Enter K N Lee's NETHERWORLD, an enchanting world of demons, vampires, and  other weird creatures from this paranormal realm, and you will be hooked. I was gifted a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review and I intend to read more of her. Great characters and a creative plot development will make you come back for more.

Interesting start to the series. I liked Koa as the main character but I do not like cliffhangers. There are so many unanswered questions at the end that of course will make me read the rest of the series just to get answers. A solid start and new take on good vs evil.

Not a great fun of vampires, demons and company, however Netherworld definitely caught my attention.
I started reading very skeptical, I ended with the will of keep going with the series.
Koa has a great carisma. Well done to author Lee, it's not easy to get me addicted to this genre!

The Chronicles of Koa: Netherworld grabbed me with strong imagination, wonderful characters and a well-written plot. This is not your usual vampire story and I was immediately drawn to the uniqueness of it.

K.N. Lee does a fabulous job weaving vampires, new worlds and a great story line into one fantastic book.

Netherworld was incredible! I couldn't put it down. Such a new take on vampires and the abilities they have. A completely new outlook on what vampires are meant to do and an interesting mix of other creatures as well. A great read!

After reading the first couple chapters online, I knew I had to read more about Koa! The author has created a engrossing world with vampires, angels and other mythical creatures. And not just any mythical creatures, her creations were... awesome! I could really see this being a movie with all the action and amazing imaginary. More than anything, I appreciated the creativity of this book, traveling in the Netherworld was a fascinating journey. Also, the story surprised me. At one point Koa had killed everyone fairly easy with her magical sword and I thought that was the end of it but then what happened next had me on the edge of my seat. Koa also made some choices after separating with the handsome British accented Halston that astonished and pleased me, I felt like the story was getting better and better. I like when an author isn't afraid to create and K.N. Lee really kept her story interesting. There are so many things I loved, Raven, Wren Castle, the Netherworld Division, Ian, the alchemist, the oracle, the shadows, the discs (cool), the possiblities with Jax... Plus the end, I really didn't see it coming, when Koa remembered what she was made to forget, what a twist! This book introduced a wonderful world, compelling characters and plenty of conflict for the story to continue. Now I can't wait for the next installment.

K N Lee has nailed the paranormal genre yet again with this book. Netherworld ticks all the boxes as does K N as an author. Rounded characters in a three-dimensional world, plus a great story, make this a must read.

Highly engaging for this reader, with a powerful story-line and characters that were exciting and fun to read about!
This author has an imaginative artistic ability to keep the reader interested and turning pages and with all the twists and turns in 'Netherworld' there was never a dull moment.
I highly recommend this book and cannot wait for more from this author!

Seriously! My mind was blown the entire book. At first you open the book as if you would any other but then you get transformed into this story a beautiful one at that. The details are so vivid it's like I was eating pop corn with Koa. Not just that though I felt like I was actually in the nether world. Not to mention how everything just comes together. One minute you question things and then bam you get an answer, a mind blowing answer. Before you guys start to get upset that her characters half vampire don't! K.N. Lee takes vampires to a whole new level one we have never seen before and one I much enjoy, it's about time we've all met a bad a** girl vampire. K.N. Lee has quickly become one of my favorite authors next to Rowling and Myers. I can not wait for the next book to come out! I recommend this book to any ad everyone.

Please hurry up with the sequel! Please! I enjoyed this so much I could barely take a break from it. I enjoyed all the other mythical creatures the vampires, angels, demons, nephilim, etc. While reading this book, I felt like I was in another world of imagination. I enjoyed how the author incorporated the stories in the bible within this story. I can honestly say I am addicted to The Chronicles of Koa.

The story just sucks you in from the first page. With the main character being a vampire coming into her powers and so many situations going on all at once it is easy to get lost in this wonderfully written story.
Koa is such a strong-willed girl I find myself liking her more with each turn of the page. I love that she is strong and doesn't always rely completely on someone else to deal with tough situations.
This is a story I would most certainly recommend to anyone with a love of the paranormal at any age. I am so looking forward to the next installment of The Chronicles of Koa!"

The beginning of a fresh new series and so action packed this is an all night read ! Watching Koa develop her skills to stay alive and battle to save the world. I can't wait to see Koa skip taking names and go straight to annihilating evil.

I started reading it yesterday and finished it yesterday. I couldn't put it down. I probably gained 5 pounds while reading it cuz I ate and read all day in bed. Lol it was awesome!!!!! Can't wait for part 2

I found this book while searching for mythology and folk tales in the children's literature categories on the store, generally reserved for those under the age of 12.

This book is CLEARLY not intended for young audiences.

The author should be ashamed of herself for placing it in inappropriate categories.

The Chronicles of Koa is a great read. Vampires and fantasy is not usually my thing but I will make an exception for Koa. It is cleverly written and is full of action and excitement that engulfed me from beginning to end. The many secrets and twists made this book a definite page turner and left me wanting more. The ending left me on edge and the next book can't come out soon enough! I can't wait to see what happens next!

The premise is good, but the author needed a better editor. The characters are not fully developed and come across as rather flat. The story was entertaining, but the people needed less tossing of hair and giggling, and unrequited crushes.
