Vince Flynn weaves an intriguing tale with interesting characters involving three religions and multiple countries. The sometimes strange relationships mirror the complexities of the Middle East. Very entertaining.

My dentist told me about the Mitch Rapp series and I have been hooked since. Well written, fast pace, good details without being wordy. Vince Flynn was a very good writer and did a great job capturing the war on terror.

Notwithstanding what some others here think, in my humble opinion, Vince Flynn has not written a dissapointing novel yet. If you have not read any of his "Mitch Rapp" novels yet, it would behoove you to start and the beginning and move forward. While this novel deals with an Iraq still controlled by Sadaam, the story loses nothing in that regard and the essential points made by the story that is laid out for the reader is sure to leave you waiting for the next installment. I will be looking forward to it.
Big Numbers (Austin Carr Mystery Book 1) :: Crusader One (Tier One Thrillers Book 3) :: Tiger's Eye (A Stacy Justice Mystery Book 3) :: The First Dirk & Steele Novel (Dirk & Steele Series) :: War Shadows (Tier One Thrillers Book 2)

Mitch Rapp again takes us to the world of action based on today,s headlines. Through fiction he relates that religious fanatics from all religions only are interested in their beliefs and will destroy willingly all who stand in there way. Flynn shows us more of Rapp,s personality in this book with his reaction to his new bride,s inquisative mind and strong personality. A nice blend of action and information-possibilities and results. Well done!

Seemed to be shorter than other Mitch Rapp books but had all of the elements you come to expect for this series. No real complaints but I didn't really feel "wowed" at the end of it. I wouldn't say I was disappointed though. All in all it was a good read.
