The Blue Ridge Resistance - The New Homefront

Mr. Bird gives a realistic look into what Could Be. He's got a smart, tactical and empathetic view on the post apocalyptic work avert one should read. If the world as we know it ends in something terrible, I hope everyone takes his approach and not only plans, but helps those in need!

Some parts are a little predictable, but for the most part the author achieved his goal in presenting the reactions of everyday people to life changing situations, The demise of the Lewis family was brilliant, tragic and most believable. The entire series is a page turner.... I read each of the three books in less than 24 hours per book !

The New Homefront Series delivers. I have enjoyed all three volumes and highly anticipate Vol 4! Mr Bird has a the gift of story telling and I recommend those interested in this subject to not pass these by. Once again, Thank You Mr Bird.

Good story, development of the characters. The story just pulled me in. I can almost picture the homestead in my head. It's not too graphic but just enough to give the picture that it's not a nice world anymore. I can't wait for the story to continue...
