Great book! Can't wait to try the Skillet Chicken Parmesan....my ole time favorite. Now I don't have to go to Olive Gardens to get my favorite dish with all the calories, sodium etc. This book is a blessing for anyone with a health issue. Thank You for writing such a wonderful cookbook. Easy instructions to follow, beautiful photos, and most ingredients can be found in anyone's kitchen. Thank You again and God Bless. I have been wanting this book for sometime, and I am glad that I finally made the decision to purchase it!! It has amazing recipes in it. This book will be cherised. And I just want to add that it is so great that I have pre-ordered this authors next book which should be out on April 5th!!

I am usually intimidated by cookbooks & learning new recipes but this cookbook has been a pleasure to use. I've tried many recipes from this cookbook and my family has enjoyed them all so far. The creamy chicken enchilada recipe is our current favorite and we love the variety of shakes offered too. Great cookbook!

I purchased this cookbook about 2 months ago, in that time I've cooked about 5 receipes. All of them have turned out wonderful! I never use to like to cook, but now I love it! I've lost weight using this cookbook and the flavors are rich and delicious! Marlene did it again!

This book has really tasty, healthy recipes that are easy to prepare and do not require all kinds of hard to find healthy ingredients. I have made the Cake Batter Shake, the Sunday Artichoke Heart Chicken and the Rigatoni with White Beans and Spinach and have been delighted with the results.

To those who are doing weight watchers diet and think they're handcuffed on what you can eat, well all I can say is you're wrong. I love this book I've been using it ever since I received it. It gives you point values on every recipe and it covers every thing from meat, chicken, pasta and everything in between.
