My ‘Blogging Reader’s Review’ after reading ‘Becoming A Jett Girl' by Author Meghan Quinn (via: Booksmoviesfandoms.wordpress.c o m):

Author Meghan Quinn never lets her readers down when it comes to expecting an entertaining story, well-written characters and a novel that you just can’t put down. This novel is titled ‘Jett Girl’ and is the first novel of ‘The Bourbon Series’. I enjoyed reading and reviewing ‘Jett Girl’ because it was a fun read thanks to the perfect blend of erotic moments, fun sarcasm and the storyline does not leaves you feeling gypped or rushed. In this novel, you’ll read the story through the dual P.O.V.’s(point of views) of Goldie and Jett Colby.

We are first introduced to Goldie, a young beautiful petite-female with chestnut hair, azure colored eyes and curves in the places men drool over. She who works at a pretty seedy adult entertainment club by the name of ‘Kitten’s Castle’ as a waitress to make ends meet. Her parents were lost one tragic day and since then she’s never really had many close relationships other than her one close friend Lyla, who works with her. Sex appeal and beauty helps pay the bills most of the time but with that, also comes the touchy perverts. This has been her lifestyle while living in a shared apartment with Lyla in the historical French Quarter of New Orleans. She’s offered a once in a lifetime opportunity that would change her world upside down, if she accepts the offer that is.

Next, there is Kace. Oh yes, Kace is definitely a character that had me sometimes feeling torn between him and Jett. He’s described as sexy and suave, with dark short hair, blue eyes and a tall muscular body that makes women hot and bothered. He is Jett’s best friend and definitely is one of those supporting characters that you hope becomes the main focus in one of the future novels of this series. I enjoyed the dynamics of the story between Goldie and Kace. His character comes across as someone who could be the best friend to have and a scary enemy to cross, thanks to his skills. Loved that about him.

And then there is Jett Colby. Jett is handsome and sexy with clean cut and nicely styled dirty blonde hair, tall in height, very fit and has deep blue eyes. He’s best friends with Kace and the owner of Lafayette Club, where rich men go to handle business deals and afterwards, can unwind with the pricey, classy and sexy entertainment. He keeps a certain discreet order in his club. The women who reside and entertain there follow certain rules and in trade, Jett offers them comforts they never knew, an education and a lifestyle far better than wherever he found them. The agreement between Jett and Jett’s girls is that they must all submit to him. No relationship, just sex, consensual and erotic sex.

The story is great and kept me wanting to see what was next. I literally could not put it down. ‘Jett Girl’ is a steamy read, that’s for sure but there is so much more to it. You’ll get some suspense, funny dialogue that especially comes from Goldie and the story succeeded in entertaining me from start to finish. There is no cliffhanger but you can tell that a few things are left open-ended, which makes me know I can expect more from the next novel of this series. I highly recommend this novel. I can not wait to see what is in store for the characters of ‘The Bourbon Series’. Very enjoyable!

This is probably one of the most elusive and intriguing books I have read in sometime. I am still asking WTF? There better be another book to tell me what happens? Maybe I am supposed to just assume all ends well? I am that stumped. But all in a good way.

Jett Colby takes elusive to the highest mountain top and freefalls. I am still trying to figure out his character. He is complex and such a user of feelings. He does not even realize he is doing it. Jett is a man you would love to hate but just can’t. You will fall in love with him. Jett is the complete opposite of Goldie. Goldie (once her feelings are known) wears her heart on her sleeve. But Jett and Goldie share a deep connection and a past of devastating hurt. Goldie has a mouth like a sailor and I had to ask myself several times where did Meghan come up with some of this stuff? The talk in this book would steam up any locker room. I laughed so hard in this book. Goldie has it hard and Jett will make it harder. What will happen to these two people that have been hurt so bad? (Read it to find out!)

This book took me on a long winding road. Just when you get around one curve you are going into the next. The ending will keep you on that road. The characters in this book are all complex people with long histories. I loved KACE!!! I want him to have his own story. The Jett Girls are all so great too. There is lots of mystery in this story especially with Goldie and Jett. Jett’s father is a jerk, Rex Titan is a jerk and how will it all turn out? READ IT! The characters intertwine themselves just so perfectly.

Meghan’s writing is charming, funny and is a smooth as butter. The story flowed beautifully leading you right up to the last word. There is a lot of angst between our two main characters and a couple of times I wanted to slap them both to get them to realize they would be ok. (Kace beat me to it) Again I loved Kace!

This is my first Meghan Quinn book and will definitely not be my last. I am hoping this series continues just where the last word ended (Please). I Need To Know What Happens with everybody. I would highly recommend this book to everyone.

He had a tattoo that ran along his ribcage, but it was in such loopy cursive that I couldn’t make out what it said. It didn’t matter because it was f*****g hot no matter what it said. It could say cat poop face and I wouldn’t care.

“I have self-control.” “I know you do.” Kace caressed my cheek and then put his hand against my heart. “But you have a beautiful heart, Lo, and that is what is going to kill you.”

After one night with Jett Colby, I was ready to commit my body to him for life.

This book caught me by surprise. I was sucked in from the beginning and just couldn't' seem to put it down for long. I started it during a family emergency with a lot of time spent waiting for news. It was the perfect distraction. The characters and plot completely took my mind away to another world in a way only an expertly written can.

Goldie's character is strong and proud. She's been dealt one heck of a life, but she is committed to make it on her own. Unfortunately, that has lead her to actions and a job that she isn't proud of, but at least it is helping to pay the bills. She's too proud to accept the help of anyone.

Goldie caught Jett's eye. He's made her an offer that she just couldn't refuse, but she tried. He's taking care of her every need, paying off all her debt and providing her an education. She only has to perform in his gentleman's club, which is a huge step up from the crummy strip club where she did work. Oh, and she has to submit to him sexually as well as share him with the other women in the club.

There is more to Jett than meets the eye. He and Goldie share a connection that catches Jett off guard. He throws all his rules out the window for her and he has no idea why.

I finished this book in one day and finished the second on just as quickly. I can't recommend this book enough.

The only thing that I would change about this book would be to have more. More Lo, more Jett, and definitely more Kace!! In fact, I had to bug the author to find out what's in store for the rest of the Bourbon Series. I'll let you know what I find out, because I'm dying for more!!

Jett...I love him, but there were a few times I hated him as much as I had previously loved him. He goes after what he wants, and gets it. No matter what. I'll admit that if this was happening in real life, some of Jett's tactics would have creeped me out. He's hot, but until you get to see his softer side and the reason he is the way he is, the things he'll do to get what he wants can seem a bit extreme. He takes alpha male to a whole new level. At one point I made a note of : "Holy hell!! No freaking way did he just do that!!", but amazingly, it's written well enough that by the next few paragraphs I am right back to loving him again. He is dark, but you get these little glimpses of light in him every so often. THOSE are the awesome moments. The ones you devour the book for.

Goldie/Lo is a hellion. Circumstances have her living a life she never dreamed she would, and Jett saves her from that. While he is trying to tame her, her spunkiness and mouth break down his walls, and causes him to have feelings he never thought he would. She also has the patience and the ability to forgive of a saint. There were more than a few times that if it had been me, I would have walked out and never looked back, but she sees something in him that has her sticking around. I'm dying to see more of what's going to happen to these two...and Kace....I want a book of just Kace. I freaking LOVE him!!

If this first book is any indication at all, this series is going to be amazing. Definitely one to look out for; the type you would drop everything you are doing to sit down and read. The premise is interesting, it has moments of funny (there's a "fishing" scene that has scarred my brain. Anytime I see a fish hook, my brain is going to flashback to that!!), and it's fan yourself, blush while reading kind of hot!! I'm already ready for more!!

I like nothing more than an original story that keeps me entertained all of the way through. This book is definitely on that level!

When we meet Goldie, she is broke and working at a dive strip club. Obviously, a rich man takes interest in her. That is what we expect. What we don't expect is for this man to be a "pimp" of sorts. Well, he really isn't a pimp, but one can look at it that way.

Jett. He owns a private and exclusive "club." The only members are ones he personally lets in, at a hefty price. While doing business deals, his associates and members get to enjoy watching beautiful women dance. No harm, right?

Obviously that isn't the whole premise of the book. There is lots of drama. Between these two not being able to come to terms with the way things have become between them and Jett's father, there is plenty going on in this book that you won't want to put it down.

I really like the relationships in this book. The girls in this book have a light, trusting and free friendship. The bonds that they form with one another are natural and not forced. They add a little more spunk to the book.

I definitely will be reading more of Meghan's books in the future. She is talented and unique.

Sweating!!! That was my first thought when I finished this book was that I needed a fan! Talk about a steamy read! Working in a strip club as a waitress was the only way Goldie knew to try to get herself out of the crazy debt that was left upon her after Hurricane Katrina. Granted-it was not the life she was hoping, but it was what she knew. And then she had her little side deal with Rex, a married man who had no problems in paying Goldie for a little lovin. Then the opportunity of her life basically comes out of nowhere. She is asked to become a Jett Girl. What is a Jett Girl you ask? A Jett Girl works for a very high end and exclusive club. She serves drinks and dances for some very influential businessmen who are only allowed to look and not touch. A Jett Girl has to follow a very strict schedule and most importantly is available to Jett Colby anytime! Jett doesn't do relationships-just Jett Girls; that is until he met Goldie.

Goldie has been through so much in her young life and I couldn't help but feel sorry for her and the line of work that she chose to pay her bills. She really is just looking for a way out and Jett gives that to her. She ended up getting more than she bargained in Jett. I just wanted her to find some love and happiness. The connection between Jett and Goldie was very strong and they seemed to balance each other out. This book is so sexy and steamy and I found the concept of the Jett Girl to be very different. Looking for a steamy summer read? You have found it in this one!

4 Sizzling Stars!!

I loved, loved, loved the book Becoming a Jett Girl! Yes I said it 3 times and would say it more. That is how much I loved it! 5+ stars!!!! Becoming a Jett Girl was funny, sexy (lots of HOT sex) and Goldie is charming and a foul mouthed girl that Jett goes after. I am sure I could come up with a lot more adjectives to describe this book but, I know you get it! While reading this book I kept thinking it sounded a little like the movie "Pretty Woman" yet this story is a different from the movie.

This book is about Jett Colby and Goldie (Lo - Little one, Jett has nicknames for all his girls). The other Jett girls were Babs (A Jett girl that has been with Jett the longest time), Pepper, Tootse & Francy. Kace was Jett's best friend and his personal assistant that has his own demons to work out. Becoming a Jett Girl is a must read. You will need to read the synopsis for the book description no need for me to tell you about the book when you can read it yourself.

I am so happy that there is another book in this series ready to go and l will be reading Being a Jett girl immediately. Loved the book.

Oh an I hope that Kace will get his story as well....

I was really excited when I got this book. First, I love NOLA and love reading about it. It is one of those places that is just awesome and magical. Second, I love Megan Quinn's writing and have yet to be disappointed in her books. This book reminded me a little bit of Pretty Woman with a twist. You have Goldie, who you want to love even though she is basically a hooker/stripper. I am not going to lie...there were some things that made me want to throw something at Goldie. She was a little bit annoying but I guess I can't judge since I have never been in her situation. I have very mixed feelings about Jett. I liked him but I didn't at the same time. I mean he is basically a really good person but goes about it all wrong. I think out of all the characters I loved Kace the most. I really want to see more of him. I think most people will love this book. It is a little bit twisted in a good way.

I am giving this book 4.4 stars out of 5. I think you should go get it and you will not be disappointed!!!

Holy hot!! Goldie needs a change in her life. She lost her parents to hurricane Katrina. She's buried in debt. She's working in a dirty strip club and doing things to make money no girl should be forced to do. Two mystery men come into the club one night and leave her the key to a better life. Kace and Jett are drop dead gorgeous. Kace works for Jett and Jett is a rich business man that owns a different sort of upscale gentlemans club. He wants Goldie for his club. This book has it all! It's a page turner. It's unbelievably hot too!

My thoughts...
Meghan Quinn is slowing worming her way into becoming one of my favorite authors. I never know what to expect when I open my kindle and start to read. Becoming A Jett Girl is one of those books that you either Love or Hate - no in between. I loved it! I thought it was laugh out loud funny which kept me reading well into the a.m. hours.

Goldie the damsel in distress, she’s sarcastic and has a mouth like a truck driver. Jett, her night in shining armor. Sweeping her off her feet, taking her in and teaching her how to work a pole… and oh yah, she can only have sex with him…. The entire scenario was too freaking funny to me. Don’t get me wrong I love the book and I love Goldie. However, I was not a fan of Jett. I know I know, what's not to love? But honestly he just didn’t do for me. He’s sexy and has the entire alpha thing going for him but he was just missing substance.

Now let’s talk Kace. There’s a man I can wrap my legs around. I’m hoping we’ll see more of him in the next book. I fell in lust with Kace instantly and was secretly hoping he would claim Goldie and they would ride into the sunset and live happily ever after. But nope, that didn’t happen….

It was my 1st time reading one of Meghan Quinn's books and it was good. Not, good. Was Awesome!

The characters are amazing and, I will admit, I never fall in love with two characters in the same book. EVER. I couldn't do that here. Kace was HOT and Jett was HOTTER. I was having a hard time deciding which one i wanted. At the end I decided to keep them both. For me. Sorry girls.

Goldie. Wow, that girl made laugh so much. She's strong, but at the same time hilarious and when she is drunk, OMG! Drunk Goldie is priceless.

All the characters in this books are great. This is the kind of book I would recommend if you need to read a good Erotica with a pinch of laughter.

Is this a Love story? Yes and no. Don't roll your eyes and buy the book. It's a good and funny ride.

Can't wait for the next book. I already checked Meghan's page and . . . . It's Kace's Story! Woo Hoo!

This book was f*ing outstanding!!! I had not read under the previously published title, but so glad that I read this now! I was very intrigued by the blurb and couldn't wait to dive right in! The storyline is incredible. The characters are phenomenal. I love all the friendships/relationships that develop throughout the story. Jett, Goldie, and Kace are incredible. I love the dynamic they have going and could not wait to get my eyes on the next book!

First of all.....I love Meghan Quinn!! She is the bomb dot com!!
I loved this book!! This book was about Goldie, aka Lo, who has hit rock bottom after her parents were killed. She was left with nothing but a bunch of bills and debt. She dos what she can to make money and working as a waitress in a strip club was all she had until one day a wealthy man names Jett showed up at the club and changes her world forever. Take this journey with Goldie and Jett and see what happens!! You won't be sorry you did!!
I know you will over this book as much as I did!!

After a slow start on my part to the book I became absolutely hooked with it, and would not put this book down for anything at all, until I was thoroughly finished with it.
I thought the character of Goldie was very well portrayed and I could imagine how as such a lovely person she had such an impact on everyone's lives who knew her and loved her.

It is a Must Read

Let me start by saying that I usually love Meghan Quinn's books. So I was surprised and disappointed when I found myself really disliking this book, in fact I kept reading thinking "this has to get better" but it didn't. So at 40% I returned it as nothing worked for me, not the plot, the characters or the dialogue. Maybe this was some of her early work...

Jett owns the Lafayette Club. Goldie is all alone in the world after Hurricane Katrina but still have her parents debts to pay off. Goldie works as a waitress but is having a hard time making ends meet. Jett then sees Goldie and offers her an out by working in club. There are very specific rules to work there first you always wear a mask, no touching or sex with the people in the club. The girls don’t have to worry about any expenses and Jett pays off their debt and even sends them to school. But the girls must submit to Jett at his whim. They are allowed to leave any time they want to. Also they get a very good salary. Jett has been hurt and has a wall around his heart so this works for him.
The story and plot were excellent. I loved the characters were off the wall. I really loved the ups and downs Goldie went through. Jett is kinda a butt fro the most part but he does do a lot for the girls. All I can say is one great story. I recommend.

Well, well, well, this was an unexpected gem. I am used to Rom Com's from Meghan, this was a bit of a naughty surprise. I look forward to the next book.
Jett is a man of mystery and intrigue and I think that is what grabs Goldie's attention. I loved me some Kace. I can't wait to get my hands on the next book!

Yes, that’s right I said 5 Stars, you’re not seeing things. You know Lady Balls rarely gives em’ out but this one was so well deserved.
Where the hell do I even begin to describe what I just read? Awesome, funny as hell, witty, HOT and to be honest I will probably be hounding the author for the next book in this series on a daily basis. I don’t want to give too much of the book away because I don’t think summarizing it will give it justice but Ill give you the basics…

Goldie is on her own after losing her parents in Hurricane Katrina and barely getting by. She is working in a seedy strip club and HATES every second of it but right now it’s all she’s got. She is doing things to make money that are probably making her parents roll over in their graves but a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do. She is approached on more than one occasion to explore the opportunity of becoming a “Jett Girl” which at first she has no idea what it actually is. But soon finds out…

A Jett Girl works for Jett Colby, a sexy as hell, rich businessman who has created an extravagant “gentleman’s club”. What he is really doing is helping girls who are down and out. He gives them a job at his private club, feeds and clothes them, gives them an education and pays off all of their debt. And he just wants one simple thing from them in return…for them to submit to him sexually. There is more to his story and I can’t wait to see how other aspects of his life pan out.
Once Goldie finds out what it is she is being invited to do, she declines. But certain unforeseen incidents (or are they??) happen and she has no choice but to become a Jett Girl.

Jett is just f*&king hot as hell in every aspect. The way he was described in this book gave me a lady boner on more than one occasion. Yes, he does provide everything for these girls and just asks for sex in return but it’s just sex. He has been hurt in the past and has built a wall around his heart and no one gets in, ever. He has no emotional strings when it comes to sex and so far he seems ok with this arrangement and so do all the girls.
Naturally there is a more in depth story as to why Jett wants Goldie for a Jett Girl and that all comes out in the book as the story unfolds. You also have Kace. Oh Kace, Kace, Kace. What I wouldn’t do for a few hours in a room alone with him. He has his own story that is just touched upon (hoping his story is the next book – hint hint) He is broody, all male, hot and basically in charge of the girls. He is the go between for Jett and basically his right hand man. He forms a somewhat unhealthy “friendship” let’s call it, with Goldie. The banter between them that happens had me rolling on the floor. It’s freakin hysterical. Overall Goldie steals the show with her mouth and one liners through the whole book. Her strong will and bluntness was extremely refreshing and I loved every hysterical moment. I found my face hurt a lot through this book from smiling so much. I wanted to be her new best friend I swear! Let’s just say the rest of the book is Goldie settling in and her relationship with Jett is progressing. There are some hot freakin sex scenes that had me putting on the air conditioning! Could it be that Jett has finally met someone that can break down the walls of his heart? Can he let someone in again? This book had me from the first paragraph and I literally did not put it down until it was done and it only left me wanting more! There is no cliffy really but tons of opportunities for other books and seeing more of these characters. Loved it and highly recommend..so go buy it b*&ches!

I love Meghan Quinn books and this is no exception. It's gritty, its funny, and its everything in between. the dialogue is on point, the characters are refined, and this is an amazing book to read. It wasn't super cliff hanger at the end, but I do recommend going on to read the rest of the series.

After hurricane Katrina killed her parents, Goldie has lived on the edge - of poverty and a hairs breadth away from being on streets. She's working at a strip club serving cocktails to faceless men with groping hands. She knows if she can just get onstage her life will change for the better.

She's having a good night when two men with sexy voices sit in her section. After a few drinks, they leave more than just a tip - there's a black business card with her name embossed in purple on it and a telephone number on the back. She doesn't know what it means. Her friend Layla sees the business card and flips her lid! The card represents an invitation to become a Jett Girl. Jett Girls work at an exclusive club and live the pampered lifestyle or so the rumor goes - no one on the outside really knows what it entails because Jett Girls are bound by contract to secrecy.

Goldie takes a chance on becoming a Jett Girl after being mugged - she doesn't have any other choice. Goldie had no idea how much her life would change when she agreed. She's living in a mansion with several other Jett Girls, Kace their trainer and Jett himself. She's got a regimented scheduled of exercising, training, waxing and other fun stuff. She's learning from Kace and the other girls what is expected of her.

Things seem to be going fine except for the fact that she hasn't met Jett yet and he hasn't called her up to the Bourbon room. In reality Goldie has met Jett, he was one of the two men in the bar with sexy voices. He had seen her around town and had to do everything in his power to make her a Jett Girl. He's trying to give her time to get used to the other girls and doesn't want to scare her with his "appetites".

Goldie's temper is rising, her desires climbing and she's going to blow up if she doesn't get called to see Jett soon! Jett knows she is gonna be trouble and turn his world topsy-turvy, but he can't resist her. When he calls her - desires ignite and they burn wildly for one another. They buckle in for the ride of their lives, hold on tight and hope they don't get burnt in the process.

The story comes complete with great friends, drinking games, peeping toms (or janes), bad guys, and buckets of steaming steaming moments. I will never look at a fishing pole or broccoli the same. Meghan did a great job of taking the seediness out of the adult profession and made it into something the reader can relate to. The way she blended the different aspects of the story together was pure talent. I am hoping there is more to come from Jett and Goldie and the rest of the crew!

I was intrigued from the beginning. The Bad Boy Rich man out to save the street girls... I have a few questions about the whole Dom/Sub but I think it is just different than what I have read before and that isn't a bad thing...will read the 2nd now

Great story, great sex scenes, but Goldie/Lo was a little to crass for me at times. Although it came in waves, so I'm hoping she's becoming more refined through the book. Not sure I'll continue the series, although I do want to know how out all ends/ties up.

oooohhhhhh i gotta say this book surprised me! I'm not usually a reader of this type of book. Man in a club with a harem of women at his beck and call and although this kind of starts off like that it soon changes direction.

Jett is a very wealthy man. Something in his past makes him want to help women who are at rock bottom. He takes them in and gives them a chance of a new life. One without worries. Of course all this is done under complete secrecy. Jett hand picks the girls he takes in. All beautiful and all only for him. He gets them to sign a contract and join his club.

Goldie is living hour to hour. She works her socks off at a seedy strip club. She also has took to selling herself to a wealthy man in order to survive. Whilst working she encounters the mysterious Jett. He doesn't really speak but leaves his card. He wants her. At first she is reluctant but once all the benefits are explained she decides she has nothing to lose.

Training to be a Jett girl is tough on Goldie not only physically but emotionally. Jett brings out all the feelings she tries to hide without trying.

Having Goldie in his house is tough on Jett. His precious control he tries so hard to maintain begins to unravel as soon as she opens her sassy mouth. Her body just about finishes him off. He has to keep control at all times.

Goldie blows it all to pieces!

I was quite surprised at how complex the story is. There's quite a bit going on here. You have Goldie and Jett's back stories. You obviously have their relationship. Then you have Goldie's relationship with Kace, Jett's right hand man. Then there's the other Jett girls, then there's Jet's father, then there's Goldie's Ex/Client Rex. It's all kind of mingled and twisted into each other and i found myself gripped by what was going on.

The pace is just right. Maybe because it's over a few books it flowed perfectly. Not rushed and squeezed in but it wasn't drawn out either because there is quite a bit going on to keep you engrossed.

I'm used to funny books from Meghan and although there is a bit of humor in here mainly from Goldie who is an hilarious drunk! But the majority is quite serious and i thoroughly enjoyed it!

The relationship between Jett and Goldie is HOT HOT HOT! I mean sizzling! I loved how needy Goldie was and the fact that she didn't care if Jett saw it, she owned that heat and need. Jett for the most part tried to keep his desire under wraps and when you saw little hints of it sneaking out it made my heart soar! I loved it!. You do find out in this installment some of the reasoning for his behavior and i can't wait for him to completely crack wide open! Goldie is gonna make him drop to his knee's!

Really pleased i took a chance of this series. I can guarantee i'm going to read the rest. i would urge you to take a chance on this series. It's intriguing and different and i loved it!

Bourbon Sins was a great start to the Bourbon series and I really enjoyed the unique, sexy, and entertaining storyline and characters. I discovered Meghan Quinn and a few of her romantic comedies several months ago, and I have come to absolutely love her writing style and sense of humor. She is one of my favorite authors and I thought she did a wonderful job with the first part of Jett and Goldie's story. It was unique and intriguing and I certainly hadn't read anything like it before. Going into this series, I thought that each book was an interconnected standalone, but I quickly realized at the end of Bourbon Sins that Jett and Goldie's story will continue in Bourbon Deceit. I'm not a huge fan of books that don't conclude the couple's story in one novel, but Bourbon Sins definitely left me wanting to know how Jett and Goldie's story will play out in the rest of the series.

Jett and Goldie were good characters and I liked their personalities and chemistry together. I enjoyed reading the book from both Jett and Goldie's POV, and I liked most of their banter and interactions with each other. I wasn't able to connect with them as well as I have with some of Meghan Quinn's past characters, but I enjoyed reading their story nonetheless. I honestly think it was because Ms. Quinn didn't delve as deep into their backgrounds in the first book since their story continues in the next few novels.

Bourbon Sins was a sexy and intriguing introduction to the Bourbon series and Jett and Goldie's story. It wasn't my favorite novel from Meghan Quinn so far, but I really enjoyed it and I'm looking forward to continuing Jett and Goldie's story in the rest of the Bourbon series.

OMFG! This book is so different from other books I have read by Meghan. I love this woman for writing the way she does! Bourbon Sins had me captivated. I loved the Jett girls and rooting for Goldie all the way through. Now Jett is such a A*Hole at times, and then he shows his vulnerability. I completely fall into a puddle of Goo and say, "Okay Jett, you are forgiven." He owns his world and he owned mine. THIS BOOK BRINGS SEXY TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL! I have to end this review because I am running to book two because I feel like I can not breath until I read what will happen next. Read this book NOW! You will get addicted to the Bourbon series <3

Book One of the Jett Girl Series, Bourbon Sins was not what I expected. You’ll probably read that a lot in reviews. Most of the books of Meghan Quinn’s that I have read have more of a rom-com focus to them. Bourbon Sins is more gritty and complex.

Although I loved the premise of the book, I was aggravated that Jett and Goldie seemed to have the same argument/discussion over and over. While I understand the need to explain each characters feelings, it was tiresome.

However, I found myself craving more of Kace with each passage I read about him.

I will continue with this series with the hope that it we get more of Kace’s story.
