This is the love story of Gabriel and Cherry. There is rekindled love and attraction between them that started in childhood but renews with an unusual proposal that leads to broken hearts. The plot seemed a little rushed in this story but it is a good romance read with drama, deceipt, hot sex, forgiveness and true love with a HEA. I enjoyed another good romance read from this great author. I voluntarily reviewed this as an ARC for my unbiased review.

she is surprised at the beginning of the story. she thought she was going to meet her soon to be husband and she finds out what he really is. it was so funny peaches. she interviews for a job that she has no skills at and she gets hired. after she is hired she finds out that her boss is a man who she knows. it was very good I loved it. I wanted to kick his butt for a moment thou.

Another great book by R. R. Banks. The Wedding Proposal is a deliciously but extremely naughty book that will pull you in from the very beginning and keep you hooked until the end! The characters are well developped and the story in itself particularly well written. This book has undeniable chemistry from the start, hot marathon sex scenes, lust, desire and family values that will melt your heart. In what can be considered a monotonous world of romance, R. R. Banks brings a fresh, gripping, up beat and at times heartwrenching perspective that is reinvigorating and exhilarating.

The title says it all! This is an excellent, full length, sexy, emotional roller coaster of a read. The emotions play such a huge part in this story. I truly loved the characters and rode it out with them through laughing out loud to excitement, to tears. In fact, there were tears several times throughout the book, not only because of sadness for surrounding situations, but also because I was so moved by their actions. Mr. Banks gets right down into their emotional state, thinks out and researches his path very carefully. I was gifted with a copy of this book and absolutely loved it, so I had to express my opinion here.

Childhood friends meet again. This is a wonderful read. It goes to show that childhood crushes do stay with you. Lots of emotions and really sexiness in this one.

Cherry and Gabriel are a whirlwind themselves. Throw in some secrets, trust issues and one out of control washing machine and you have one story that keeps the pages turning. I laughed, I cried, i wanted to punch Gabriel and shake some sense into Cherry. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and can't wait to see what Mr. Banks comes up with next!

The characters are great and I liked reading about them. Their great interaction and chemistry just flowed from chapter to chapter. It’s a very interesting, Entertaining, Must Read Romance that I’d really recommend.

Wow!! Author Banks has done it again. Each new book he writes just gets better and better. I love this story and how the main characters come together. You will go through every single emotion of being sad, happy, angry, and love and more right with the characters. This book was beautifully wrote by an amazing author. A definite must read and should be more than a 5 star rating.???

The Proposal by author R. R. Banks is utterly enchanting!! This is a sweetly told “fairytalelike” tale that will sweep you off your feet. Just remember all tales have their ups and downs and that all the characters don’t actually get a happily ever after. So be enchanted, surprised and well happy!!!

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. Gabriel finds Cherry, what a great couple. Their story made me laugh, cry and get mad all within the same chapter. It takes awhile before they find their way back to each other, but it is so worth it. I have loved all the books in this series.

I offed to review this book from Banks. Cherry and Gabriel have a history. He was her brothers best friend and her dreamy crush. Years later and a tragic ending to a life, Cherry is struggling to take care of her ill mother and healing from a broken heart. Who would have thought her job search would bring her face to face with Gabriel. And her starts their journey... I enjoyed the storyline and characters. Jess is a favorite and hope she gets a book of her own.

This book is beautifully written! The many different little storylines that wind and weave to make a fantastic strong story. This book will make you feel beauty, love, heartbreak, and of course that oh so familiar throb. ?

A engrossing story. The laundry room scene alone is worth the price of the book! (Lately I've read some books that were touted as being romantic comedies without even one chuckle, let alone a laugh.) The plot is an old one but this felt fresh.

Reader might think why something is the way it is but if you continue reading, you find out soon enough because R.R. doesn't leave anything unexplained. The attention to detail by this author is amazing.

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. This book made me laugh, made me cry, caused some cursing and some awwwwing --- in other words, this book WILL make you feel.

The emotional ups and downs, ins and outs, created a plot that held my attention, even when I was mad at it. The characters, both main and secondary, were nuanced and interesting, adding layers of humanity to the cast and breathing life into them.

The flow of the story was perfect, moving at just the right pace so we could be immersed in the world without drowning in it. The evolution of the main characters, and their relationship, was a thrill ride itself. Some of the emotionally charged speeches given should really be stitched on pillows and blankets; they were kinda epic. And, of course, the delightful humour of R.R. Banks was just the icing on the cake.

The characters are great and are fun to watch as their relationship develops along the way, the story line is fun and the chemistry is great. Cherry is a young woman who is, let's say naive, innocent and needs something good to happen to. Gabriel is a player, businessman, and needs help with a plan. What happens when you find yourself in a situation that you thought would never happen again? After a failed, whirlwind engagement, Cherry find herself in need of a job. She applies for an executive assistant for a company, that sounds familiar, but is not exactly qualified. After telling her crazy story, she is hired. It's then she finds out that she will be working for Gabriel Reed, her late brother's best friend and her crush she has had for years. Gabriel needs a baby, but he only does flings. His father says he will not inherit the company business if he doesn't settle down and produce an heir. When he sees Cherry at the desk of his assistant, he comes up with a plan. He remembers how promised to protect her, but didn't do very well, so here is his chance. He proposed a plan that will help her mom, Kathy, and Cherry financially, since Kathy is sick with cancer. Gabriel has hidden his feelings about Cherry this whole time. She think he only wants to use her since they were once friends. Follow them on the adventure of pretending to be married and having a baby. Definitely worth the read.

While Cherry and Gabriel both had feelings for each other, life’s circumstances took them from each other for a few years. Reunited, Cherry becomes his Executive Assistant and things start to simmer. Cherry agrees to Gabriel’s crazy proposal but starts falling in love with him. So it is hard for her to keep this business arrangement from becoming more and fights to keep it that way.

R.R. Banks fills this story with lots of humor throughout featuring crazy, outlandish situations that are unique to his style of writing. He also shows sweet, sentimental glimpses of earlier times when they were younger, as well as many touching moments in the present as their romance blossoms. Pulling at your heart strings, Gabriel proves to be quite romantic as he proves himself and his love for Cherry and the baby. Sweet story.

Loved this book and it is one you NEED to READ—you won’t regret it! R.R. Banks, you did it again—becoming one of my favorite authors!! From the very first page, I was spellbound by these fantastically described characters that you will find yourself falling in love with. I enjoyed reading this story because it was an emotional rollercoaster ride, scorching love scenes, and a compelling storyline. Proposals, wedding, contracts, inheritance, expirations, jealously, and passion continue to keep you glued to the pages of this fascinating story. Cherry Spencer was engaged to be married to her fiancé Anthony, but how can you get married to someone who IS already engaged to someone else!! Gabriel Reed is so freaking sexy and HOT! He is the heir to his family’s business, but in order to inherit the business, Gabriel’s father put some stipulations for his inheritance. Cherry had a crush on Gabriel ever since she was a kid. He was her older brother’s best friend. When Cherry started working for Gabriel, he decided that she would be the best person to proposition in order to inherit the business—so the journey begins with Cherry and Gabriel. The chemistry between Cherry and Gabriel grows more potent the more time they spend together—the sex is off-the-chart hot! You get a chance to see the progression of their love—theirs was not a quick and easy love story because they had to overcome some issues, but loves does prevail. When Gabriel saw Cherry for the first time in all those years, his old feeling about her came rushing back and that is when he put a plan together and decided to ask her to have his baby. Needing to think about it and how she could help her mother with her medical bills, Cherry decided to take Gabriel up on his offer. With the contract sign and one night before Gabriel was to go out of town, Cherry and Gabriel spend a night together. Six weeks later Cherry went to the doctors for a physical and then set a date for artificial insemination, she found out she was pregnant. Both where very happy, but when Gabriel told his father about the baby he want to know when was the wedding and started to make wedding plans for the couple. Now Gabriel has to go back and tell Cherry that they are now engaged and will be getting married in a month.
This is a light hearted, funny, love story, with characters like Cherry and Gabriel that are perfect together, that makes this a great book to read and enjoy.

1 week after Cherry found out her fiance was already engaged she lost her job. When she finds a job opening for an executive assistant. Cherry has no experience but she hoped she could fake her way through the interview but when the lady interviewing her asked her what kind of experience she has Cherry told her the truth then for some reason she broke down and told her everything that has happened in the last 2 weeks and she said she just really needed the job. After a moment the lady looked at her and said not anymore your hired. She told Cherry anybody that can go through what you did and come out of it can certainly handle this job. They went to go meet her new boss but he wasn't in his office. When Cherry learned her new boss's name she almost didn't accept the job. Her new boss was her brother's best friend and the one person that had humiliated her when she was 18 only to disappear the next day and she hasn't heard from him since and that was 9 years ago. This is an excellent read that will have you laughing out loud at times. It's got the emotional ups and downs that will make you feel for the characters. When Cherry finds out that Anthony who she thought was her Fiancee was engaged to another person on the same day of said engagement party to find out it was his party to another sent her into a deep depression which made her lose her job and having to find another fast to help pay for her mothers medical care. She doesn't realize that the job she just takes is for someone she hasn't seen since her brothers death. Gabriel is someone form her past that she loved and soon realizes she still has feelings for. She agrees to a contract with Gabriel to help keep his family business in the family. There are great parts of this book that will have you laughing and some will have tears in your eyes. The laundry room is hilarious and you will be cracking up.

I do not like to give to much information out on a book, but this is a must read. I love R.R. Banks style of writing and will continue to read more book he puts out.

The Proposal was a sweet story of Gabriel and Cherry. Gabriel was given a hard choice to make and he had to face reality fast. Cherry may be his only hope but he had no idea if she would go along with his plan. The Proposal was a well written story that was very entertaining as well as being attention grabbing. It was a quick read for me and for me that is an added bonus. I absolutely loved the characters, Gabriel (although comes across as a player initially) is sweet and Cherry is the girl next door type who just wants her happily ever after. I gladly gave thos book five stars and would recommend it to anyone.

This was another great read from Mr. Banks. I really enjoyed the storyline and the characters.

If I could pick one thing that didn’t work for me, it’s that, at times, I felt the book was rushed. It was shorter than his last few books so maybe that’s why.. I’m not sure but I just felt like time kind of skipped forward more than what I would’ve liked.

Besides that, I really did love the story.
He was her first crush and she was his best friends sister. So majorly off limits! He followed those rules for years, until he couldn’t deny himself any longer.

Gabriel and Cherry were great characters, and even the supporting characters were fun, especially Cherry’s best friend, Jess.

I loved this story. I liked the characters and the heat of the story. Gabriel is in a bind that is hard to break, but when he sees Cherry again, he realizes that she is the answer to his problem. Cherry has always loved Gabriel and when she gets the job as his EA, she is not sure if she can handle being around him everyday. Gabriel realizes she is the one he is supposed to be with, but he goes about wooing her backwards, but ultimately, they come together. Another great read by R.R.Banks.
