Tangled Read-Along Storybook and CD

My daughter loves this book, though it's not perfect. It covers a lot more of the film than the "Little Golden Book" version, and has great artwork. It has enough text to convey the story without boring a small child. However, the text could use some improvement as far as clarity for a small child is concerned - for example, while it might be obvious to an adult reader, it is not always clearly stated who is speaking. I compensate with a little improvising when reading it to my daughter.

My 5 yrs old girl loves Disney's stories, especially Rapunzel, but watching too much TV is not good for your children, especially most of the DVDs are at least 1 hr and half, so I bought Read-Along Storybooks and CDs for her instead of DVDs. All the stories are about 10-13 mins, and they use the real voice for the main characters just like in the DVD. My girl loves it very much, highly recommend.

My granddaughter is three and beginning to learn to read. I gave her this record to help her learn to read and to let her enjoy the Rapunzel story whenever she wanted. The CD was a Christmas present and arrived quickly and in excellent condition.

Bought this as a pre-amble to letting my daughter see the movie since I wasn't sure how she would respond to the kidnapping and evil Mother Gothel. It was very true to the movie and prepared her well for it.

This book closely matches the movie. My daughter loves to listen along to the cd as she 'reads' the book. I think this is a great tool to help teach her how to read! She loves books, and to have the cd that closely matches the movie is just great!
