjoyable read by Melissa Foster.

I thought this was a fun beach read, but it didn’t WOW me. I was hoping to see a little more drama. This is truly a sweet love story between two friends who were destined to be together.

If you are a fan of Melissa's books and have followed the Ryder family, then you should give this one a try. It really is a sweet love story!!!

It seems we have been waiting forever for Gage and Sally's story and the wait was definitely worth it!!

What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. Usually. Not so for Sally and Gage. These two have been best friends for years now and Gage has always loved her and her grown son, Rusty. From Vegas, to Virginia and back home to Colorado, we follow as Gage and Sally finally get their happily ever after.

Another great installment in the Love in Bloom series from Melissa Foster! One that emphasizes the strength and sexuality of a woman, even after she becomes a mother and raises a child. You'll be rooting for Gage and Sally to take their loving friendship to the next level from the moment you meet them. Proof that sometimes spontaneity can lead to the best things in our lives, even if it means walking a perilous line to get there.

Swept Into Love by Melissa Foster was another great read by the author. This is the fifth book in Melissa Foster's Ryders series. Sally and Gage have always been best friends since after Sally's husband died. They never became more than friends until they woke up in Vegas married. I listened to the audiobook and completely enjoyed listening to this story. I can't wait to read more by Melissa Foster.
