I love the show and in particular Neil Patrick Harris as Barney so when the opputunity came to buy a copy of the Bro Code i jumped at the chance. If taken literally it is infantile and male dominant but that is the way the character is in the show. After reading i felt it funny and well written almost like a constitution for men from the Barney perspective. If your looking for something that will make you smile while reading and possibly quoting later this is a safe bet to buy.

bought this as a gift for my boyfriend because we watch HIMYM or netflix and it doesnt show the bro tip at the end like they sometimes do on tv. lots of laughs and quotes from this book in our every day life now.

Everyone heard the "Bros before Ho'es", now you have the rest of them as well. I actually listened to the Audio Book first and then decided to have a written copy of the rules, so I can quote them correctly! The book is printed in a way to look like an old document, (font and paper), so you can pretend you are read the 'Federalist Papers'! Also, even if you don't know who Barney is, you can still enjoy the book, it's that fun
