Another great book by one of my favorite authors. I hated to finish it because now I need to find another and that's hard to do. He always has great plots and this one is very current and very scary when you think about all our personal information that is computerized. I love books that entertain and make you think. This one does both.

Big data can go horribly wrong when criminal hands can have access to sensitive personal data everybody leaves behind unconsciously: visiting a website, a shop, passing a camera. A spine chilling plot that makes you wonder about our modern way of living...

The Broken Window: A Lincoln Rhyme Novel (Lincoln Rhyme)
Jeffery Deaver does it again with an inventive well researched thriller. I judge a book according to the amount of sleep I loose reading it. The bags under my eyes are now the most prominent feature on my face. Get it as soon as possible and I dare you to put it down. I think I'll go take a nap!

With todays electronics - this story leaves you wondering. The possibilities of infringement on you privacy are endless and this story is food for thought. I found it to be very interesting and could not put it down. That's just what I love in a story, where you can't put it down.

John MacDonald via Meyer spoke of information collecting by the government and private agencies in one of his Travis McGee books. Good heavens! How long ago was that?

Jeffrey Deaver picks up the theme in another Lincoln Rhyme that is well worth reading. The Rhyme books are my favorite of Deaver's writing, and he doesn't disappoint me.

This book was a slower than the other Rhymes books. There was so much computer information in the story. It only got faster and more interesting during the last half of the book. I'm listening to the CD now and find myself going forward on sections of the CD.

Another Jeffery Deaver that doesnt disappoint as far as the murder, mystery, action goes and the fact that they are always just behind the killer. Not being a computer boff, I did find some of the technical descriptions a little tedious though.

With all the computer hacking ala Snowden and just now Target Stores, this book is a must. Learn about what the legitimate (?) information gathersers have on YOU and everyone else. Find out about RFID and take a look at what you've got on your key ring.
Definitely we must all be aware of what today's world is all about...INFORMATION.
