You're Getting a Baby Brother!

This is the sweetest and funniest book. Whomever thinks this is 'so negative' is hilarious to me. Seriously? Is having a baby brother all peaches and cream? No. It's honest. He will knock down your blocks and expect you to share, and possibly pee in your eye if you don't watch out. LOL! This is real life! My daughter is 4.5 years old, and we are preparing her for a baby bother due in 5 months. We love this book. It teaches her that he doesn't mean to be bad, he is just learning, and that he will learn from her how to be good! It makes her responsible for being a good example.

Very cute book. So much truth about babies. The positive ending is great. This book lets them know what to expect from the new baby in a funny/silly way, and it also lets them know how important their role is going to be. My 3 year old loves it! She will be getting a baby brother very soon. ?

Great for emphasizing sharing and helping set the example to my 3 year old. She requests this one often, I think she likes the silly stuff in it as well as the realization that she can do something to help. She is very interested in helping, haha. The book is a board book which is great for wear and tear. Also, there is a sweet little page in the back where you can list the younger brother''s name, a wish that the older sibling has for them, and put a photo. I thought that was a nice sentimental touch.
