Interesting from a forensic point of view as are all the Lincoln Rhyme books. Having just done an Introduction to Forensic Science Course I appreciate the reseasrch undertaken to ensure the techniques used in the books are accurate. Story line did seem a bit disjointed at times, albeit there were two investigations at the one time that ultimately impacted on each other. I am very much enjoying this series.

Once again Jeffery Deaver has come up with a griping tale with more twists and turns than Lombard St. in San Francisco. All the regulars are back working with Amelia and Lincoln and a new one has been added, Kathryn Dance, the interrogation expert. I wouldn't be surprised if both she and rookie Pulaski don't have their own series of books soon. I particularly liked the way Deaver gave us more insight into Amelia Sachs background. I have read all six of the Lincoln Rhyme novels and now will be anxiously awaiting the seventh.

In true classic Deaver style, we learn about things we never thought we wanted to learn, while going through twists and turns of an epic thriller. Love that Kathryn Dance joins the team of Lyncoln Rhyme and Amelia Sachs on this one, and even makes Lincolyn a believer in something other than physical evidence!

Somehow missed this one along the line. I was pleasantly surprised to reunite with lincoln and the team. My only problem was being left hanging at the end, Deaver could have wrapped up few more details. All in all a fun read.

The premises of all of Jeffrery Deaver's Lincoln Rhyme series are unique and edgy. His characters are imperfect but far from normal. I'm already into Book 8. If you want mystery novels that will scare you and make you think, buy the entire series. Each book is connected to its predecessors but still stands alone.
